Wonderful food! However, the employees could be more welcoming. I was very disappointed with the interaction I had today at your Montego Bay location at Fairview. There is a female cashier there, she wears black framed glasses and has a light complexion. She was the epitome of rudeness, rolling her eyes, unpleasant and very unprofessional tone. When my fiancé asked to have an item removed from our receipt, as it would take too long to prepare, she absolutely refused to do it! She insisted and was heard mumbling that she’s not gonna go through the trouble of having the item removed. Hence, we had no choice but to wait, which caused us to be late for an event. I absolutely love your establishment and have been a patron for years, but this experience has tarnished my view completely. I will not be coming back.

I ordered pizza like twice per week and trust me they never disappoint me and the price always have me coming back, I must say I love that every day there is a discount online to take advantage off so you cannot complain 😉

Went to do a pick up about 8:20 this evening myself and 2 other customers waiting One of the staff called the cashier 3 times to come and assist. The cashier shouted that customers affi wait because she nah kill out herself fi nuh customer Right infront of us. Was such a turn off very unprofessional and disrespectful.

The customer service was very good and the cashier was very kind and understanding.

My pizza was done to order perfectly, i enjoyed every bit of it. Customer service is top tier.

Nice and cozy atmosphere. Service is efficient and staff professional. I ordered a pizza online and went in for a pickup and this is one of the first Pizza restaurant I been to where the cashier was able to give you the status update on a online order just by giving your name. I was in and out in 5 minutes, behind 2 other customers. Kudos to the Cashier today: (03/12/22)

The delivery speed was great. I couldn't believe how quickly I got my order delivered from the moment I made it. I had to give the delivery man a huge tip. The really enjoyed the service provided by Dominoes as usual and also enjoyed the pizzas. Great job Dominoes fairview. Will definitely use this delivery service again.

They are always messing up my orders.

I don't see the sense of ordering online if I have to come to the store and still wait another 20 minutes, when my online said that my order was ready.

Very very poor customer service please give your workers some proper customer service classes. I will never go back here or recommend anyone to buy any pizza from this location.

The pizza is not so enticing butbit tastes better than in the past. However the cheesy bread is lovely. And they always serve their stuff very hot so it takes a long while for it to cool which I think is a good thing.

Enjoyed my pizza and fact that I could order and pay online and get coupons. The indoor atmosphere is quite cute and cozy. The customer service could be better though especially over the phone.

Pizza,cheesy bread and wings are always good. But I think the workers need to be more professional when dealing with customers

They are the worse pizza place to buy i went there today because I was in Fairview and said ok let’s try them for the first time … bro I was disappointed, I order a large Hawaiian pizza and barbecued wings. when it ready I went inside, the pizza box was very huge and the box is way bigger than the pizza, the pizza was really tin ,fresh and had no taste, the slices broke when taking them apart. for the wings they were reheated in the warmer and after that the just sprayed little barbecued sauce over the fried wings to be honest the wings did not taste fresh they tasted like staled fry chicken. I would not recommend nor will I go back I down $4830 just for this crop

Do you guys need a new chef or some thing even my baby can make a better pizza than this the pizza is not good it’s raw and the doe was raw it’s disgusting I want to throw up there was also a roach leg in the pizza do not buy pizza here

While use my father’s card to order a pizza on the app, I keep getting this error and it never use to do that before. Your I.T person should have that fixed.
