Not great.. Found the guy holding the sign, he was nice and polite, no issues there. I paid him the money as agreed. Then we had to wait about 20 minutes for the driver to show up. I was not expecting this delay based on other car services I have used in the past. Was not happy with this. Other customers showed up as well and also complaining about this service. The whole point of paying this extra is to avoid the waiting around. Driver finally shows up. Philip seemed nice, pointed out a few things along the way. Got to the hotel and all seemed well. While checking in, Phillip comes back into the hotel and motions me over. I don't think he was really on the phone, but he says I didn't pay in full and I owed $20.00. I know I paid but last thing I want is issues in another country so I just paid him the extra $20.00. THEN he says I still owe him $10 for the ride ?!!? I did not pay him that "fee". For the return portion, driver was great, was on time except seems no one checked the flight status and it was delayed by 7 hours. So we ended up taking a cab back to our hotel. Cab was cheaper.

This transportation company was amazing! All staff were very kind and super helpful! From the woman who greeted us outside the airport,to our first driver boogie, and then our second driver Richard. Boogie was super kind and very informative. He was stuck in traffic with us for an extra hour and did not seem to allow it to bother him at all nor did it affect the way he treated us like other drivers would have. Richard though, Richard was simply by far the most amazing person we have ever met! He picked us up at the resort, talked the whole time with us making us feel truly comfortable. He made a quick bathroom, pattie, and souvenir stop for us since we were super early for our flight. But when our flight got canceled he immediately came to the rescue once again! He made sure we were taken care of and was safe. I cannot recommend him enough! If you book with this transportation company, which you should, definitely request Richard!

This is the best transfer service I have ever used in Jamaica. I had reached out to Exquisite to let them know that my flight was delayed by 4 hrs. I was very nervous that my transfer wouldnt be there. Upon leaving MBJ Airport I saw Adina with a smile on her face with a sign with my name on it. She was so kind and nice. She showed me to my transfer that appeared in 60 seconds. Richard exited the car and greeted my family. Told us don't worry about the bags you're on vacation. Absolutely wonderful man. He pointed out places and landmarks along our ride. Then I had the pleasure of having him for my transfer back to the airport. He was never late! This will be the only transfer service I will ever use again in Jamaica!

Our visit to Jamaica was incredible and the icing on the cake started and ended with the professional services of this company and our driver Richie!! Upon arrival Richie was on time and lead an extremely informative conversation with us during our drive to the hotel. I booked through this company for a recent trip to Jamaica. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. I emailed them about arranging 2 private tours- one from Montego Bay to Dolphin cove and then on to Negril with return transfer to Montego Bay Area hotel (for 4 people) and the second one from Montego Bay hotel to Dunnes River and Blue hole with return to the hotel (for 10 people). The company was prompt to respond to my email requests for organizing these tours and answering any questions I had. The vehicles were clean and Richard our driver for both trips was the best! He was on time, professional, and was very knowledgeable about Jamaica and was a great guide to his country. We felt safe with Richard as our driver on the busy streets of Jamaica. Thank you so much for taking us around your beautiful country Richard. You made our stay very memorable. Richard was so kind and went above and beyond for us. I even forgot an item in Richards car and he went out of his way to make sure it was returned to me before we left the country. 5/5 would recommend the driver Richard and this company for any transportation needs you have during your stay in Jamaica. We arranged a private transfer to a nearby hotel. Traveling with a young child (1 year), we wanted to make sure all our ducks were in a row before arriving at Montego Bay. Richard, our driver, was the height of professionalism and took the time to get to know us and share some trivia as we made our way to and from the resort. Vehicle was clean and roomy with strong air conditioning that we could adjust ourselves. Arrival and departure times were punctual, and the dispatcher showed us great kindness and flexibility when our plans changed more than once. We would recommend Jamaica Exquisite to anybody!

