All covid protocols were in place. Staff was friendly and there were not audio or visual issues. Was a great experience. Movies start as early as 5:45 pm, so ensure you check with them or their website on the movie you want to watch. 2 for 1 is Monday evening for 8:45 pm movie and Tuesday evening for 5:45 pm movie

Enjoyed the movie. 2 for 1 special was a hit. Spacious theatre, prices for food high though, as expected. Staff is friendly and nice. A lot of ads before the movie began but overall a good experience for singles couples and groups. Going to go there again next week

Before covid I've always been a movie fan especially when the theater is empty and thanks to covid I can always be assured that the theaters won't be jam packed with people and I love it. Everything seems to be just the same, the service is good and the concession was ok. Unfortunately the options are very limited as you can now only get popcorn, hotdogs and sweets. And for persons you normally get cold like me and would live a hot beverage during intermission and knowing that it pairs so well with popcorn there is no longer a nescafe machine which I absolutely hate. Please bring it back guys, we love it! Other than that, I've watched 2 shows so far and they were both good

The experience was really great, and the staff were so good highly recommended I went to see John Wick Chapter 4, and the movie surpassed my expectations

The movie was good. The service however was another story. The speed of the staff needs major improvement. They were not prepared for the number of movie watchers who would arrive on the day. 6 cash registers and only two cashiers who are cashing and serving at the same time. No packers to refill the stock of snacks when persons order so the same persons who were cashing were packing and serving. They took 1hr to serve10-15 customers. In the female toilet area, there were 6 toilets and only two that were flushing 😳. It was my children's first experience to the movies and I had to tell them it's not the same everywhere because others I've been to were nothing like this. I was disappointed in the service. As for the movie, it was good. My children and I enjoyed the movie. The food trays utilized by management, however, need to change because when you place them in the cupholders on the theater chairs, they topple over, no grip or stability at all.

Visited here in September 2022. It was pretty much empty hence I got through quickly at the ticket station. Enjoy the movie and the pop corn. I will visit again

Palace multiplex was AWESOME... very welcoming.. helpful staff... just remember to bring a sweater if you do not like A.C... cold inside the theaters...

If catching a late movie, get your belly full or prepare to eat from the snack counter as due to the current 10am curfew all restaurants are closed by the time the movie ends.

Luna and I saw John Wick 4 here on March 29th 2023. It was good however Jamaicans do a lot of talking well the show is showing.

Pretty cool not going to lie. The quality was good, sound was great, food selection decent. You'll have a good time regardless.

This is always a good outing experience with my family. The setting is clean, spacious and conducive. Also, Nachos and cheese 🧀 are my favorite to enjoy a good movie 🎥 but everyone else would grab a hotdog 🌭 or popcorn 🍿 with juice 🧃🥤 and Skittles.

Its good to be back!! Not sure if they have reduced the occupancy but but pretty crowded when I went to watch Spiderman. They have definitely made the AC warmer hence it's not so cold in their though, a great plus. Everything else remains the same so clean bathrooms, and good snack selection

Post covid they have been trying to stay relevant. The bathrooms need to be refurbished but we know also that they have to be in budget. The menu is your basics for movie theater experience popcorn, hot dogs nacho and snacks. So if you want more than that I would suggest you get food before. The environment is clean and maintained after each movie. Prices are still affordable and 2-4-1 is still good value. I applaud them for maintaining and sustaining this venue in an ever changing technology Era.

After Covid the rates are high .. 1400 per person for adultS price for 800 kids is accurate on there website I don't suggest the website or ask them on the Instagram for times for the movie your interested in because it's inaccurate they have the movie smile avail at 6:10 and I asked they said 6:10 I went there they said it start 9.pm which is very inconvenient for me I watched smile it was loud and u really felt like your in the movie Place is veryyy clean and staff is very mannerable

Overall experience was good however didn't get to watch the movie I intended to because they had a technical issue 🙃

Went to watch Mission Impossible. In my opinion, the theatre sound system either needs an upgrade or fine tuning. Concession areas are okay. Very ideal location.

Always a great experience. The hotdogs however was a little salty( not the cheese or toppings the sausage itself). Aside from that everything was great. Sidenote****** after the movie ends the bathrooms are definitely gonna be crowded to avoid that I suggest u go or bring ur kids before all the theaters let out at the same time.

Five stars. However, I would recommend that the seating needs to be upgraded now. Need to be more relaxed and comfortable with footrest.

I hated the way management handled my friends and I because we were on a trip and we asked to use the bathroom after being om the road all day the management literally sent the security to tell us we had to leave and it wasn't in a pleasant manager they could have asked nicely... for future reference please find somewhere else with compassion to spend your money if you want my advice because will.

The movie experience is good. My only thing is the staff are not very friendly and welcoming. The friendliest person there is the person at the door who collects the tickets for you to enter the building and sanitizes your hands before going into the lobby area to buy snacks. That's about it.

Great Cinema with ample space for viewings. Will definitely return on our next visit to Jamaica.

It was so much fun didn't like the popcorn but overall great

It was so crowded when I got there, the ticket line was so long. To get in people were literally pushing you over, there wasn't an orderly line. I bought my tickets online but i wasnt informed that i still needed to go to the cashier to have my ticket printed (what's the point though i wanyed to avoid the long line). Also i bought 2 tickets but only one came out when they were to be printed (they had to refund one and then repurchased it). The floor manager was very helpful and couteous through it all. The place itself was nice and comfortable amd air conditioned. I loved that the bathroom had multiple stalls too but too small for a wheelchair to enter them. The door is wheelchair accessible though. The usual movie snacks are available like popcorn, hot dog, drinks etc.

Food was good but the workers were very agressive and unhappy. They were shouting at us giving us bad eye and that is why it's 3 stars

I wasn't please with the adult trailers being played while watching kids movie. Please look into that. My kids were traumatized and couldn't sleep.

This place is wonderful when you watch the movies it feels like you’re in the movie with the actors it’s a fun experience and I will try visiting there Saturday 🫰🏾
