    It is a beautiful, tidy, clean place. The classes are only with an agenda, therefore everyone has their space. The teachers are excellent. The professionalism and warmth of both is the strength of this center. A place with very good energy

    Excellent place to exercise, the teachers are the best, they create such a good atmosphere that the next day you want to go, no matter how sore you are from the previous day's exercise. Super recommended, it definitely helps your physical and mental health. 💪🏆

    Andrea and Leticia are the best! Apart from being great professionals, they are loving, dedicated to each one of us. It is a place where I not only train, but I have fun with a divine group of people, full of good vibes and great camaraderie.

    Very practical location, I love that the mats and the entire space are in perfect condition of cleanliness and maintenance. Very friendly and personalized attention. Super recommend!

    Beautiful teachers inside and out!! Excellent professionals, always very attentive to how each of the students perform the exercises in class. They are GENIUS!!! Let's go up VERTICAL!!!! HAPPY FIRST YEAR!!!! The first of many!!!!

    A place where you not only exercise knowing all the benefits that it entails, it is a meeting place, the teachers are Cracks, I love it, it makes me feel good, comfortable, uninhibited and I have a lot of fun!
