    Had horrible experience. When we got our food, one person in our party never received their food. We all ate our food till we got half way done and our other members was still waiting. We waited longer than 20mins just for them to bring his food. As well as server took long times to get back to our table. We asked for small things like some sauce to dip fries into but never brought till the end when we were already to leave as well as not getting our drinks refilled to very end. We also waited long to get our bill as well as it to get it paid. Do not recommend for anyone looking to get great service as well as attentive service. Long waits just for one person to not get meal with everyone.

    So far, the curry sauce has been the best flavor. BBQ Bourbon has a nice sweet flavor. Delicious food. Average bar food prices. Takeout service workers tend to be bad to okay. They charge extra for to-go orders... I love the celery and baby carrots.

    What a disappointment this Monterey park location was... we've been to other locales that were welcoming, inviting, and professional. This place seemed like it was run by high school drop outs. No jovial greeting, no smiles. They seemed to forget they work for tips. The bartender, without a smile, asked what I wanted. A small taste of the featured beer please, i asked with a smile. She poured me a taste, dropped it on the bar then promptly walked away. She was not busy, just not a very personable bar tender. Didn't wait to see if i wanted to get a full one or not, or even what I thought. Not a manager to be found. The place felt more like a neighborhood dive bar than a corporate chain restaurant with high expectations. I'm sure the owner is there very infrequently. The one shining light was our server Diane. She walked up with a great smile, introduced herself and was a professional through and through. She knew the menu and the specials. She was a delight the entire night. She has an infectious laugh and was spot on even while the kitchen lagged. She deserves a raise. The food was good, but with that crew, besides Diane, I doubt we'll be going back.

    The place always seems dirty. Even smells like a trash compactor at times. The floors seem like they're maintained once a day and that's at opening times. My son left his hat and sunglasses there. Went back about an hour later and his sunglasses mysteriously disappeared. SMH. The sunglasses were prescription for his condition and someone still stole them. Now, I only stop in to use the restroom.

    Usually large chainsare consistent in their appearance, customer service and food to keep their reputation going. This location has friendly staff and the app made ordering easy. The location is in a new shopping complex close to home for me so I was excited to go. Parking is readily available although I could see how it could fill up on a busy day. The app said my food would be available in 44 minutes at about 8:40PM. I arrived 10 minutes early to see it sitting on a to go order rack. After arriving home, my family dug into the food. Fries were tasty and well seasoned. Wings on the other hand were overcooked and dry. One piece was challenging to cut with a knife. Sauces were good albeit a little strong for my pallet but the rating is primarily for the wings just not being good. I may go back just to confirm my rating. However, I think I will stick to either Island's or Foodland when I am in Hawaii. Restaurant business is tough and based on other feedback they should look at their personnel training and food prep protocols to make sure things are consistent and represent the brand.

    For a place called Buffalo Wild WINGS, you would think they sell wings. Whoever is in charge of keeping traditional wings on hand. Needs to do better. If you plan on visiting this fine establishment. Do yourself a huge favor don't. Without going into detail, CONS : Food and service? Can't even call it basic, both need major improvement The tables? Scraps of food, sticky, a mess Atmosphere? Exactly what you'd expect from a sports bar in any of the surrounding cities. PROS : when you realize what a disaster that place is, In-N-Out, Chick Fil A, and other restaurants are right next door..Better value for your money.

    The absolute worst customer service and management! Ordered through their mobile app having the worst experience with receiving an order with no sauce and fries with no seasoning flavor as I had customized them to be call this location to explained what I received and all they said was this is a common issue on their end and they offered me to go pick up the sauce defeating the whole purpose of online ordering 🤦🏻‍♂️ and customer satisfaction if I wanted flavorless wings I would've ordered canes at least they would've not forgot to throw in some can sauce smh

    Service is great, really friendly and attentive. Food is good. I've been disappointed the last two visits with the Pepsi. It doesn't taste right,, tasted more like diet.. the Previous visit they gave me a new soda,and it still tasted like diet, with a very strong after taste. But this visit today AGAIN ,Pepsi tasted like diet!! EW 👎 I didn't say anything to complain or asked for a new soda. I know it's not the servers fault. I think next time I'll bring my own drink. Wish the Pepsi issue is fixed so the meal is perfect.

