It's a higher end restaurant located in a mall. This place is good with to have it's own brick and mortar location. The Good: This place was really nice. They have an extensive menu with interesting foods. The waiter was friendly, charming, and spoke some English. The drinks were good, the food was tasty, and the check wasn't crazy. They even made something special that wasn't on the menu for us. Top level service. The Bad: It took a while for the food to be made, but not too long. The noice from the mall comes inside which can disturb the atmosphere a bit. Not too bad.

I think El Fogón is very typical, the price is fair and the staff is very good. The one I usually go is in a Punta Carretas, but the other is also good. It’s a nice place, cozy and with a great atmosphere.

Good food and great service. Everything is presented nicely and professionally. The owner is always in site. The lamb brichette is memorable, S us the flan. My favorite spot in the mall for a great lunch.

The service is impeccable. We ordered the petite entrecot which comes with a salad of lettuce and tomato and fries. Cooked perfectly to the doneness we desired. Highly recommend for lunch or dinner. Reasonably priced for the caliber of service and quality of food.

Great staff, very good portions and the best asado. They also have a wonderful varied menu.

First visit in this shopping mall and we went into this restaurant as it was the one that looked best. We didn't know it was El Fogon - we know this one from the cuter center. We ordered a steak and an asado and it was perfectly cooked. The asado was not salted but that was something we could add on ourselves. To the dinner we got a very good Tannat wine. The service was outstanding. This place looks more modern and fancy compared to their place in the city center, but the quality seems equal.

The atmosphere 👌, the service is impeccable and what impress me more is the quality of people (not noisy and correct). I love it!

A classic old school restaurant with a big menu and fun, friendly wait staff even though they were really busy. Food was good, reasonably priced and good value for money.

We ordered a medium Asado for two. The portion was pretty big & I suggest you order one meal for two. However the meat was not as tender as I expected, some parr was even difficult to be chewed. The waiter was nice & they supported us in English.

I'm not one to typically eat at a mall, but the hotel staff recommended the mall, and on a Sunday evening we were not feeling adventurous. This restaurant was much more upscale than the other places and offered a nice menu (including an English version). Our server, Vivian, was outstanding in guiding us. Our meals, different cuts of beef, were excellent. Having nothing to compare against, the prices seemed very reasonable. We enjoyed our meal sufficiently that we went back for lunch two days later and split a steak for lunch, which proved (with fried potatoes) to be more than enough food.

A superb menu with HUGE portions (my gnocchis were enough to feed a family), friendly staff and a way nicer atmosphere than you'd expect in a restaurant at a mall. And they have a real parilla!

The food was good and they have a wide variety of dishes, but the waiter offered me half price on the paella with seafood as it was for one person and when I was given the check I almost had to pay the full price for the dish, very disappointing other than that everything was great.

The chicken Milanese is bland (like a nugget), unseasoned, and not worth the price. The couvert is poor. Service is poor and they still expect a tip. A plate full of sadness. rip
