Very nice staff, always knowledgeable on procedures. Mr Kettle is amazing with his Botox, etc., very Experienced with Fillers also, the injectors technique/skill is so important!. Definitely Worth the time to check them out.

I went in for a consult. I was told AFTER getting some very basic info from one of the ladies that works there and NOT talking to the NP who actually performs the procedure that the consult fee was $100. So I was basically charged $100 just for walking in the door and getting some basic information. They need to advertise that no matter what, as soon as you walk in the door you owe $100. Very upset and feel cheated.

This staff is exemplary. I have been going here for 2 plus years. The staff is very attentive to my health & skin care. They have become like family to me and have been such a blessing in my life.

Service was poor. Technician was always late. The peels weren’t effective. They couldn’t keep their appointments straight. Even at a special rate it wasn’t worth it Follow up - they didn’t do anything to make it right despite their “caring” response.

I have been going to NH for a year now. Cannot say enough about their professionalism and care of the patients. Shawn Terry, P.A., is extremely knowledgeable of hormone related issues, and has completely stopped my hot flashes and other menopausal issues. He’s been a lifesaver! I recently saw Raquel (esthetician) for a couple of different services. She is beyond professional, has an amazing personality, makes you feel at ease and explains everything fully. By the time my visit was over, I felt like I’d spent time with a friend. She is phenomenal! All of the staff that I’ve dealt with have been helpful, pleasant and very competent. New Horizon Wellness Center is highly recommended in my book!!

I have been going here for years, and their knowledge and expertise is so much better than I have had with other doctors. I see Shawn Terry, and my husband sees Dr. Kettle, and both men are, by-far, superior than so many other hormone doctors within The Woodlands and Spring areas! Shawn has help me get my thyroid, progesterone and testosterone balanced!

First facial and it was great! They explained in detail the services that i was receiving . Great staff! Will definitely revisit! Go and check them out if you are near the spring area!
