Sometimes it is a very good feeling to eat food with no meat. This time I ate my lunch here with no meat and it tasted really good.

Girls are rude here. Came by around 430 on a Friday. There was a tall girl with glasses in a ponytail at the register and some tattoos on her wrist, horrible Customer Service skills. when I asked her a question she looked at me with a dumb look on her face as if I should know the answer… if I knew I wouldn’t be asking. The other short girl with the glasses serving the food completely rude. I get that it’s busy but I suggest getting a job where you’re behind the scenes & don’t have to deal with other humans if you have such poor people skills.

Unfortunately, this location seems to always be in a rush and in a disarray. My family and I live close to this location, so when we crave Chipotle and don't want to drive far, we consider this our last choice. The service here always comes off as rushed even when there are 3 or fewer customers. The food in the warming containers rarely looks fresh. I know what you're thinking, don't go here if it's not your favorite...and you're right so I usually don't come here. I have high hopes and give it a shot and am disappointed all over again. I ordered a bowl with half barbacoa and half chicken the other day, and to my disbelief, the protein I was given wasn't even enough to call a scoop of either. I'm only leaving this review so that there can be some change or attempt at making this location what it used to be.

Chipotle where they give you more rice & beans than protein. If you ever order take out I promise you they will give you more rice & beans than any protein. I ordered a stake burrito I got 20 pounds of rice and beans & 3 pieces of stake. I also ordered a stake bowl with 3 pieces of stake & 10 pounds of rice. This place is a joke! Don’t believe me try for yourself and see how disappointed you’ll be #Hangry

Last couple of times I’ve gone, they’re out of Guac. It’s early on too 6ish pm. Seems a little to early to run out :/

I have been coming to this Chipotle Mexican Grill for many years I really enjoy the food very much especially their bowls and choices of meat I can choice. I really enjoy the chips and queso Blanco one of my favorites. Their make everything fresh daily from scratch that why is so good. The staff is very friendly that why I like to come to Chipotle.

It's a hit and miss here depending who prepares your order. They will either put alot or hardly any. Then when you ask for them to add a little more, they want to charge you for double the meat. Smh. They need standardize their portions.

Ist time I came here and last. The all meat stake burrito that I asked for, was far more like a taco on a big tortilla. This did not taste good cause it was just little meat and a lot of guacamole and salsa that made my burrito more like a no meat burrito cause the stake not only that it had few pcs of meat, the meat wasn't that great either. Next time just don't put too much guacamole on something like this, you could just imagine how watery it was.

My husband has had someone be mean to him here like 3 times so he stopped coming. I started coming and haven’t had anyone be mean to me but it is THE stingiest chipotle I have ever been to in my life ever servings wise. I get it they are trying to regulate their costs but just don’t expect to come here and be able to eat two meals from your bowl. It is very tightly regulated.

Geezus $17.20 for a bowl an small soda!! Worst part was it didn't even fill me up. I'm still hungry. These skimpy portions are terrible. I used to like this place. But I won't be back.and to top it off ot looks like nobody has cleaned the dinning area in quite some time

I haven't been to Chipotle in a long while because the last bowl I had grossed me out so bad, I stopped going. My son got a gift card at card and we got hungry so he said we might as well use it even though Chipotle was the last thing I wanted. I ordered two bowls, one with steak and one with chicken. Like I mentioned I hadn't been there in a while so I didn't realize that the bowls were now almost $13 when they were around $8 last I went two years ago. The portions were so skimpy. The saddest portions of beans and rice in the bowl where before they would give heaping spoons of beans and rice. The chicken was not good at all. Had no flavor. Tasted like they had washed it down with water and took off all the seasonings. My son said the steak was dry and chewy. The prices have risen but the portions have decreased and the quality is not great. I will not be going to Chipotle at all. This was it for me.

I want to give PROPS to this HARD WORKING BADDIE on the line!! I watched her tackle a non-stop line from 2:30-3:30 10/4/23. There was 5 people in the back and just her helping people, I’m not sure if this is a system they have but sticking to the POSITIVE. Girl keep it up cus it’s hard now but those skills you got are going to take you far, like bro there is a lady sweeping instead of helping you with the line.. wow 🤣 THAT GIRL IS AMAZING!!

The location of food was dirty, sir cream all over. The staff all laughingand not paying attention to what I wanted to order. One girl was closing bowl and me still trying to tell her to add cheese. When I told her that I wanted her to add cheese, she grabbed a handful and threw it in the bowl! All the staff just laughing and playing around. Never going back there again.

