Pick your ingredients at the bar (protein, vegan, etc), then they will cook it for you with your chosen soup base. Really delicious soup and very well prepared.

This is my first time being here, and will be my last. They make you pick ingredients in a self-serving manner and while doing it, I found a tiny bug dead floating in one of the ingredient trays. I notify the waiter about the issue and an old kitchen lady came by and simply took it out of the ingredient tray and pretended that nothing has happened (there were people still picking ingredients out of that tray afterward). This is a disgusting behavior and I can't fathom what kinda nasty stuff they could be doing in their kitchen where people couldn't see. I also had some bad stomach ache and I knew the food was definitely not fresh. Price was quite high as well. They make you pay by lbs and the baseline is 13.99/lb. Update on 06/19/2023: I just had a terrible stomachache, headache, lack of energy throughout my body, and muscle ache that resembles stomach flu. Had to rest the whole day and not sure when I would get better. They definitely didn't wash their ingredients thoroughly, and due to the headache part, I suspect this might be viral stomach ache. DO NOT COME

We were staying at the Lincoln Hotel nearby, on a Sunday evening, and the front desk recommended here for dinner. The staff was very helpful explaining how things worked, (basically, pick your own veggies & meat, put it in a bowl, choose your soup base, sit down and wait for it to be cooked).... When we were there, dinner was $11.99 for a pound of veggies/meat/seafood... Our came out fast, and was super hot (oven hot - not spicey), and was amazingly tasty. When we were there, Sunday evening about 7pm, it was busy. But we were seated straight away: We will definitely try it again on our next stay in the area.

Delicious hot soup, Taiwanese authentic hot noodle soup. It was so delicious. Especially I did it medium spicy. I love coming to this place and I recommend this restaurant.

This is a sort of a hotpot place but instead of you cooking it, they cook it for you. The concept is cool and nice, but one thing that turned me off was using one pair of tongs for everything. Nonetheless I still tried it and made my bowl. My bowl came out to be almost 2lbs, which honestly didn't seem like a lot so be careful of filling it.

The hot pot was delicious and service size was very big. The staff s was also very helpful and nice; one of the best hot pot places I’ve ever been to.

Stopped in late on Sunday for a small bite. My girlfriend, and I actually split one big bowl of hot pot. Loaded it up pretty good with meat, shrimp, scallops, fish balls, etc, and was just over $20. Broth always tastes good and you can usually have a seat quickly.

I got the mild so it wasn’t as flavorful as I wanted it to be. I like their buffet selection as they have a good variety of stuff. They have a sauce section as well which is useful. Liked it, but maybe I’ll have to try the original broth next time.

I have been to this place a few times, the taste is pretty good, and the variety of dishes is quite complete. The slight disadvantage may be that there are not many dipping sauces, and the dishes are very fresh. There are all kinds of meat, meatballs, and vegetables. Seafood, as well as various noodles, vermicelli and so on. The soup base can also be slightly spicy, etc. The taste of the soup base is also good, the service attitude here is also very good, and there are various drinks. There are paper towels and disinfectant wipes on the table, which is very careful.

First time here, you can pick the food you want in the bowl, take the bowl tothe counter, choose the flavor of soup you want and they will cook for you. And they will deliver the meal to your seat. Next to the condiment station, there is a sauce bar where you can choose any additional sauces you would like.

We really enjoyed the experience of picking out what to have in our hotpot and choosing our soup base. I got the beef broth as spicy and it’s very flavorful. Price was very reasonable too. Simple, short wait for it to come out. I forgot about the station with spices. We are definitely coming back.

This place was great, you get to pick your own toppings and they add the soup base and cook it for you. Their service was also very good. Will be coming back here soon.

2023/08 Update: They have unsweetened tea now!!!yay😍 ——— Love their dry hot pot! The flavor was unique. The only thing I wish they could improve is their beverage options. There’s no unsweetened tea or beverage, only soda or juice to choose from.

Have been here twice so far. Excellent food! The only thing is the meat is little bit too fatty.

Great selection of fresh vegetables and nice meats. A little fatty, but still good. Great tasty sides like fish cake and tofu too. Really good!!

One of my favorite places. I absolutely tried and love all their broths. They have the traditional bone broth, spicy broth (with different spice levels: mild, medium hot) and the curry broth. You honestly can't go wrong in any of them. How this place works is that there is a buffet style table where you pick you veggies, meats, fish balls, noodles and other toppings on a bowl. Then, you take it to the front and they weigh it for you. They give you a number and sit on your table. Then they serve all the contents you chose in the broth of your choice to the table. You pay at the end. It's nice that they also have a stamp card and when you reach 10lbs you get a free bowl!!

I really like this store. The food is pretty good and selections meet my appetite. The soup is pretty good and you can also have it with dry spices instead. The service is higher than average, as everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely come back, and thanks!

The food is fresh and price is reasonable. The spicy is not that spicy.

They got my order wrong with someone else's. How do you do that when you have a tag for the bowl, with the same tag I take, and the receipt on the bowl? At least they offered to let me get another round for that mistake [which I declined] and threw in the drink for free, so I can't complain. Otherwise, the staff were extra careful to check up on us to fill our waters. The broth was interesting, and full of flavor. I have to wonder if it's worth that much for bone broth, mixed with seasonings, and then a choice of vegetables, seafood, and meats I can get at home. Granted, buying that much means eating the same food for several days.
