    Unfortunately dirty. They condition it when tourists arrive, the rest of the year it is filth. They also allow the walls of the buildings to be vandalized with graffiti and papers. The dump trucks, etc. are not cleaned either.

    It is a nice place to go and visit if you are a tourist, if you are a local there are cheaper places although not as flashy. If you like pedestrian or street fair style things, I recommend the Tristán Narvaja fair on Sundays. You can find everything at a good price.
