Ordered medium well steak, it arrived rear, and smelled like it was boiled. The broccoli was rotten. Loaded potatoes require some assembly. Included some soggy bread. Everything smelled strange, $5 Wawa tastes better. And if you wonder what $4 coke is, it's a tasteless cup of ice. Never again. PS: and what a deep heart personalized response from the corporate!

Haven’t been there in years service and food was above average

I stopped in to this restaurant on a moment's notice, we were a group of four people. I can tell you the restaurant was clean, and orderly. bathrooms are clean, handicap accessible. large parking lot with handicap parking. they do a lot with curbside pick up orders as you can see in my pictures and its done very orderly. food was very good, prices were fair. the service staff was very quick who attend to our needs as well as cleaning the tables properly in between customers. Feel safe and bring the kids. for all of these reasons I will be going back

The onion blossom nowhere near Texas Roadhouse onion blossom. It was too greasy!!. Overall wasn't that impressed about the food but it was "okay" had better. It was my first visit to Outback Steakhouse. Maybe I'll visit another" site"

Loved our lunch! 1st Outback experience so we didn't know what to expect. Everything was delicious. The warm bread, Trio dip, and shared Prime rib sandwich were all very good. I almost gave in to my healthy conscience and ordered a side salad, but wouldn't have been able to finish something else. Very generous portions, and our server Judy was so friendly and professional! I love great service as much as great food, and this place delivers on both. We will definitely be back soon. Also looks like a great place to catch the game, with a very large screen at the bar.

Once again ruined what was due to be a relaxing evening with good takeout as a family dinner. Half of one of the dinners was missing and steak toppings were left off… I call and explain and am put on hold for the manager for 11 minutes. I had already gotten on the road to go pickup the missing items. Great time as my family can eat without me, the one with the missing food can wait for the rest of his and I can enjoy my cold steak. I’ve never reviewed online the past five screw ups but this is way too common now. I tip tip takeout. This was an order for four. It was not tricky or complicated. Edited to add on that I opened the bag of what I picked up and chili was not even the right size.

We ordered Aussie Rum Punch, OUTSTANDING & so yummy! Our server was Clark & he was helpful & kind. Our meal was delicious, server was nice & we'll be back!!

TIA V did a fantastic job as our Server. She did Indicate that she was new but took our order and repeated back any special requests to make sure everything came out right. That is a sign of a true Pro. She also checked in frequently and made sure we always had refilled drinks. All in all I would rate it an A+ Service experience. Food was great as well. Thank you!!!

House salad had disappointing greens, but nice mix of other veggies. Noisy when we arrive, not many surfaces to absorb sounds. Wait staff pleasant, but we got forgotten once our section cleared out. Steak was the best main course

We wanted an Aussie Palmer and we were told they were out of the lemonade syrup, then we asked for the Gold Peak Tea, it literally had no flavor it was more like water. Then my husband wanted to substitute American cheese because he can’t have whole milk products and was told he couldn’t substitute any cheese because they were out of cheese at lunchtime! After we were served our food no one came to check up on us. There was another table of folks who walked in after us, who ended up leaving after sitting there for 10 minutes without a server. It was after that the bartender came and checked on all the tables and to bring us our check.

The restaurant has an amazing customer service approach. Kat, Super friendly always takes seriously every detail due to my son ñ’s allergy to MSG. The manager and the chefs made an exceptional job providing us with a delicious meal, nutritious and safe for my family. Delicious food! Remarkable customer service! Our favorite!

We had a dinner there this evening. My steak was very chewy, had to spit out three pieces. My partner’s salad came without a dressing, we had to ask for it. My drink was full of ice, with bare minimum of liquid in it. The food is salty, which made us so thirsty, and my glass sat there empty for half hour. The restaurant wasn’t even crowded. Half of the tables were empty. They were a little skimpy about bread and butter. Loaded potato was not loaded, it almost had no bacon and no sour cream in it. I didn’t want to post a photo of the steak not to gross you out. Mushroom is good, Aussie fries were OK, and both steaks were chewy. I will give a 2-star review out of 5. Food was 2, service was 1, atmosphere was maybe a 3. I looked for the feedback link on receipt, and there was none. That’s why it’s on here.

