I've been to Jamaica several times over the past decade, and my group always has Desmond as our driver. He treats his guests like family, going above and beyond for each trip when it comes to airport pickups/dropoffs, early mornings, late nights and longer distance rides to other cities. He's very knowledgeable about Montego Bay and the surrounding areas, and willing to help you with finding the right grocery store, beach or even barbershop. Desmond Brown was an incredible tour guide. We spoke on the phone to plan a trip the next day with Desmond and he had no issues to plan to our schedule. We agreed on a price and the destinations instantly and he delivered on all of those as promised without a hitch. He is a very likeable guy and my son and I enjoyed our time with him for the day. I had told friends who are planning a Jamaica Trip in January next yr about him and they will contact him once there. I had many tour guides in the past both private and group but Desmond is one of the highest rated in my book. If we do go back to Jamaica Montego Bay he will be the only guide I will contact for other excursions. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Desmond Brown is the absolute best! I booked the Doctors Cave Beach & Margaritaville excursion through trip advisor. They called me 3x the morning of the excursion to make sure we got into our cab! I appreciated it bc it was just a gf of mine and myself. He walked us into the beach area and all of the shops. We felt extremely safe with him!! He let us stay at the beach instead of going to Margaritaville and drove us to get my dad a Harley Davidson t-shirt. He was very friendly and protective over us. I WILL be calling him when we return!! Thanks again, Desmond!!!

Reliable, reasonable, and friendly transportation! If we travel to Jamaica again, I would surely call Desmond! He provided us round-trip transportation from the airport to our resort, guided us on two excursions, and arrived shortly ahead of our requested times. Highly recommend!

We used JET for our day trip from Ocean Coral Springs hotel in Trelawny to visit family in the hills of Manchester. Safe driver, clean bus, Desmond and his assistant Ryan were polite and friendly; they made the ride fun and interesting. Will will definitely use this service again.
