Appointments to see a specialist doctor can take up to 3 months, even to see a general practitioner can take more than a month.     For 3 minutes late my doctor did not see me. And he was gone. That specific situation is very sad. It was a delicate issue that I had to discuss and they did not take the trouble to make sure if the bus was late, or something had happened to me, if it was on the way. A call that they cared about my problem would have been nice. A shame. This supposed place of containment for people does not meet the requirements for me nor do I see that they take the situation seriously. Very sad.

    It is well located and the place is nice but the customer service is horrible. Long lines form, the officials stop serving without explanation. There are 5 windows and only 2 or 3 serve. There are always lines at the pharmacy for the same thing!! I didn't like what I saw last week. A lady came with problems walking and other members who were there helped her. They got a wheelchair but no nurse or administrator showed up to help her. Another thing I don't like is that when there are strikes COSEM makes you miss the consultation you have scheduled!!! If you want to make a complaint they tell you to call customer service where they never answer you.

    Viene en picada, varios médicos buena gente y con paciencia no están más, en la aplicación rara vez se encuentra un médico para unos días, normalmente es para más de un mes, tengo un problema en una pierna desde octubre y varios médicos se me han lavado las manos, primero me mandaron hacer un tratamiento que estaba mal, después me mandaron hacer otro tratamiento que debió durar más tiempo, la mayoría de las clínicas son virtuales, por lo visto se olvidan que el médico de revisar al paciente para dar un diagnóstico lo más exacto posible, en administración me deben una factura de una clínica privada a la que fuí para que me dieran un diagnóstico que ellos no sabían dar, en administración les cae bastante mal que uno vaya a hacerles reclamos y lo peor es que no son capaces de buscar una solución que le sirva al paciente, actualmente estoy por FONASA y estoy viendo de cambiarme para otra mutualista pero no tengo idea de a cual irme porque en Montevideo son todas un desastre.

Dos horas de retraso para pediatra, porque no tenía computadora o porque no vino la titular o otras excusas genéricas. Nos fuimos sin que nos atendieran, pero muy prolijo el lugar, es un curro sofisticado
