    I walked over to Outback Steakhouse from Buffalo Wild Wings when they were being less than savory during a visit and I have to tell you, I was either very hungry or the food was very good!! Sat at the bar and ordered my usual appetizer: All-Flat, Medium heat, Kookaburra Wings The Blooming Onion w/ that amazing sauce Lavender Vodka Lemonade Cocktail (?) But being that I wasn’t in the mood to have a full bone-in ribeye, I just ordered the sweet potato and a Caesar salad. Everything was fantastic so I’ll be back to get a steak at this location very soon! Thanks to the bartender yesterday for redeeming happiness with my Veterans Day dinner!

    When I first got here the restaurant was only about half full. I was greeted by a wonderful woman who took my name and informed me that I would receive a text message when my table was ready. This gave me the opportunity to look through the menu and to decide what I really wanted. I wasn't rushed at all. When my table was ready I walked up to the hostess stand and asked the young lady who was hosting If she enjoys her job. She answered in the affirmative. I could already tell that she did simply because of the smile on her face. What I was seated a gentleman named Andrew or Drew informed me that he would be my server and if I need anything I was to let him know. I ordered the original prime rib medium rare, Caesar salad with the loaded baked potato for my entree. I also decided on some of the fried mushrooms. About a minute or so later a warm and delicious load of honey molasses wheat bread was in front of me with that creamy succulent butter. Oh my my. Needless to say it didn't last long. When my lightly battered mushrooms arrived with my Bleu cheese dressing instead of ranch, I was so excited. Why you ask? Because Drew remembered that I didn't want ranch. Oh and did I mention that Drew took my complete order as well as the table of three in front of me without his pad. Smart man. Yes! The mushrooms were plump and juicy. Delicious. When my salad and entree arrived I was in awe. I mean the salad, come on, that salad was the least thing on my mind. If you will look at the pictures of the prime rib you will understand. The marbling was fantastic. Perfectly medium rare. The potato was cooked just right. I love the salted brown butter taste of the Outback baked potato. ( I have a recipe that is just as bit better than theirs but that's in my cookbook.) I will say, I really don't do chain restaurants because they tend to (suck) lose quality control as they expand. But this location has maintained quality and exceptional service. And the food is good. Back to the storyline, I truly enjoyed myself. I'm not sure that you could find better service and satisfaction anywhere else in Montgomery. Oh and did I mention the service. It was FANTASTIC 😊

    Blooming onion was a bit greasy (yeah, I know it's deep fried) and the food was pretty good. Up until my wife gets her birthday ice cream... With A1 sauce instead of chocolate on it. Seriously!? Seriously disappointed, how do you NOT notice the difference in texture as it is pouring over the ice cream!?

    Had a short wait. Hostess was very courteous and nice. Food was awesome as always, can't say enough about it. The best part of the evening was our waitress/server. Taylor Hinson was the greatest, I hope that her employers recognize her for her hard work, awesome attitude and kindness.

    I had the wrong impression of this restaurant..I thought it was upscale budgie..No!..nice..clean..comfy..I love the system they use..Our waitress was so pretty and did a great job..I had the ribs and fries with the steakhouse mac and cheese..a Caesar salad for my app..my friend had the steak with baked potatoes and rice..the bread was warm and soft..the drinks were either to sweet or not sweet enough..the rice was mushy..the ribs were tender and the sauce was sweet with a kick..thick cut fries seasoned and fried just right..the steakhouse mac and cheese was so BLAND..disappointing..and it was a premium side so extra charge for bland noodles and no cheese..the bill was $70..Not good enough for that price..

    Sat at the bar and the bartender was super nice. Pork chops were really really good too. Very tender. Would have been perfect but my date kept on bullying me.

    Fast friendly service. Food was delicious even though I thought the shrimp would have been better w/o tails & the chicken breast cut up so all of it could have been coated in the amazing alfredo sauce. I highly recommend & will return. I don't remember my waitress's name but she was phenomenal.

    Terrible use to be my favorite place. Me and my mother went it took 15 mins for our server to come and take our drink order he or she was not checking on us had to ask for a refill they didn’t have bread for appetizer said they not doing it No more When the server brought me my food ask for steak sauce and he or she disappeared and we had to ask another waiter for the sauce ,my chicken was undercooked and I been feeling sick since I left there I kept the bones and the chicken n case I need to submit for testing this has been the worse experience ever I will not be going back

    Love the atmosphere of this place!! The indoor/outdoor setting is perfect for sunny San Diego days and the staff is always so so sweet!! Katherine is such a gem!! She was super informative about the drink options and helping my picky self decide between them. She has been extremely accommodating and making sure we're satisfied every step of the way! One of the best outbacks I've ever been too! Highly recommend this place!!

