(Translated by Google) Very good bite! I arrived on the recommendation of a friend, a very pleasant place, pet friendly, they serve quickly and are very kind. The croquettes are very good (one of the best I've ever eaten, today they had corn, leek and caciocavallo) and with an aioli that is passed, and the very tasty empanadas (cheese-onion and sliced meat). The ham and cheese cake very rich and good portion, I had leftovers. We also tried the pea brusquette, a good portion and very good dressings. All rich! (Original) Muy buena picada!

Whatever option you choose, whether sweet or savory, is made to perfection. Not a single dish comes out without having been prepared down to the smallest detail. Each flavor combined with the other is a delight, they always use high quality ingredients, the plating is simple and correct. The grapefruit is exquisite and the orange juice is squeezed naturally. The cafeteria drink has an extra (high) cost if you order vegetable milk. In the photos you can see the glorious Olympic sandwich and the spectacular bread chicken Milanese, but I invite you to try everything: the beet salad with breaded egg is absolutely perfect, the giant Jesuits have no equal, and the Albertito (a greatly improved version from the classic Ricardito) is a one-way path and a vice. In recent years it has become very popular and the space is relatively small so it fills up often; My suggestion is that if you are going to have lunch, go early (12 noon) and wait calmly because the kitchen is just opening and you can have a drink while you wait. If you are passing through and are looking for something sweet for a snack, alfajores are a very good option, but don't go too late because the display options run out at the end of the afternoon. In winter the room is cold because they are constantly opening the door next to the tables, which makes it unpleasant.

(Translated by Google) Delicious everything and attention 10 points. Cold mocha coffee, amazing. Belgian chocolate alfajor with a red fruit center, a real madness. Chipás, both the common one and the flat chipá, insane. The touch of the anacahuita in the lemonade is very good. I will come back as many times as I can. Thanks. Gracias.

All great and according to the kind of hippie-chic wave of modern places in Montevideo. Good food, well cooked and on a cleverly defined menu. The only tip which needs to be improved: the dulce de leche ice cream with coffee brownies and rice crackers, is too sweet and redundant, its texture is too reminiscent of a MacDonald's sundae, the touch of coffee is negligible... It would be better if the ice cream was homemade vanilla, keeping the dulce de leche and reinforcing the coffee of the brownies.

Buzzy and busy with a good selection of sandwiches and deserts. Best carrot cake I've tasted in a long time: the base is light, fluffy and moist with carrot, nuts and some fresh and delicious fruit (possibly pineapple, apricot or both) topped with a very light, not-too-sweet icing. Rare. Also, an amazing cookie. Amazing. Airy crust with subtle flavors of fruit and something slightly savory. Can't wait to go back for more. Also very well-priced.

Amazing food in this little hole in the wall tucked into the residential neighborhood. The Belgian chocolate alfajor is the best I've had.

Republica is one of my favorite places in Montevideo. From their menu you can't miss trying the breaded chicken Milanese, a tender and crunchy delight. If you have the chance to try their specialty days, don't miss it
