It is a place to hang out with friends or family.Great place for tourists, it is inside the touristic zone so you won't have a problem with being safe. You should bear in mind that this place is outdoors. From there you can actually look at the beach and walk in the famous "rambla"

One of the most beautiful places in the city. It's open, green, right next to Rio De la Plata and u can see there many people resting, chilling, walking their dogs, doing sports, etc. Highly recommended