    Updated review 4/16/2022..... Waited 30 minutes to get seated. (Understandable) but didn't like the fact that my sons food came first 15 minutes later i got my food (COLD). Didn't realize it was cold when I got it because when i finally did get it i ask for it to go. I realized it was cold when i ate a single wing in the car. I ordered different types of hot sauces on the side which i never got. This isn't the 1st time I've had a bad experience at this BWW.

    Wings are good. Fries weren't the portion we expected. However, the waiter brought more. We loved that they offer Heineken 00. I asked for a Michelada version. Hit the spot. The only problem is they could never find my rewards number and I wish the cauliflower wings were a lighter batter.

    We had lemon pepper wings and they tasted old. The celery sticks were white on the cut ends and did not appear fresh at all. It was a horrible experience. My wife and I will not go back anytime soon. At least not this location.

    Worst service ever . No napkins no drinks no utensils. Had to keep asking for forks. Bone in Wings were burnt and hard to chew, hardly any sauce, has to ask for additional sauce. Boneless order were also hard and could hardly chew them.

    I never write reviews, but this was by the worst food/reasturant experience we've had. We were a party of 3. My son's food came out 1st but was missing a side of mac and cheese, didn't think much of it since we needed two more orders. 10 minutes later we get one order and the wings are extremely dry. The dry rub was literally just tossed on top of the wings. We waited another 10 mins and asked the server about the Mac and cheese and the other order of wings. He said they were cooked in batches and so the other order was being cooked in a "fresh" batch we waited another 15 minutes until that order came and again the wings were extremely dry and over cooked! Still no sign of the Mac and cheese. We asked for a sauce on the side and never received it. We asked again about the Mac and cheese and apparently it was send to the wrong table. So he said he would order a new one and it would take some time. By this time we were done eating our dry wings and the Mac and cheese finally came. We got a lid to go because we were fed up with the bad customer service and bad food quality. And to top it off their ranch was nothing special but hidden valley ranch! Save your money or go to wing stop! We literally spend 70$ for bad food and customers service!

    Went this past weekend, no bartender available so no bar service , left immediately. Probably the worst BWW in this area, general manager Robert is rude and often discourages patrons from coming in as he provides inflated wait times and doesn’t really care. He needs to be reprimanded. It’s egregious behavior from a so called leader.

    We sat @ the bar for what we thought was quicker service, boy where we wrong. 8 wings order seemed to be a baby chick, if not wasn't for an appetizers we ordered we where going to stop by the neighbors for some animal style. We'll we back to our local BWW from now on.

    They really have poor food knowledge I ordered burger and wings When they brought them my burger was really cold. I do believe it been cooked for a little while and wait for my wings to be brought out together my burger was cold and I didn’t eat at all they still charge me full price. However I didn’t argue or anything I paid for full price here is pic of it

    I end up buying 2 smoked brisket sandwiches for the first time that goes $16 each. Witch they were small sheared meat and dry meat, like if the have made them of the leftover meat. Definitely the worst experience.

    Took the hottest boneless wings they can offer- did not disappoint!!! Good place for wings and beer, especially during happy hour. One of my favorite chain fast food places in the States.

    This is my go to BWW home store! I absolutely love their two happy hour specials....Monday thru Friday 3-6p and then again from 9p-Closing time! My favorite beer on tap is their BWW house beer called "Wild Herd" made by Goose Island Brewing Co. It's always on that special $3 price for a tall one! Their HH tots for $3 ans Mozzarella sticks for $5 are also bargain bangers. And of course on every Tuesday there is the BOGO FREE wings promo that I take advantage of as a Blazing Rewards loyal member. And of course I'm talking about "traditional" wings not them fake boneless chicken nuggets. Big fan of their consistent good sized wings with both drummettes and flats. Naked wings and sauce of choice on the side with more ranch and blue cheese is always the go to order though. This location is great because there is plenty of parking. The dining area and bar layout is unique and roomy. Swing by on a Tuesday during HH and we can grab some grub and down some wild herd!

