Understaffed and surely underpaid employees who show a terrible attitude towards the customer: "No, we don't have it"... and of course they did, but I had to find it on my own and then, wait a long time until they got rid from another annoyed customer so they could unlock the rack (yes they have racks with locks!) so I could take the item I needed... Then go find a cashier to pay an over priced item, dang!!

Unfortunately this Restaurant in this Monterrey location is not recommended, Enchiladas suizas with cold temperature, bad chicken quality and bad tortilla de maíz. Always with few waiters who can not handle all customers

Gone through this store like 20 times but have never bought anything.

They fulfill all the Covid practices, you feel comfortable with the arrangements made in the restaurant, and food is good also the cost is fair.

It has books, electronics, toys, and, surprisingly, a decent assortment of board games. Disclaimer: I usually pass through this store to enter the mall, but don't buy anything. Praise: I saw a board game price that was so enticing that I almost bought it on the spot.

Plenty of things to see here in this store. From snacks to toys to electronics etc. Only downside is that the isles are too narrow and with the people that come in is crazy packed. I still give it 5 stars because the staff I dealt with, was very helpful.

This used to be a nice place to eat. The quality of the food and the service is not what it used to be a few years ago.

I’ve been coming to this place since I was a child. Specially the Sanborns that it’s located in Plaza Morelos. The food it’s very nice as well as the service. I used to spend hours and hours reading. They don’t mind at all that you’re there opening the books or magazines to read. They have very nice Spanish books about leadership such as John Maxwell. They have a whole variety of items and toys. Definitely I recommend this diverse store. By far one of my favorites

They're only serving 3 dishes now: enchiladas, chilaquilles, and molletes. Screaming children all over and a smoke detector beeping relentlessly.

They have a lot of diferent products, and I love their chocolates

Went there to eat at the restaurant. They have handmade juice Quite delectable. The breakfast was superb. Everyone is so attentive To your needs.

The restaurant is excellent , the menu is very good and the buffet table has a great variety , desert too! The store has much to choose from the restrooms are clean that's a plus . Oh and the prices are good .
