This is not my first time staying at a choice hotel, however it is the 1st time being ripped off by them. Ruined my birthday weekend and family reunion by charging me twice for a stay that i paid for upfront. When we called to ask about the charges all they could say was that they were still pending and therefore we would have wait till Monday. Well if you know how banks work that didn't help us since we were hundreds of miles from home and now left with $353 less than what we had anticipated for spending, food,gas etc. Never again!!

The breakfast was great, the bed was soft, and the staff was nice. Unfortunately, ants were in our room on our food, bugs bit my daughter after sleeping in the soft bed, and plumbing issues arose. The manager responded to our concerns quickly, but I had no assurance that the same problems or new ones would arise, so I cut our stay short.

The room is very clean and tidy all the appliances are also clean. The bed is very comfortable and upon a time our arrival at midnight, we were checked in promptly. There is no free water and the vending machine doesn't sell water be sure to check in with your water. The location is fantastic as you have a choice of restaurants, fast food, pharmacy, and grocery stores nearby. We could hear the television in the other room when switched on and this made sleeping difficult at night. But overall, it is a great place to stay.

April of 2022: their "included breakfast" is an orange and a tiny frozen burrito in a paper sack. Showing a full breakfast bar on the booking page, when we arrived the breakfast room and reception lounge was taped off with yellow caution tape "due to covid" This is just taking the covid excuse too far to save money. When I asked to speak with someone about the awful breakfast, they said someone would call me. I called to follow up and was told the same. Never received any call and was brushed off every time. Stay away!!

I was very surprised by the cleanliness of the room and enjoyed my stay there. Breakfast was nice and tasty, staff were courteous. The room was spacious and had all the amenities. Lovely place!

Me & wife check there January the 28th 2024, my daughter makes the appointment for us, normally we stay in Ontario close to the airport. What a super great service! But we have family close to monterey park, so we decide to stay there. But we have terrible service checking in with an old asian lady there. She treats us like we were illegal immigrants, assuming we were mexican! But we are Italian Americans. That lady was so meant to us. Why? I don't know. She never smiled always, so mean, we never going back there we stay in the eagle rock area or Ontario ca.

Staff was warm and courteous. Room was clean and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone.

Front desk lady dose not have manners and she is rude and very very slow almost took 20 min to check in . She is the one responsible for spooling the reputation of the hotel . Very bad . Room is clean

We waited 15 minutes at the check in counter because nobody was there. Then a woman in a car arrived, saw as, got a coffee first and then did the check in for us. When I ask why we needed to wait 15 minutes she told us very rude that she was at the bathroom - that was definitely a lie, since she came with a car … The name of the employee was May - very rude and not costumer oriented

Above expectation. However, one of the staff members at front desk Jackie did not respect my stay and my confort. She open my room violating my rights and keep on calling my room disturbing my peace. This happened during the weekend on Sunday morning. She had no professional grounds her hair tells you everything. Her hair is all blood on one side and the other is all black so unprofessional. The way I was treated by this staff member did not meet my expectations. She had me change from one room to another with out advance notification. And I was late to my business meeting. She was unprofessional, rude at times, confuse about the policy. She Definitely needs more training: I don't even think she deserves to be Comfort in as an employee. She's the only one that did not respect my privacy......

The room was excellent and clean. The woman at the counter was extremely kind and helpful. She always was cheerful and with a smile

Stayed here twice visiting LA. No issues. Friendly staff. Decent free hot breakfast. Nicely lit parking that's easy to enter and exit. Easy access to freeways. Location close enough to LA attractions.

Stayed for 3 days and we enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and spacious. Good water pressure in the shower. The breakfast was also really good.

The room is on the smaller side, but it was clean and did the job. The area is very safe, I walked down the street to the kebob shop and the liquor store next to it had a lot of snacks to eat. The location is awesome. With only 0.5 miles from ralphs and restaurants. I spent 3 days for work here and have no complaints.

We came for a few days in los Angeles. Room was OK . Great water pressure in the shower and bathroom. Was a little irritated at the fact that we asked for extra towels we were told that we would have to turn in the old towels first to the front desk, I never had that happen to us before. We've stayed in large and small hotels across the country and never had that happen. Their explanation was that because it is a smaller hotel that was their policy. We have stayed at smaller hotels than this.

We just stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and it was a great experience. The room was comfortable and clean. The beds were comfy, staff that we encountered were friendly, and breakfast was good. Would definitely recommend!!

Very friendly staff small but clean and comfortable rooms with breakfast set up for guest and didn't break the bank close to the I-10 freeway I will stay again

It was a pretty okay hotel. The beds were a little bit firmer than I expected. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus. It’s in a small area that seemed relatively safe. The only problem I had with staying there was that room service tried to come into our room twice in one morning, even though we were only staying there for two days. Other than that, it was a pretty good stay, the front desk people were nice for the most part too. Just expect a firmer bed and smaller rooms.

Clean, spacious room. Hotel located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Lots of free parking available within hotel premises. Very close to some of my favorite restaurants and eateries in the LA area.
