When you arrive you are greeted by a guard who, with a list in hand, asks your name and verifies whether you are on his list. Then the guard tells you where to wait. There you wait for a lady to call you to bill you and assign you the doctor who will treat you. They are expected to call and that's it!! From the moment of billing to the call for the consultation it takes about 20 minutes. Which seemed very fast to me. I appreciate the service you provide.
