The café is one of my favorite places for a casual breakfast or lunch in Carrasco. If the weather is nice, sit on the pleasant, shaded back patio. It feels a little like an Italian trattoria. La Linda's bakery is one of 2 decent ones in Carrasco (the other is Museo). Selection is pretty good, but I would love it is they had some really great choices of bread.

Bread of Heaven, Feed ye till he want no more! I have been to every bakery in South America and this is by far the best.

Great food, excellent service

The open air dining out back was spectacular. Ancient trees and beautiful vines give great shade for a casual meal. The food was also great!

Nice place, not extremely pricey, service not even decent when the place is a bit crowded.

Delicious coffee (in Uruguay, always ask for the Cortado), cakes, and a marvellous shaded backyard. The right place to be for a nice summer break meal.
