The
rooms
are
some
of
the
most
beautiful
in
Monterrey
with
great
panoramic
views,
location
inside
the
shopping
mall
was
also
a
big
plus.
Starbucks
is
on
the
same
floor
as
hotel
lobby.
Pool
was
a
big
plus,
gym
also
with
good
views.
The
biggest
downsides
were
the
elevators
(or
lack
thereof)
and
the
parking.
There
was
only
ONE
functioning
elevator
for
the
entire
hotel
of
17
floors,
didn’t
help
that
the
stairwell
was
closed
too.
Sometimes
I
was
waiting
up
to
10
minutes
for
the
elevator
to
come
during
peak
hours
(12pm
check
out
and
3pm
check
in).
The
parking
for
the
hotel
is
all
the
way
at
the
bottom
of
the
garage
which
is
very
strangely
built
and
confusing.
I
could
accept
this
but
there
were
SEVERAL
times
our
parking
ticket
wasn’t
accepted
for
whatever
reason
and
we’d
be
stuck
in
the
garage,
also
saw
this
happen
to
other
hotel
guests.
One
time
one
of
the
ladies
at
the
front
desk
accused
us
of
not
parking
in
the
correct
location
even
after
we
affirmed
that
we
were,
and
then
she
sent
a
maintenance
guy
to
the
parking
lot
with
us
to
confirm
we
were
parked
correctly.
I
did
NOT
appreciate
essentially
being
accused
of
lying
-
the
maintenance
guy
even
said
it
was
wrong
of
her
to
do
that.
Incredibly
frustrating.
If
the
parking
situation
was
better,
this
hotel
would
be
one
of
my
favorites
in
Monterrey
because
the
rooms
are
truly
very
comfortable.
I
recommend
the
hotel
do
valet
parking
instead
if
the
Pabellon
isn’t
going
to
improve
the
parking.
The
hotel
guests
shouldn’t
be
burdened
with
the
horrible
parking.
