I started with the first treatment to be done and when I arrived I already had the first problem, they changed the prices that they had given me, but they offered me a “4 x 3” for the pulsed light treatment, it seemed quite fair to me. They made a mistake by charging me with a credit card and billed for the 4 sessions. From there began a daily suffering to try to correct his mistake. Until I got to speak directly with the owners, who without apologizing blamed the employee, in short, they answered me "since it was the employee's mistake, they were not responsible." I immediately thought, how lucky it was a money issue and not malpractice. I let that money go to waste, never to have treatment at this clinic again!