Thanks to other reviews this became our choice for a private transfer from Sangster Airport to Riu Palace Negril. The sign holder greeted us with a smile and immediately introduced us to the Staff Coordinator. She was professional, friendly and extremely efficient! She verified our confirmation and introduced us to our driver Richard. And we were on our way. Richard was very professional and engaging. He pointed out other sites we might want to visit while in Jamaica. He talked about the local quisine and the economy. He put a positive impression on the hospitality industry! Driving in Jamaica is like being in NYC. He handled it as expected of a certified professional driver. As for the simplicity of arranging the service. We selected One Way only because our return date may change. We'll schedule the return. The process is very self explanatory. We prepaid in full, got the payment receipt. Got an email confirming the request within minutes of each other. The request states they will send a confirmation and it includes step by step instructions you need to do in order to find the Greeter. Everything was spot on! They took all the stress away to start the vacation with a positive impression of coming to Jamaica. My wife is a horrible back seat driver and she was so relaxed when we got to the resort, my vacation is going to be good! Thank Richard, I owe you man! Jamaica Exquisite was perfect again. Even though the airline moved my flight up by 2 hours I didn’t have to worry about having a ride because the staff here was monitoring my flight so they were ready and waiting when we showed up. No lines to deal with to talk to a cab driver, just a very nice woman holding a sign with my name on it. She took my wife’s bags and walked us straight over to a waiting car less than 100 foot from the airport door. That’s where we met Raymond our driver. Negril is not a super short trip but Raymond made it enjoyable. It was a clean vehicle with plenty of room to stretch out after spending hours in a plane. This is not the first time I have booked with this company and I will definitely keep using them anytime I come back. Thanks for adding to the experience!

Used this company for my private transfer for my family to a resort in Runaway Bay from Montego Bay international airport. This company is very responsive over email and keeps your nerves in check by answering your questions and addressing concerns professionally. I requested a baby seat as an example for my child for the way to the resort and back and it was provided. There was a hiccup with adjusting the pick up time from the resort, I had requested to move it earlier but there was some issue in communication somewhere and the driver did not pick us up earlier at the time I requested but we still made it alright at the airport. Not going to knock off any stars for that as that can happen, I understand but it is something to improve for others in the future. Thank you so much!

I used this company for a VIP private transfer from Montego Bay's airport to our resort. It was my husband's birthday and we were greeted with balloons and champagne. The car was clean and well air conditioned. The driver, Natalie, was super friendly and on time. She also told us facts and history of places we were driving by on the way to the hotel. We were so impressed by the company, that we booked them again to take us back to the airport and had the same pleasant experience. Andrew helped me book both transfers, including on a day that he was off which he didn't have to do. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them on my next trip to Montego Bay.

Excellent company. Booked a roundtrip and they were on time every time. The car was clean and comfortable and the service was great. We had Philip on the return and he was cool, schooling us on the current state of Jamaica. Definitely a positive experience and I would use them again.

My wife and l used Jamaica Exquisite for a transfer from Montego Bay airport to Ocho Rios. Our driver Anthony was terrific. He was very informative, polite and educated about the area. We asked if he could stop for some local Jerk chicken and he said "ya man". The vehicle we had was first class. We highly recommend this company and without a doubt when we go back we'll no doubt ask for Anthony aka Tony. He truly made our trip memorable.

I travel at least twice per year and myself and husband will only use Exquisite Tours we had the pleasure of meeting the owners personally they took turns in driving us to the hotel and as for the rest of the drivers ....very professional . let me tell u about them, very safe, always on time pleasant and very clean vehicles yes there might be. cheaper rides but remember you get what u pay for.my husband will never change them......Thanks Exquisite. excellent job from Ron and Lin ...Florida

We booked this transportation from Montego Bay to Ochos Rios. The ONLY reason I am giving this 4 stars is because our 1 hour and 45 minute bus ride was 3 hours long in total. After a 10 hour plane travel, that made our trip SO much longer. The bus driver said about 3 sentences on the way to our hotel. And each stop, we had no idea where we were stopping. On the other hand, on the way back to the airport on 3/21, we got picked up in a private van and our fantastic driver was so friendly and lovely. He took us to the duty free store on the way to the airport and even got us a better discount than was offered! I am bad at names, but he was just fantastic and exactly what Jamaican locals are all about!

Jamaica Exquisite Tours provided private round trip airport transportation. The vehicle was spacious and had room for large luggage, clean/sanitized, and air conditioned. Philip was our driver and he provided us with a mini tour of Montego Bay on the way to our hotel. Philip was professional and charming and we recommend him for any transportation requests or tours. 5 stars🌟 ⭐ 💫

Great experience overall. Staff was friendly and the vehicles were up to date felt very luxurious. My only suggestion is that it seems they only have one person who answers the phone and she speaks very low. I could not get anyone the day before I was scheduled to be picked up. Luckily the morning we were leaving to the airport they answered after 9am est. They were able to provide us with more time to get ready since we didn't know the pick up time.
