3 stars. The rooms are some of the most beautiful in Monterrey with great panoramic views, location inside the shopping mall was also a big plus. Starbucks is on the same floor as hotel lobby. Pool was a big plus, gym also with good views. The biggest downsides were the elevators (or lack thereof) and the parking. There was only ONE functioning elevator for the entire hotel of 17 floors, didn’t help that the stairwell was closed too. Sometimes I was waiting up to 10 minutes for the elevator to come during peak hours (12pm check out and 3pm check in). The parking for the hotel is all the way at the bottom of the garage which is very strangely built and confusing. I could accept this but there were SEVERAL times our parking ticket wasn’t accepted for whatever reason and we’d be stuck in the garage, also saw this happen to other hotel guests. One time one of the ladies at the front desk accused us of not parking in the correct location even after we affirmed that we were, and then she sent a maintenance guy to the parking lot with us to confirm we were parked correctly. I did NOT appreciate essentially being accused of lying - the maintenance guy even said it was wrong of her to do that. Incredibly frustrating. If the parking situation was better, this hotel would be one of my favorites in Monterrey because the rooms are truly very comfortable. I recommend the hotel do valet parking instead if the Pabellon isn’t going to improve the parking. The hotel guests shouldn’t be burdened with the horrible parking.

The hotel room was always clean, and the staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating. My mother in law had a surgery and had to switch to a handicap room, and they accommodated her and a late check out. They helped set up in-room Covid testing to exit the country, gave us free drinks from the hotel bar, and helped us countless times with wheelchairs and other accessibility needs. The gym and pool are also a nice touch! Will definitely be coming back!

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, we enjoyed our stay at the Fiesta Americana hotel. The Hotel restaurant was outstanding, and had a great view from the 16th floor of the hotel. I have to say that the staff at the front desk and concierge desk have been amazing. We had a lot of questions and they took the time to help us sort things out each time. If I could, I would give this hotel a 10 star.

I had a great experience in this hotel, the room view was excellent and everyone was nice. I was not very impressed by the pool but over all it was a great experience.

I didn't stay on this property but, some family members did and I cannot emphasize the quality of the rooms, bars and Pavillion where there are great restaurants and bars..I highly recommend it

I had never stayed at Fiesta Americana but my customer recommended it. I'm glad I did. Really good view. Freezing cold air conditioning was very appreciated. The wifi was fast and reliable.

Just went to the bar for a couple of beers, the waitress was very kind and the bar has an amazing view of the city. The terrace is beautiful but unfortunately the temperatures during summer make it unbearable to sit outside. Inside is nice and cozy.

Room service didn't deliver my food and also they have the worst design in human history "the semi square toilet"

Great customer service, ladies in front are super nice and helpful, area of the hotel is inside a nice shopping center, only downside is parking since it’s inside a parking garage if you’re staying in the hotel you have to park in a specific level of the parking garage which gets kinda confusing if it’s your first time, also you have to pay for parking like 130 pesos per day, overall great hotel just parking gets confusing sometimes.

Let’s see, took 20 minutes to figure out how to park. Don’t come here with a car. They tried to charge me 60% more because I was trying to book direct. Btw, they lose 7-20% of the booking when I cancelled and booked on Priceline. Their bar is closed because of the pandemic. Literally, worst place I’ve stayed in Mexico

Had a great time. We came to see Ed Maverick. We did not plan it. They were next to each other. Did not even have to drive. I would recommend it.
