We've been ordering from this location since it opened and they had always been very generous with their portions, but the last two times have been disappointing. The broccoli beef hardly had any beef and the bowl had way too much quinoa, leaving not much room for the Kung Pao chicken. I left a couple of stars because their customer service is great and they had my order in a reasonable time.

Great place to eat. Its location is right next to East Los Angeles College, so really close by for students to stop by and get some food. Store has a large seating area and has 3 televisions in the back for those who feel like watching something while eating. Staff is great and helpful. Lots of choices on which sides you can want and they have the option to taste a sample if you want to know how it tastes before getting.

Honestly this Panda Express sucks they are always greedy with there food there was only 3 pieces of meet in my broccoli beef. The food was old because the rice was all clumpy but crunchy I know wired huh.

I eat here around 2 times a week since I work down the street. First time leaving a negative review as well. 8 pieces of orange chicken. It's sad that big chains give so little food for the price they charge.

Food was great but service by young lady at register was abrupt, short and not very welcoming. It felt like she was rushing us out.

First time customer to this specific restaurant. I must say the food was delicious. Customer Service was excellent. Very professional and well mannered young lady gave us our food to go and it was a good meal.

The food never looses its awesome taste! The only sad thing is that sometimes you get a decent portion and other times, depending on who serves you, you get 4 pieces of orange chicken... since a meal is now about 15 dollars, you'd expect a good serving! They need to improve on that!!!

recently it seems like panda express’s chow mein has gone down the drain it seems like all the time i ask for chow mein i get more cabbage than noodles what’s going on??? i come thinking it will change but never has

I usually order online and pick up my food at this Panda Express location. Their food qualify is consistent that's why I always come back to this one. I can always find parking around their restaurant so it is very convenient. It is a fast food/self served type of restaurant, but I find their staff are helpful.

Food is always good. Place is always clean. Came today and I know it was busy but it looked like one of the managers was helping cook in the back. Her and another girl had No gloves. The manager had no hair net even thought her hair was short above her shoulders she could have a hair net at least. One thing I hate is to find hair in my food anywhere!!!! Otherwise good restaurant never had issues but please wear gloves at least.

I walked in to Panda and the line was a mile long and the customers were being served at a snails pace. So I looked out of the window and saw a place called the Thai House about 100 feet away. I decided to give it a try and the food was amazing. I got the panang chicken and it was so plentiful, I took a good portion of it home. The extra $ 10 I spent at the Thai House was worth it.

Treated very rudely at this location. Serving size was inconsistent, when I pointed it out, they acted disrespectfully. Amanda and the especially the manager Sarah displayed bad customer service. I order often from this restaurant in person and through postmates and after the way I was treated it makes me not to order from this Panda Express again.

The location is big and nicely remodeled. They don't give free samples anymore, I asked for the new plant based meat before adding it to my order by they said no. Overall, the food tastes pretty good

Food rush always happens in this industry , and I know from experience it's not easy . The staff handles Very Rude and aggressive customers great , taking the time to ask them if there is anything else that they may need. It doesnt matter if your a doctor or Public servant have respect for the Panda Express family . Shout out to the head manager , she's always awesome to everyone ! Keep up the great work

Beautiful establishment & great customer service. I traveled across country, and it was well worth it. By far the best Panda Express food I’ve tasted, along with bubble tea.

Rice was hard and uncooked for the fried rice, chow mein lack flavor, chicken mushrooms is different from before, again no flavor and chicken was dried and hard (tender juicy before), tofu from egg plant was over fried and hard, etc etc Suggest better cooks and quality control.

This place has been followed by many beggars that stay next to you while you are in line asking for money. I had two bad experiences one with a lady asking for 2 dollars! Then she grab the leftovers of a customer and seated next to the line to keep asking for more money . The second one was a homeless man that grab a plate from the trash and took a nap . I was next to him and the odor was disgusting! I couldn’t eat there anymore and called the manager. He told me that the homeless has the right to be there because he had a plate and therefore he was a customer ! BAD MANAGEMENT!!

Love the food but price increased a bit I guess…
