Very bad service. We had a table for two, ordered a scone, a muffin, and a pain au chocolat with two coffees. After half an hour, the waitress brought a scone, but said since we didn't have our drinks yet she took it back. Waited for another 15 minutes without any attention. After a 45 minute wait, and no sign of our order happening, we decided to leave. As we were walking out, a waiter said that our food was coming, but when we mentioned that it's been over half an hour, he shouted "let's cancel this" very loudly to the back. I usually wouldn't mind waiting, but since we didn't order anything too complicated, nor did anyone even bother to acknowledge the lateness, I don't think I will be returning to sit down here again.

The chicken salad was very good, very friendly service.

Nice place but the service here is even slower than the European locations. And it’s not possible to have a croissant warmed up :-/

Service was poor. We waited 30 minutes for two dishes only to find out that they hadn’t been processed in the kitchen. After 10 minutes we left, as the dishes were still not ready. Staff seemed uncoordinated.

Perfect Sunday morning brunch. The ambiance reflects my favorite Le Plain Quotidien restaurants in Washington DC and New York. In lieu of omeletts there is a beautiful variety of organic egg options. The bread deserves an special mention, ideal companion for a fresh, nutritious and delicious meal. Great customer service, Fiorella and Tatiana delivered a warm and professional attention which enhanced the experience.
