@noeliaana I love Panera! The food is awesome! I love the atmosphere it's perfect! I have eaten here every day for a week and I have been happy with every meal I have eaten. With the app I have used “dine-in” and “pick up” and I love the service and the speed

I’m so sad to even be writing this. I LOVED Panera, but this new location isn’t it. Panera was known for their coffee house like atmosphere and now it just feels like any old modernized diner. No little tables, no large cozy fireplace and the outside is even worse. There are maybe 3 umbrellas but no real shade provided. I’m not sure what they were going for but I used to love eating and doing my homework there but It looks like I’ll have to start getting my food to go.

Love that Panera has kept many of their early pandemic solutions. Love the pickup area for online orders and the car curbside pickup. Panera had great soup, I often get soup for a group so I can have enough for the weekend. The salads are pretty good. I wish they had other breakfast dishes that didn’t include eggs.

I had a wonderful experience at this Panera Bread recently. A cashier named Sydney was extremely helpful with the four orders that I’d placed (I was picking up for myself and three other family members), ensuring that I received everything that I asked for and being so polite and positive and friendly the entire time. I realize that it’s the cooks who deserve credit for the quality of the food, but I believe that it's important to highlight the quality of good service as well. It was already after 7 p.m., and Sydney had likely worked a full day; but never once did she complain about the complexity of my order or the time taken to input everything as she rang me up. She simply maintained a kind and professional demeanor throughout the entire exchange. Ordering the food was a breeze because of her, and I would definitely visit this Panera again.

If you care about costumer service done come to this one!! First, they just opened and already out of stuff and second, the lady charged me for a cream cheese I ordered but it was the wrong one and when I went up there to get the right one she said she was out of it. WHY DIDNT TELL ME THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE. I literally have it in my recipt the one I wanted. She also was very rude when I ordered. Didn’t smile and seemed like she hated her job. She should honestly be fired I also must add that it took 20 minutes for 2 bagels

Just did a rapid pick-up order for a green goodess salad w/feta, extra pickled onions, no bacon & a side of french onion soup. Look at the pictures below to see what was in my bag. I had no plans of getting out my car...always check your food before driving off. My soup didn't have any fontina cheese & only 3-4 croutons...the salad had absolutely NO chicken in it & was brown at the bottom. "We aim to craft food that our guests not only crave but can also feel great about eating because of the high quality ingredients" today wasn't it Panera Bread! I went back inside & showed them the salad...my salad was redone but still didn't have all the ingredients. 🤷🏾‍♀

Nice atmosphere in this new location. The tables are in a wide open spaces. Service good the food ok

Ordered a whole steak and white cheddar sandwich for $13. I only got half of my sandwich. Disappointed. Always fully check your order before you leave.

Ordered a smoothie for me and my child through the drive thru and moments later discovered someone decided to blend some form of thick plastic paper in my drink that caused me to gag and only option was to keep swallowing because it couldnt come out. I went into the restaurant so concerned because I was worried about my 1yr old the most and the fact I am pregnant swallowing something inedible. I was calm and explaining what happened and all O was told was that they do not know and just arrived. The manager gave my money back but the lack of effort to figure out who did it really was disgusting to me. Idk if my son is ok I will have to keep an eye on him. All i know it was painful to swallow. I am seeing what to do next because this could really have been detrimental to my child and myself.

Extremely slow. Massive line of people waiting on food, crowding the pickup counter. Ordered food 30 minutes ago, still have people ahead who haven't received their items. Edit After 40+ minutes we finally received our food. The food was cold. We returned the soup and macaroni to be reheated. Panera is usually good, will eat else where next time.

I’m grateful to have a Panera back in Montgomery with a drive-thru. The service was quick and easy. The atmosphere was clean and big. I recommend it.