Unfortunately I have to edit my review down from 4 stars to 2 stars. Same great food but the new workers are lousy...and they run out of forks and guac and salad dressing all the time, talk to their friends rather than serve the customers in their line...this place as far as customer serice has really gone downhill I will have to find a different Chipotle! Sorry to say. As in general: I love the food at Chipotle I like what it offers I like the choices I can stay on my diet... I can actually lose weight using Chipotle food as long as you avoid the cheese guacamole and some of the other stuff. But I've also had a mixed bag of the workers at this particular location sometimes they're not on point and do not seem very helpful and sometimes the crew is great you just never know. I will say I like this location a lot better than the Alhambra location for its energy and fun vibe! Also they get you through the line really quick

Good food. Never had an issue at this place. I did notice there are fewer salad portions.

The food was good and fresh but the service was slow. The poor guy that helped us had no help as other employees just wondered around pretending to do things while talking to one another.

I ordered online, pick up time was 12:30pm, when I arrived, they didnt have my order yet, then I waited for another 20 minutes, so I asked and the manager name Maria Perez with her super unfriendly look, gave me different bags of wrong orders, which made me think it was mine, and I give it back to her. Then she said my order got taken by someone else!? So she would make another one according to my receipt name , which made me wait for 15 more minutes. When she brought the bag, I noticed the name of one of the bowls was not my family's name so I told her this is not my order, and instead of apologizing she blamed it on me that I was the one who gave the order name. No matter if it was different types of foods or not, so I said "Can I talk to your manager," she replied " Im the manager!" I said okay, where is your customer service? And make up for all these delayed and wrong orders, she said "Your the one who gave me the order with that name ! so thats the only order I've got with the other same name as you!" I was like"I paid the online order, and I need the correct order, thats about it because I have been waiting for more than an hour and I have my family waiting including my children." She goes"I dont know!" I replied by saying "So you think its my fault?" And she said back, "Its not your fault and its not my fault! And I cannot help you with you giving me that attitude!" What rudeness. I felt so harassed by the way she treated me as a customer. I have ordered Chipotle many times and it is so unfortunate for huge company such as Chipotle hiring someone like her, as a manager.

This is solely based on 30 min wait!!6 people in the back one guy doing phone order's and one girl serving 20 customer's, this place is trash when it comes to customer service.

Went today April 28,2023 around 9pm and they didn’t really had anything ready, very little white rice only, no brown rice at all. Then I asked for half and half bowl and they said they couldn’t, yet on the app it lets you do half and half and said they had to charge extra (almost $6) to add another meat which I can understand if you actually put extra meat but they barely put any meat of both which I choose. For another $6 the bowl should be full, but even with lettuce on top the bowl still had space before putting on the lid.

Double protein + guac bowl at the end of the day and they were the first Chipotle in the SGV region not to honor my vinny request. Solid jawn for ELAC students, anyone else … there are plenty of Chipotle franchises thru LA County, go to any of them instead.

I really enjoy eating at Chipotle. It is a good experience every time. The employees are attentive and receptive to the customer. Whether I order a burrito, burrito bowl, salad, or my new obsession chicken quesadilla, I really enjoy lunch or dinner inside their seating area. The restaurant is clean, and the service is pretty darn good. I love the fact that this restaurant stays opens until 10 pm, a rarity now adays. Most days it's well staffed which is a testament to the great atmosphere Chipotle creates for both its employees and customers. Thank you for remembering to treat everyone with respect.

I am so disappointed. Today at 1:46pm, went in and saw the 2 girls talking, of course I've had to finish their gossip before attending us. Both white and brown rice containers were practically empty, no steak, as a matter of fact.... The girl said "let me check in the back to see what we have". Came home and yes, the rice was so cold it was clumped and hard, the chicken was also cold. Had to throw away my food. I should have walked out when I'm saw the selection (or lack there of) through the glass. So long Monterey Park Chipotle

Today on April 21st, 2022 I was humiliated and my bowl that was served had less than half. This location continuously serves small portions about half full, but less than half is ridiculous, especially with rising prices and terrible customer service. The chipotle server who served my bowl humiliated me by saying that’s the portion size and if I don’t like it I can leave. The people waiting behind me heard and laughed. I heard them conversing about what the server said. She’s a tall heavy set server, she had no name badge. She even filled their bowls 3/4 full.
