Of all the gyms I've been to, the only one that doesn't have a sheet posted on the wall and tells you "here's the routine" and accompanies you only the first week... The routine is different every day, a professional with a vocation For what it does, it loves what it does to understand what I'm saying you have to go and see its owner at work, enviable facilities and an environment in which you feel very comfortable!! I recommend them, despite being a neighborhood gym, you come across first division Uruguayan soccer players, even some with international experience!! I was surprised to see him and the most beautiful thing is to see how he trains those people and to see that he treats and trains you the same!! That is my experience and I am very critical of these comments.
