Gepetto's is meh! The food is pretty basic and the atmosphere is small town outdated. It is one of very few options in a small town so it will do. Update: Great Customer service makes such a difference. Attitude is everything! As far as atmosphere, the restaurant hasn't changed much but the new ownership makes all the difference in the world. The old ownership made this establishment horrendous! We decided to give it another try when in town again because we found out that the ownership had changed hands. What a 180 degree flip. The menu is pretty much the same but the food was somehow much better and the wait staff were friendly and helpful. We were very happy with our visit. Way to go old owners for seeing the writing on the wall. We hope for a long and prosperous run for the new ownership.

A much better experience. Yummy food and great service this time. So happy for the new owners. We will be back.🥰 We shared a chicken caesar sandwich and waffle fries and it was delicious. The atmosphere needs a refresh but the food and service make up for it.

We sought this restaurant out because of reviews. We were seated quickly and given menus and a drink order was placed. We got our drinks and then ordered lasagna and chicken Alfredo. My attention was held during the wait by watching 4 flies dancing a few booths away. I food arrived and looked inviting. The lasagna reminded me of Chef Boyardee where the noodles are too soft, the sauce sweet and bland. The Alfredo sauce was too thick also lacked in spicing. There was ample cheese.

My husband,grandson and I ate here on on 11-6-22. We were all very dissappointed. I had the mac and cheese. I have had it several times before and was always very hot and of course delicious. This time was not hit at all. My husband had the ravioli and the same not hot at all. Not sure what the problem was but hope it was one that won’t happen again. I was really looking foreword to that dinner.

They only had one waitress and they were slammed. No one knew what food went to what table and kept bringing random plates to the table asking if it was ours. Drinks were sent back for being terrible. Food was mediocre at best. It was absolute chaos. On top of that next door has a bunch of trashy political flags facing the restraunts parking lot and windows. Very welcoming small town vibes. /s

Service was inadequate, food was decent. Ordered baked spaghetti to go and a large Iced Tea. "We don't serve drinks to go" she says. Ok just a baked spaghetti then. I chose the salad and it comes with bread. The to go service in general seemed like it was not a major part of their business. Which is odd to me because I've not eaten at an italian restaurant that didn't have a solid to go game. Fork in the box no napkins in the bag no offer of condiments etc. Just generally seemed pretty careless about my order. The kitchen on the other hand seems to know the business. My food was ready in 12 minutes hot, fresh, decently prepared. Portion size was on the small side for italian food. The pasta was served on a piece of foil to bake the cheese on top and make it easy to serve into a clamshell. The clamshell was a 3 compartment unit but only the main dish section was full. The bread was packed on top of the two side compartments. They could use a smaller single compartment clamshell and make the customer feel like their plate was full instead of feeling like they paid for a meal and got half a clamshell of food. Sauce was a basic bright marinara, decent spice nice flavor not too salty not too sweet slightly acidic but overall decently balanced. It's advertised as being the best italian in grays harbor. If that's true I guess i'm glad I didn't choose the second best place to have lunch.

We normally get great service. Our drinks are always full and we never have to ask for something more than once. Our service left something to be desired. I had to ask for something multiple times and it took 20 minutes from the time we ordered until we got dessert. This was some of the worst service I have had. My waitress was Maddie. If I had my regular waitress this would not have happen. There where also only 3 tables. SMH they can do better.

We used to love it here, and I frequently get take out lunches. My kids hated the pizza, I love Pizza myself but couldn't eat my sons sausage pizza. My husband's sandwich was made on garlic bread and so salty he couldn't eat it. My salad was good, but they were out of my first choice.The server was great fast, friendly and accurate. Hopefully next time will be better.

We went on a Sunday evening. I live local but had never been there. We were seated immediately and had a wonder accomodating server. We had a medium pizza (great pricing) salad & a pitcher of beer. Some of the beers were local or ones we'd never heard so were given samples. The most delicious pizza! This Oregon beer is one of the best (City of Dreams).

This was many times getting pizza at Gepetto's. The servers are always different and tonight one was brand new. The food was good, the pizzas piled high. Enjoyed our time.

Food was incredible as always! Wife and I shared the “Hotcha Gotcha” after our sweet waitress suggested it…… Drinks from the bar are excellent as well!! Thanks Geppettos for the wonderful experience last weekend and thank you to our waitress “Izzy”!!!

I've had the food in the past, and it's been a minute since I've been in here. Owners are different, but the patrons are still friendly and welcoming. It's not a bad place to grab a drink, have a laugh, listen to some live music, and maybe just maybe get out on the dance floor.

The server was great, friendly and attentive. The food was delicious! I only gave the atmosphere 3 stars as it was sooo very cold. I'm sure it's costly to heat such a large area but it was truly so cold we contemplated leaving and going elsewhere. I would highly recommend eating here but dress warm/layer.

