On a Sunday there are not many cafés open in Montevideo, but the El Palacio del Café located in the nice and traditional Farmers Market, Mercado Agricola, on the north side of Montevideo is open and it is a nice place with a great coffee…though they are lacking of WiFi and plugs…but you get a glass of soda to your coffee and some cookies, what is not something you should take for granted especially the glass of water when leaving Central Europe.
