    As a first time Canadian consumer of Chick-fil-A, I must say, this was the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. The manager made the whole experience memorable and I will always hold a sweet memory of this day, when I first tried Chick-fil-A.

    We go every week. So glad we can dine in now. We absolutely love the diner worker...Vicki!!! She is so sweet and nice.....funny, always with a smile. The day manager Diane is just as sweet. We knew her from another place she worked, always friendly and always gives hugs too.

    It was SLOW. As is normal these days, the restaurant has 3 registered with only one open. ONE cashier trying to figure out why a customer couldn't use reward points on a gift card. We stood there for a good 10 minutes waiting on this. FINALLY, a manager was called over to help that customer. Took way too long to get a to go order.

    Twice in less than a week I've been given food I cannot eat. I have Celiac and cannot eat breaded chicken. I get breakfast here because it's the only place that has breakfast I CAN eat, and twice this week they've either carelessly included a few pieces of breaded chicken in my breakfast bowl or today, just straight up gave me someone else's bowl with THEIR NAME ON IT. I've left complaints on the website but no one ever gets back to me. I was horribly sick for 2 days last time for days because the breaded chicken was buried under the eggs and I didn't see it. Do better. I shouldn't have to sit there and hold up the drive-through line to make sure the food I purchased won't make me sick.

    Not 1 drop of sauce with entire order. All sandwiches are dry. All salads are dry… even the damn lemonade is dry. People love their sauces, can’t play with our feelings like this.

    I am usually a big fan of Chick-fil-A and have never been to one that I didn't like until I came to this location. My family and I were in the area and decided to stop here and have dinner. We entered the store and immediately noticed a large line of people waiting to place their orders. Even though it was dinner time the store only had one register open which was creating a backup. I tried to ask a manager to open another register but the manager was nowhere to be seen. After waiting a long while to place our order we finally was able to find a place to sit, which was very limited due to a makeshift temporary room that was built in the dinning room taking up half the room. I guess it was being used for storage or something, not sure why they would do this. We finally received our food after a lengthy wait but the food was overcooked and tasted like cooking grease. This has to be the worst Chick-fil-A in existence. Beware

    fast service delivered by smiling faces, aimed at delighting the guest. food was hot, including fries (which can always be a hit or miss for fast food), workers were efficient, friendly, and attentive, and line was quick to get through (even though the line was around the building). i will be coming back :)

    Ordered a fry and chicken nuggets. Took forever for us to get our food and fries were cold. We've been here before and have had good and fast service. Today wasn't good.

    I love the simplicity and quality of Chick-fil-A. The chicken nuggets are a favorite, and their customer service is always impressive. It's a reliable spot for a delicious and quick meal. The only reason it's not a five-star review is because the menu can feel a bit limited at times.

    Hoping joint on a Saturday around lunch time. Couple of notes: - don't park behind the building near the drive thru exit unless you're prepared to be stuck for a bit. - parking lot is really small, you might choose to go - I was surprised there wasn't just one lunch rush, but 2, almost 3. First was at the usual 11:30/12, the second was at about 1:30 where it was just as busy. (Saturday) Staff was great at handling everything.

    As if chick-fil-a needs another 5 star review, but here I am giving them one. Why, because they deserve it. Other chains may be trying to catch up, but these restaurants have it locked in. This location was clean, fast and friendly (pretty much like all of them 😉)

    SLOW SLOW SLOW! Service is very slow and the quality of food has declined since the opening. They’ve added drive thru lanes with no increase in punctual service. Once you’re in the drive-thruline, you’re stuck. There’s no way to exit the line if you decide not to wait. Also, they are consistently out of cobb salad. Terrible.

    Not the best Chic Fil A but acceptable enough. Food is up to the usual franchise standards but service was slightly off. Multiple items were missing from our order delivery including an entire entree.

    Well you definitely can tell this place is new I mean a new location. Why 2 stars well the service was not to satisfactory the young girl taking orders yes only one person taking orders when the line is ten to twelve people deep. The young girl was definitely distracted just couldn't focus on the customers due to way too much foot traffic behind the registers station everyone is talking loud doing their own thing including management as they walked by looking at the line build up what a business. So I ordered the very advertised Honey Pepper Pimento sandwich meal and look at this sandwich yes very disappointed very shaking my head oh I couldn't have made this at home along with the cold waffle fries. But hold up don't order the Cobb salad cause they can't remove the beacon yes that's right if you ask for no beacon your out of luck if an item is customizable on the online ordering then it should also be customized in the store. Bottom line I get it it's a new location but the training needs some work pick up the trash outside also please and thanks. The location I frequently visit is in Sydney they definitely go out there way for the customer.

    Since the remodel, the drive through is slower than you’d ever expect. I work nearby and this used to be my favorite spot to grab lunch quickly on my 30 minute break. Something changed once this location reopened. Upon going back, it gets slower and slower, including a recent 30 minute journey that is unacceptable and betrays any concept of fast. I can no longer risk being late coming back to work from lunch. TLDR: if you’re looking for a quick bite on a time constraint: DO NOT risk it. You’ll be late wherever you’re going

    Staff is always friendly and hard working. The problem is if you don't know what you want when they first come to your car ,This is at the drive thru. If you need to see the menu board it throws you out of rotation so you may have to wait 20-25 in line.

