when
I
don't
feel
like
going
to
giant
but
now
I'm
only
going
to
Giant.
My
last
visit
I
brought
those
small
pack
of
Hawaiian
breads
which
turned
out
to
have
mold
on
the
bottom
of
the
bread.
I
didn't
not
notice
that
there
was
no
expiration
date
on
the
package
(which
is
required
for
grocery
store
to
have
on
all
perishable
products)
until
I
realized
the
mold.
I
go
back
to
return
the
bread
and
get
my
refund.
What
upset
me
about
the
whole
situation
is
the
lack
of
empathy
from
the
customer
service
associate.
I
didn't
come
in
with
any
attitude
or
anything
just
simply
stated
what
happened.
He
just
gave
me
a
annoyed
look
and
asked
if
I
wanted
to
get
another
one
which
of
course
I
didn't
want.
I
never
got
an
apology
and
he
just
refunded
my
money
without
a
word.
So
I'm
guessing
this
is
something
that
always
happens
here
so
please
make
sure
to
check
your
food
items
before
you
buy
from
this
store
and
if
you
do
unfortunately
come
across
some
moldy
food
don't
expect
anything
but
a
refund.
I
on
the
other
hand
will
NEVER
be
returning
to
this
Safeway
again.
