I've been going to the Academy for 7 years and I wouldn't change it for anything! The teachers are very professional and prepared for students of all ages. I recommend trying the Functional and Martial Fitness classes, as well as karate.

Excellent place to get out of the stillness. You train on your own time, with a teacher who understands if there are any limitations and looks for alternatives so you don't stop. Suitable for any age and physical build. And a human group that integrates you from day one, are characteristics that I valued from the first day I went... And we are still going, after a year.

It is an excellent place to train, with professionals who are willing to answer any questions and help you grow in all aspects. Without a doubt they are passionate about what they do!!

Excellent atmosphere! Federico, the "teacher" is a genius, and the group is very united, which makes the experience tremendous. It doesn't matter if you've never done martial arts, cheer up and believe that the team can endure ❤️

My son attends Karate classes, a very complete discipline, a very nice group. They are classes of an hour and a half.

We were looking for an academy for my 5 year old son and we found them!!! It was the best thing that happened to us! To anyone looking for a Karate Academy for children, nothing more recommended, due to the quality of the teachers, the patience when teaching, the excellent way of teaching their classes and making the kids want to come back with more and more desire. . It is an incredible place with an invaluable human group. They have been part of our routine for 2 years now.

They recommended this place to me so I could continue training when I moved to Montevideo and I have been part of the academy for 3 years, attending the different activities available (martial fit, functional training and Karate). I highlight the effort to adapt to the times we live in with virtual and outdoor proposals, maintaining intensity and energy.