    Chick fil A food is always delicious, no matter what location you go to. Unfortunately, only the majority of the employees have the attitude that the restaurant chain is known for. Some need to work on their cheery disposition. There also needs to be a little more training on how to make a good ice cream cone. The thing that was very disappointing was how dirty things were. Bathroom, floors, counters, all things needed some major attention. I understand that they get busy. However, some things looked like they hadn't been done for a couple of days, at least. This is the first time I have been to this location and probably the last. Hopefully, management will get things in order for other patrons.

    When I order a lunch item at breakfast, the employee rudely said “we are serving our breakfast menu,” as if I didn’t already know that since it was 6:45 in the morning. Never has a Chick-fil-A employee or store had a problem with me or anyone I know ordering lunch items at breakfast. When I had to take a second to regroup, she quickly said “hello?” with an extreme amount of attitude and annoyance. This is by far the worst experience I have had at a Chick-fil-A. Ever since they re-opened, service has been slow and poor quality.

    Dine-in experience was good overall. We had a spill at our table, and the dining room attendant did try to help as best he knew how. Reoccurring employee refresher trainings might not be a bad idea if they aren't implemented already.

    Service was as expected for this restaurant at dinner time. The sandwiches were good. The Sodas were not. We ordered 2 cokes, no ice (photo), and received 2 cokes that resembled tea with nearly zero syrup in the mix. Disappointed, but willing to give them another try.

    I think that the chicken on the biscuit sandwich has gotten smaller. It taste good though. I can" t help wondering since there are so many chicken places whether we are eating cloned chicken or people like the movie years ago solvent green where they made crackers out of people. Don't mean any disrespect. Just wondering because there are so many people in the world.

    I like the company and what it stands for. The service is normally outstanding. I just have never understood the draw as the food is OK, but I can't justify lines around the buildings for the food. For my taste buds, it is average chicken.

    Teenagers running the front of this place like pros... the folks in the back.... not so good.. swampy sandwich, overdone fries I'm guessing they "reheated" them by dunking them in the oil for a minute... no salt at all... the drink was good and the service was incredible.. the table was clean and the bathroom wasn't too bad..

    Convenient location right off I75 near all of the hotels. Key to quick service - avoid drive through park and order inside. Time to order was less than 5 minutes!

    It's just chicken. I think people have lost their minds with the insane drive-through lines to buy a chicken sandwich. You see the same thing all across the country. You would think people had never eaten a chicken sandwich before. Believe me, there are other places that offer chicken sandwiches that are just as good and better. That being said, I'll eat here again someday, because I like to eat at different places.

    •No “my pleasure” •Wearing random non CFA shirts •Didn’t get light ice like I ordered •Requested crispy fries and they said “we can’t do that” …. I’ve worked at CFA for a year and have been to hundreds as I’ve lived in 5 states. Never had an issue with that. •Kids food was HOT and no warnings. We always told the customers “the kids food just came out so it’s hot”

    The food is fine for a burger and shake place. Honestly it's the wait times in drive thru that are the worst. Half an hour plus is not acceptable. Especially when you have two lanes for placing orders.

    The chicken was alright, the waffle fries were dripping in grease and were full of those bruised spots you find in potatoes, the drink was fine I suppose. For the price honestly I'm not sure its really any better than KFC or LEES. Honestly its just over hyped fast food.

    Until last night I have NEVER had a bad experience at chick fil a!! The entire experience was a mess. Our order was taken by the cheerful lady working the line outside. Not sure what happened at that time but the line stopped moving and NO food was coming out. Waited 15 before we got our food As usual I immediately start to eat My fries and they were cold. When we opened our sandwiches they were saturated in grease. The buns were soggy and our hands were covered in grease. We ended up throwing them in the trash! What the heck?? Never ever ever has a sandwich from chick-fil-a not be wonderful!! What is going on?

    Went to this in Dayton. First ever visit to a chik filA. We were among the minority who go INSIDE. Service was excellent and fast. Food was average but it was hot. Waffle fries got cold quickly and weren't crispy. Price was acceptable. Restaurant was clean.

    Very efficient drive-through but it is still more pleasant to go inside and eat. Happy and courteous employees contribute to the positive experience. The parking lot is about 10% of the size it should be.

    Large lines and crowds even for a Chick-fil-A, but managed well. Great staff and management does an amazing job getting the high school aged workers prepared to handle responsibility. Recommend having your kids work there, but save your $$$ because it is pricey, as everything else is.

    We have always enjoyed the food. Today I was shocked because I bought my grandson a 3 strip meal with fries for 6.10. My granddaughter just wanted mac and cheese I was shocked that it cost 6.85. Most sides are around 3.00. I still can't believe her Mac and cheese cost 75 cents more a meal.

    We sat in line for about 20 minutes. We were the last vehicle to order food before they closed for the night. Our food was hot and the staff was very friendly since we had a decent size order. I enjoy going to Chick-fil-a every chance we get. Always happy with the food and service!

    I like it. The tenders are amazing. The sandwiches are quite good. Prefer spicy though. The fries are yummy. Kids love the shakes. Service is fast and staff is friendly. Food is quite heavy but worth it every once in a while.
