I used the services of Island Transfers and T ours on a recent trip to Jamaica. It was my good fortune to meet Byron Powell who provided a spotless transport, a Red Stripe for each of us ( arranged ahead of time ) and a totally pleasant and professional manner. We liked him so much we used his services for a private trip to Negril for some shopping, some beach time and then to Rick's. He stayed with us -out of the way-the whole time -but there- which is fabulous for ladies travelling together. They will customize any trip you have in mind at the time you want to do it. Byron was prompt and friendly and I will use him whenever I visit Jamaica as well as recommending him to others. Why pay for shared transfers and excursions when you can get private transfers and excursions for the same price or less? Call them and ask for Byron. You definitely won't be disappointed! When I first went to Jamaica, I'll admit, I was a little nervous, however, as soon as Byron picked my family and I up in his guide van, I knew we were in some good company. Byron is an expert at anything Jamaica, and is as friendly as he is knowledgable, we even got to our destinations on the island earlier than we anticipated, all while having a blast in the traveling process. Thank you Byron for your expertise and love in what you do, I give this place 5 stars because I want nobody else guiding me through Jamaica besides them.

Island Transfer and Tours made getting around Jamaica extremely easy and affordable. We used them twice for two long distance transfers across the island and both vehicles were clean and on time. Chris drove us from Montego Bay to Negril, taught us about the island and its areas where he grew up, and let us stop for beer and snacks! He also knew the area well and talked to the hotel for us for directions. Gordon drove us from Port Antonio to Ocho Rios. He was on time, also did a great job describing the areas we were in and gave us recommendations on what to do at our new destination. He also checked in with us after we arrived to make sure things were going well for us. Tori made it easy to schedule and was very patient with my 1000 questions and changes. Highly recommend!

Just returned from Jamaica on April 11th. We used Island tours for our airport transfer. Fantastic service! From Lawrence and Greg, our drivers, to Eileen in the office, everything was smooth. We will definitely be calling them on our next visit.

On both my trips to Jamaica I've used Byron and Island transfers. Having a professional and courteous private driver on your visit to Jamaica makes all the difference. From the moment you are picked up at the Montego Bay airport with a cooler full of ice cold red stripe you are able to start relax on your trip to paradise. Byron is not only professional and punctual but extremely knowledgeable about Jamaica's rich history and culture. Don't be penny wise and pound foolish ending up on a bus where all the stops and other tourists will be a negative experience at the beginning and end of your vacation.

Byron is a first class tour guide who goes out of his way to make your trip to his beautiful island a fun filled, exciting and memorable experience for the whole family. We first met Byron when we booked a Jamaican tour with him. His reviews on Trip Advisor were overwhelmingly positive and he did not disappoint us. He helped me plan our family tour via email beforehand and it was one of the very best tours we've ever had. My adult children still talk about Byron Powell. We travel a lot and now we always guage every tour guide by the high standards we came to expect with Byron. He was so much fun. And he's a real gentleman. We always felt safe with him. He taught our kids Jamaican songs as we drove along, stopped at road side stands to give us the real Jamaican experience, and when we went to the "touristy" places, he showed us the best ways to experience them. We would not go to Jamaica without booking a tour with Byron because he loves his island and is committed to making everyone's trip there just as great as ours was. Always ask for Byron if Jamaica is your vacation destination.

Byron Powell and his amazing company were helpful, friendly and hospitable for all of our transport needs during our trip to Jamaica. Their vehicles are super clean and well-maintained, and the drivers are prompt and willing to go out of their way to help get you everything you need to have a wonderful trip! They recommended the best restaurants for authentic jerk, and stopped us by the supermarket to let us buy supplies and premium Jamaican beer not served at our resort. Their rates were great, and it was easy to communicate with them and make reservations through their website. Thanks to Byron and family, we have forever friends on the island! Couldn't recommend them enough!

Very reliable service!!!! Plane was delayed 3hrs coming into Jamaica, didnt have service to call or message them to update, regardless, we came outside the airport and they were still there readily waiting to take us to our destination. We paid for round trip service, I called 24hrs before to confirm and change pick up time, driver not only arrived on time but was early. I recommend this company 100%!!!! Accommodating and friendly staff, will definitely use them again when in Jamaica!

Upon arrival, Island Transfers company was waiting for us & our driver Philip provided us a safe & informative transfer from the airport to the hotel. Later in the week, his co-worker Spence took us on a safe & informative tour of the highlights of Montego Bay, showing us areas we would otherwise never have seen. On our last day, Spence arrived a half hour early to take us from the hotel to the airport, another informative venture. Highly recommend Philip & Spence & Island Transfers & would use again. It was $27.50 per person one way from Sangster Airport to the Grand Palladium Jamaica. The driver was friendly and provided a lot of information along the way, but he didn't ask us if we wanted to go on a detour before doing it. The van was old, but it was nicely air conditioned. We got to our destination safe and sound!
