Very helpful staff, specially Malena and Sebastián, nice breakfast, everything was spotless and climbing the roof you have a great view of old Town. Definitely recommended stay.

Really nice hostel in good location. The people ware absolutely amazing. The hostel itself is a beautiful and old building with insane high ceilings. Nice and quiet in the night.

I liked the building in which the hostel is located and its overall style. The location is also superb - you have lots of places to discover around; it is full of shops during the day and the restaurants stay open until late. Both the owner and employees are friendly and helpful - we were given our room earlier to the regular check-in time simply as a nice gesture (we were very tired following an overnight bus ride). The only thing that I didn't like is the fact that the place could be better maintained.

We really enjoyed staying here. Iván in particular was wonderful with his advice for sites, food, and just helpfulness with all situations. It is a place full of character and historic charm, and I would stay there again any day, but I like character, and am ok with not everything working perfect, not being hotel clean, nor the sheets being white, etc. The rooftop has nice views of the area, and the cabin is cozy too.

Is an amazing place, friendly environment, friendly and helpful staff, very clean, good breakfast, good facilities, but little cold during cold temporary, and little expensive for long standing, otherwise is advisable please to go.

Casa vegana is very good hostel in montevideo. location of this hostel is very good and you can reach easily by bus from airport. there is a good kitchen and other facilities.

Nice hosts, perfect location in the pedestrian area close to the mercadao del puerto. The world needs more vegan places like this
