Recently came to jamaica for my vacation, wedding, and honeymoon all in one! Major one tours was our go to for all of our transportation needs! Airport pick up/drop off, excursions, even took us shopping and to get some authentic Jamaican food. We got to ride in the bigger bus and the smaller bus both very clean, a/c works great, comfortable seats and music to set the vibe! One of the people in my group booked VIP transfer that came with welcome drinks they loved it! Would 1000% recommend and will use any time we come to the beautiful island of Jamaica! Thank you.

I booked airport arrival and departure transportation to/from our resort that was 45 minutes away. Very friendly and informative drivers. I was very happy that I took a chance on booking with major one tours. I read a ton of positive reviews so that helped make my decision. I was impressed on how clean the cars were kept and looked pretty much brand new. The people were also very nice and arrived on time. The only thing I would say is that they do drive fast to keep up with traffic and get you to where you have to go faster. I would recommend slowing down just a little.

Our driver was DONOVAN ... and he was amazing! He was professional, welcoming, and a good driver. I had two different drivers during my stay in Jamaica and he's the best hands down. As a woman you want to feel safe going out/off the resort and I felt just that! At this point I only will book with them and highly recommend.

We just came home from an amazing family vacation (2 adults, 2 kids) in Montego Bay and Major One Tours ensured we got to our hotel and airport on time. Both drivers were professional, friendly and we felt safe the entire trip. We used Major One Tours for a private driver to Negril for the day! Timeless our driver was AMAZING! He brought us to local spots to eat and made sure we were well taken care of. If you’re thinking about booking using his firm then don’t hesitate. Very professional and accommodated last minute changes. It was the best part of my holiday having Marlon drive us to our first excursion. He was the perfect driver, chilled, friendly and helpful. He took us to a few shops that we needed and escorted us everywhere. The best bit was a short cut through some smaller roads so we got a real sense of Jamaica whilst also avoiding a load of traffic. I will definitely use this company again. They are easy to book and super responsive. We found them easily once leaving the airport and we were guided to our van. Van was super nice and fit 9 of us, no problem, room to spare. Drivers to and from were great. Excellent experience!

We booked Major One Tours for our airport transfers and can not recommend them highly enough. Our driver Winston was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoyed our drive to and from the airport. My son left his tablet in the car which we realized once we got into the hotel I messaged Jerome who contacted Winston for us and he came straight back. We used Major One Tours for a roundtrip transfer between St James Secrets and the airport. Major One provided a greeter outside the airport with a sign and our name on it. The greeter stayed with us till our van arrived. Our driver was very friendly, professional, and even took the time to point out some of the sights as we passed them on the way to the resort. Pickup at the resort to return to the airport was timely and the driver was also friendly and made great conversation during our time driving back to the airport. Highly recommend!

We used Major 1 Tours for our trip to Jamaica in February and could not be happier with the our decision. They were very friendly, accommodating, reasonably priced and always right on time. They were responsive and answered any questions we had throughout the trip. Even the van they picked us up in was newer and nice. 100% will be using them again next time I am in Jamaica.

Definitely recommend! We used their service 4 times while in Jamaica & all were excellent. To/from the airport transfer & for 2 days of travel. One from Montego Bay to Rick’s Cafe & stopped for lobster dinner on our way back. The other for a trip to the Blue Hole. All of our interactions with the drivers were professional and we will use them again on our next trip back!

We were picked up by Derron. We were greeted by his colleague, he was called and pick-up was super easy. Car was nicely air conditioned, spotless and comfortable (we were a family of three and didn't share or do other hotel drop offs). No drama, no stress. I emailed them for pick up on the return and they responded within one hour. Derron was there on time, gave us a great history lesson of the island and was very pleasant. Really do recommend these guys. World class.
