This company is awesome. I highly recommend them to anyone traveling to Jamaica. You reserve Airport transfer online no deposit. We paid $35 in a private minivan with complimentary water and red stripe for 4 people one way in total. Ride was about 40 minutes which was very fair and had felt good about tipping the driver. The resort wanted to charge $40 per person. Also used them for excursion to Dunnes River Falls. You won’t be disappointed. Jerome and our driver Deon made our trip safe, comfortable, affordable and a great time for everyone. Thanks guys.

Absolutely Excellent!! A stranger on the internet commended on my post saying they used this company and highly recommended them. So glad I listened to them. I have absolutely NOTHING BAD to say about my experience with Next Level Jamaica Tours, not even to knit pick, and that says a lot!! The company was so professional. Jerome, the owner I believe, had great communication with me and sent me a reminder email the day before my planned trip. My driver, Nick, was phenomenal. Driving in Jamaica is pretty crazy, probably worse than any US city but our driver was great. He was so careful, cautious, aware of his surroundings, and he was even a better driver than the one we had for Sandals to go elsewhere. The vehicle was spotless as far as cleanliness, both inside and out. Nick told us all about the areas on our way to Negril (Rick's Cafe) and answered any questions we had. It was great to hear from someone who lives there to learn more about the country. He literally went out of his way during our time together which he didn't have to do but was greatly appreciated. Next Level Tours and Nick literally made my experience/trip to Rick's Cafe the best part of my stay in Jamaica. If you need transportation to an excursion, definitely use this company. I cannot brag enough about them. Nick gave me his business card when he dropped us back off so definitely wanted to share that as well. Thank you once again Next Level Jamaica Tours!!

Jerome and his team are awesome! We had so many arrival issues with cancelled flights and time changes and Jerome was not phased at all. When I would email him with yet another update on our travel and new arrival time he always responded right back. Super communication! When we finally arrived he was there waiting on us with a huge smile reassuring us that everything was going to be fine. We also used his team for an excursion and they were fabulous. We will always use Next Level when visiting Jamaica and you should too!

My friends & I booked this company for our guys and girls Bach trip in Montego Bay Jamaica on May 19-23 . Orlando was our driver & he was so sweet & professional. Our party of 4 booked a private taxi (return trip) from Montego Bay to our villa in St. Anns about 90 minutes away. Our main contact was Jerome and he was always quick to respond to emails and answer any questions before and after we booked. Our driver Winston was on time, courteous and very friendly. The van itself was large, clean and very comfortable. Overall, the service was well worth the price. Thanks to Jerome and Winston for a pleasant, no hassle experience.

This was a great private transfer. Worth the extra cost for sure. Amazing communication even with a 5 hour flight delay to get into Jamaica. They were super responsive, helpful, and timely. 10/10.