Great atmosphere, great staff, pizza is mids. Pass through here every few years and grab a pie with family, sauce in pizza is always luke warm, like not enough time in oven. Cheese barely melted. Toppings just warm enough like they were screaming for another 2 minutes in the oven to actually get hot...such a disappointment.

Best place to eat in town and they don't close down at 6pm. The new owners are super friendly and definitely on top of things. Nice to see them trying some new things. Football rafles and really good breakfast on Sundays.

Greeting was fine. Ordering didn’t take to long. Then it went down hill. I’m not a fan of iceberg lettuce but the tiny salad had iceberg, olives, and cheese? Then I had fettuccine and I have to quit ordering it even in an Italian restaurant. They bake tasteless cheese on top but then the fettuccine is like paste. I do not know the process they use but the sauce is not like paste when fresh out of the kettle. My husband had spaghetti and he said it was very spicy. He had the baked on cheese also and not impressed. Like others say IF you come back try something totally different. I probably will. The waitress asked if I liked my fettuccine and I said NO and told her why. Thought I would get a discount or comp but nothing. So here I am being negative. Sorry

Their sandwiches and pasta are really good. My wife and I had lunch, and it was our first time there, we were not disappointed. I also recommend the clam chowder. It's fresh and rich.

The crust is fantastic. I would have rated it a 8.5 for me that's a very high score, unfortunately they used cornmeal on the crust, in my opinion a mistake. The beautiful leopard spots on the nice crunchy crust just weren't enough so I give the crust a 5 still a good score but the cornmeal is hard to get past. The sauce is a solid 8 nothing extra not too salty. Just a nice thick sauce. The toppings are just that, the same toppings everyone else has but not the cheap nasty ones, overall pizza score 7.5 very respectable pizza. I would recommend it if you haven't tried it. It's not the kind of pizza you eat with your bros over too many beers at 4am. I would certify this pizza, a really nice dinner pizza.

Good food and a great price. The service was a delight. Really accommodating to my kids. Glad I picked it.

Good food, with good portions. On the spendier side, but no worse than Olive Garden. And better in my opinion. Amazing service!! I wish I would have grabbed her name, but truly the best service we have had since before COVID!

My family and I have been going to Gapettos for over 20 years. The last 3 times we've been there the food has gotten worse and worse, and I've had better pizza out of a Box at home than the pizza we received last week!!

We ordered their meat pizza with red peppers or sun dried tomatoes can’t quite remember. It was a large and cost around $25 and worth every penny. When I went to pick it up it was heavy, heavy enough that I took notice of it. Brought it home and it was delicious, four of us shared it. We were all full and still had pizza left over. They do have great food. Also have a lounge in the back

I've had a lot better. The fries were truly horrible, they had the consistency of cardboard and tasted freezer burnt. The ravioli was very chewy, though it tasted OK. The salad was also strange, it had a metric ton of olives on it, which I digged, but was still a little weird. I also got a Alfredo chicken sandwich, which was very good, it was mostly just cheese, mushrooms, and cheese, with a minimal amount of chicken, but it tasted really good. The price was pretty reasonable as well. Overall though it was not the best.

I walk in. I want to place a to go order. The woman at the counter tells me it's a 45 min wait. I say ok, maybe I'll sit in the bar- keep in mind I wasn't sure yet if I'd be buying anything in the bar or if I'd even choose to wait in there. She says, ok, you can place your order in the bar. I say actually could I just order it here at the counter like I normally would? She says actually, we *prefer* that you order your meal with your drinks in the bar so it's all on the same tab. Which would make sense if I had ACTUALLY DECIDED that I was going to buy drinks. Not to mention the food was for my mom so I'd be paying for drinks separately, anyways. So, I leave without food OR drinks. Nice. On that note I have eaten here before and the food is subpar. I came here only because Casa Mia is 10x worse and I'd have to drive an hour to find another place to satisfy my craving. Guess I'll go to thriftway and get cheapo microwave spaghetti. Thanks guys!

The woman we encountered when we inquired about our reservation had the worst attitude I have ever seen in a restaurant. It would have been all 1 stars if not for our server. She seemed to be making a small effort to do her job without a nasty attitude.

Great Hot Sub. (Love the bread) waffle fries were good as well. Wish they were warmer. They were not cold, I just prefer them hotter. Personal preference. We will definitely be back.

The best Italian food in the region. Everything is good here. I eat here once a week and love every bite. Parking is tight.

We really like Gepetto's. The pizza is great, and we also love the sports bar. Great place for family dinner. Highly recommend and best restaurant in Montesano.

Drove 20 minutes for you guys to be closed today, even though you have Sunday hours posted. If it’s for Labor Day, 1) that’s tomorrow and 2) a sign on the door at least would’ve been nice. Probably won’t make the drive again