    Girl on the phone, Moses, was extremely rude.. called to place an order for pick up, and she is cutting me off, asked her for opinion on a flavor, and she said “we don’t have it.” Ok update the website. As I was done with the order i told her I had points I wanted to redeem, she said okay yeah I see it can you go ahead and redeem it, so I did. It gave us an error so she said when I came in to pick up she can see what’s wrong. I get there, she said well you told me traditional, I said no, I told you boneless, she said no I even read you ur order and u confirmed, I said no. You even told me to hit the redeem points when I told you my order. She said ok now I have to tell the people in the back to fix it. Good, You do that. I’m all for respecting fast food workers, but she was really rude.

    This our first time at this Buffalo Wild Wings in Montebello,we have been to others Buffalo Wild Wings in different areas. This is the nicest Buffalo Wild Wings including the biggest flat screen TV in the bar. We were seated then the waitess hand us the menu then we look what to order. Then my wife decided to order the Cobb salads then I order a 15 pieces traditional Wings. We waited about 20 minutes because of the wings takes long to cook. We were surprised how this Buffalo Wild Wings looks so cool very popular and also packed we came when the Dodgers playing. The server brought our food it looks good my wings looks good especially the flavors I picked the three flavors I picked orange chicken,lemon pepper,orginal Buffalo. I enjoy my wing especially the orange chicken flavors wing they so good and I enjoy the Lemon pepper and the Buffalo orginal. My wife enjoy her Cobb salad very much. Next we need to try different items.

    Not the first time I’ve had a bad experience here. But this time tops it. Went in with a party of 4. Told us it was an hour wait even though there were empty tables (I figured they were understaffed & didn’t make much of it). I went to the other room for takeout. There were at least 6 staff behind the desk just there talking. 1 of them took our order, I pay, a second person grabs my receipt and checks it before handing it to me. They tell me it will be 45 minutes. I sit on the couch (because I have a baby in my arms) they have in that room and tell me I’m not allowed to wait inside. We make our way out and wait at the Starbucks adjacent to the restaurant. I check the receipt time. Once it’s been 30 minutes since I place my order I walk (3 minutes tops) back to the restaurant. I tell them I’m there to pick up and a guy hands me out bag. I live 5 minutes driving from this place, so I didn’t take that long to get home and open our bag immediately. Just to find the bag all wet from the heat the food had released, the food was cold, the bottom of the boxes with the wings were ripping because they had gotten soggy from the sauce, 2 lemon pepper wins were missing, and 3 of the wings came with feathers. I verified the receipt and compared it with my receipt. Turns out my food had been bagged less than 10 minutes after I had ordered it. I think they bagged an order that had already been ready for a while because those fries were stiff. I called and asked them if I could return them because wings were missing, some had feathers, and it was just plain horrible food and a waste of almost $70 - they just hanged up.

    Wow, This restaurant is a trip! As soon as we walked in the hostess was MIA for 10 minutes and while we waited, waiters just passed by in slow motion with a gloom face expression. I'm not exaggerating! I even asked the people waiting for a table how long they have been waiting? They said, "20. Minutes" and they also mentioned how slow and lethargic the staff looked and moved. We laughed in agreement on how "twighlight zone" the ambiance was. Well, even after walking to the waiter's socializing corner and announcing our presence, they still took another 10 minutes to at least greet us. I don't go out much but I do enough to know Customer Service Etiquette! I don't know, but I've noticed that this young generation (everybody looked about the same age) needs to learn the skilfull art of customer servicet and be trained in these areas: to be friendly, have a sense of urgency, provide basic customer service by asking if we have been helped, "thank you for waiting".....etc. is the future generation loosing basic social skills? I'm scared for my tomorrow if this is true! Well, I wanted to review the food but it's been 20+ minutes and there is no good insight. The restaurant is full and the wait staff are literally moving like slugz..... I hope the food is good at least. Well the plus side is that they are playing classic rock! Wish us luck!