Took 8 of us for Father's day. Called night before to inquire, they took my name and I said be there by 4pm & they just wanted everyone there before checking us in. Was told wait could be 45 minutes from time of arrival possibly if they are super busy. We all arrived 4:01 pm & checked in an seated right away no wait time. Amy was our waitress & she went above an beyond for my family & was very greatful she stayed for our group. From phone call to service & atmosphere it was best experience ever eating out.

Excellent and fast service. Food was served hot and as ordered. Servers were very helpful and were great with suggestions of the menu. The manager, Rhonda , was very personable and attentive to our table and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. Will definitely be back!

My family of 4 went to dinner at Outback in Montgomeryville on a Thursday evening. We arrived right before 7 pm. We did have to wait about 10 minutes to be seated, but that was not bad. Our server was super friendly, personable, and efficient. The food was delicious. I adore the cactus blossom as an appetizer, and the bread is delicious. I had the Bloomin' Chicken with a sweet potato and seasonal vegetables. Everything was fantastic. I saved room to finally try a dessert. I had the carmel cookie skillet. It was excellent. We love the warm atmosphere and open airiness of the dining area. There is handicapped parking available, and the restaurant is handicapped accessible. The women's handicapped restroom even has a sink in the stall and is more than large enough for my electric wheelchair. We love dining here.

It was amazing food. We went here to celebrate my little brothers birthday who died in 2019 so it was a great place to rekindle those memories. Fantastic food and service. We did not have room for dessert at all haha. They really improved the menu. So many fantastic options to choose from. The Wallaby Darned was delicious, sweet, tangy, and refreshing. A must for people who love their sweeter drinks. Mine however was over flown to the point of dripping into my coaster sadly. The Mac n cheese bites were perfectly done. The homemade ranch was excellent to my surprise. I got the Toowoomba salmon and it was perfectly flaky and cooked. The broccoli was incredibly mushy though, which I think is my only complaint besides the drink being over filled. And the French Onion soup was flavorful. That broth had depth and layers and the cheese was excellent. Would highly recommend. Red Lobster who? 😂 From quality of food and ingredients to fair prices for giant portions. Yeah they blow them out of the water.

Seated immediately, but got food at table before drinks. While twi were still eating dinner, was asked if we were ready for dessert. We ordered the dessert special which looked nothing like what was pictured on the menu nor as described. The croutons were actually just cubes of the dinner bread.

I stopped in for lunch. Ordered sandwiches and even with the place not busy my food looked like they rushed to make them, lettuce was old too! I'm afraid I won't be back. Texas Roadhouse down the street is my usual.

As soon as we sat down our server Kat was there to greet us and was VERY attentive. She was funny also. You have to ask for Kat. She is amazing. Our drinks were never empty. She asked us if our food was good and anything we needed she got for us with quickness. In the times we are living in today I am truly grateful that the world has KAT

Had a great experience at this outback this past Sunday! Our server was Kat and she did a fantastic job! She was super friendly and personable. We always have a few special requests because of food allergies and she took care of all of that with ease. The food was great too. Will definitely be back!

My husband and I went to this location for the first time. Our experience was great from beginning to end. Kat was our waitress she was very attentive and personable. When we requested condiments for our meal she serviced us with a smile and in a timely fashion. Her service was impeccable. Our food and drinks were delicious! We will definitely return and request Kat to be our waitress.

New location, excellent ambiance. Quick seating. Lia our waitress really took care of us and was very friendly. She checked on us frequently. The owner came out to check on us as well. That's something that rarely happens nowadays. This outback location is highly recommended

First time since it moved locations. Absolutely impressed by the food, atmosphere, and especially the workers. MAX!! Did. Not. Miss. A. Beat. Best server I think I’ve had. Ever. All our steaks were cooked great (medium rare) and the Blooming Onion was nice. Huge fan of this visit and definitely will be back soon. Thanks Outback and Max:)

On a first, but certainly not last, visit to Outback in Mongomeryville,, PA we were greater by very friendly staff. Seated almost immediately, we were greeted by our server John S who was an exceptional server. Nothing was a problem for John, he was enthusiastic to help us and always warm and friendly. My husband had the prime rib and I had streak and shrimp. Both meals were prepared to our liking and everything was fresh. It was my husband’s birthday and John surprised him with ice cream and hot fudge and even had a lit candle to add to the festive feel. Would highly recommend this restaurant. Ask for John S. You won’t be disappointed.
