love this place. great place to live. everything literally at your doorsteps. you never have to leave to get anything you need, from great selections of restaurants, theatre, kids zone, shops, beauty parlors... favorite coffee shop.... MadCoffee, much better than Starbucks.

It was good , the plaza has a diversity of shops, restaurants, hotels, movie theater etc. All in one place :)

Terrible concept, overpriced restaurants (over 50 dollars per person for a terribly , super small lobster at red lobster) expensive parking service (2 dollars an hour), and 30% of the commercial locations have not open yet (Dec 2016). One of them even closed already (a jewelry shop).

Nice place , however it’s parking system is very in efficient , long lines waiting to pay and exit.

Plaza Nuevo Sur is a nice plaza. Nice restaurant options, getting a Mad Coffee, variety of ice cream shops to walk around and enjoy the plaza, going to the movies, and the Friday night market area. Kid friendly. If staying overnight or the whole weekend there are many Airbnb options around the plaza.

Food was great, however the service was not up to the task. They were understaffed and with rookie wairess that was overwelmed. This level of franchise should really improve into assuring the service level their cuatomers are accostumed to and they deserve...

Great achievement in urban planning. Everything you need

Cooling needs an upgrade or someone to be on top off it. Otherwise great people and ambiance, grading seems similar to multiple other gyms around the world.

This mall has a good selection of stores and restaurants.

Positive: dog friendly!! You can take your pet-baby around, they have a small green area so you can play. There are good restaurants to. And since they charge for parking, be sure to ask the restaurant if they validate parking, it may save you $25 pesos! Some fridays and saturdays they have a local product's market (evening), check their facebook page for more info. Negative: Well, there are some parts where it smells horrible, since all the restaurant vents are taken to the pedestrian path.

Beautiful and modern area with great views! I would definitely go back. Very safe place to be at and everything is near by; american restaurants and then mexican tacos just across the street! It was an amazing experience after 14 year of not going to Monterrey.

Safe and good. But they need to control the kids here. They are minors but smoking everywhere in Nuevo sur. And no one cares about it. If this place wants to be the best family place, gotta control those kids. And they are making out every nights here.

We have been visiting this mall very frequently this year, it's an open plaza, there are many restaurants with tables in open areas.