    Horrible experience tonight with OutBack steakhouse. We were seated pretty quick and that was the best part of our dinner. No silverware, we had to ask. We ordered an appetizer, we waited, and waited some more. We got the attention of our waiter and told him we were ready to order. We waited...after about 30 minutes, our appetizer and entree came out at the same time. Wings were dry, my husband's pasta dish was cold. Ask to speak to a manager, he was rude with no regard for our issues. We're from Texas and we frequent this restaurant a lot (rewards members) and never have issues. I would have thought all Outback restaurants are pretty much the same, sorry for that assumption! Hopefully this was an off night and this is not the norm.

    Service was absolutely amazing! The suggestions were spot on, and the extras were perfect! The food was really good, but you do need to like your chili spicy. Sour cream helps! 😉 The restaurant was clean with the exception of the bathroom, which was NOT, and we were there very close to opening. Overall... very good experience!

    Any grandparents came down from Ontario to see me as i enter my first year of college. We had an amazing lunch here and our server Katherine was amazing as well. She was fast and overall super kind. She helped our experience be this amazing. She is an awesome server!

    This experience was ok. The salad looked like it had been sitting for a while, and the cucumbers were slimy. The stake was not done medium well.

    We enjoyed a nice dinner at the Montgomery location. Kenny was our server and he was a delete to be around. He really made the evening so much fun. I can not say enough good things about our experience.

    Our appetizers shrimp were very salty, our steaks were way undercook we asked for medium well but received pan seared blood. They remade the orders and brought the meal back still undercooked. The vegetables also were not seasoned like eating crunchy water...just nasty. Our service was AMAZING 👏! The cooking staff need to do way better for the price I paid.

    Online order went wrong again: Selected medium well steak, received well done Pork chops were overcooked Of course we selected and requested honey butter, cinnamon, and tarter sauce- not included. The side salad and broccoli were good. Order with caution, because you will not get what you paid for and selected via their site. Updated on 1/12/23: To the owner's response- I did sent a message to the site listed in your response. As of today, I haven't heard from anyone. Thank you

    The service was wonderful. Our waitress was super great. The food could have been better considering the price. The kids food and our daughter's food was fine.... my steak came out mooing still when it was supposed to be medium well and my husband's prime rib came out well done when it was supposed to be medium. But our waitress was right on fixing that for us. Now the loaded blooming onion was great. We had a long wait so the beanbag toss outside was a great way to keep the kids occupied while we waited.

    Worst experience I’ve ever had. Paid $$ for inedible steak. I had a pickup order and all of our food was stone cold. You literally couldn’t stick a fork in the steak it was so tough. I’m not exaggerating, you literally had to almost stand up and press down on the form to get into the steak. Neither of the steaks were cooked to what was requested. The fries were stale. The shrimp was stale. I was very courteous and explained the situation and she placed me on hold. I was on hold for 24 minutes. She answered finally and took me off hold and said “hello” as though we were a new customer. I’m pretty sure she ghosted me to the hold line in hopes that I would hang up and then accidentally picked my line back up. I then got her name “Erin” the assistant manager. I reexplained the situation and she said “oh yeah I picked the phone up but no one answered so I hung up and was waiting for you to call back”. Not true. I was on the line the entire time. If she truly hung up, how was I still on hold? She did at least get our refund. The refund took less than 30 seconds so why didn’t she just do that from the start instead of putting me on hold for nearly 30 minutes. Unprofessional and bad food. Mistakes happen and that’s understandable. Not taking responsibility and lying is unacceptable. Overall a horrid experience.

    Our server Latwamda was very attentive and caring. She made sure I drink stayed full and she even recommended the bowl of chili which I highly recommend. Our food came out fast easy and fresh! I love coming here but now me and my friends love coming here too. Thanks Evan I believe he's the manager today he checked on us and made sure everything tasted right which a lot of people don't do. Great environment to have people for drinks and Cocktails.

    We had a fantastic experience. No wait at early lunch arrival. Greeted with welcome as we walked in at opening time. Drew was our waiter and very kind!!! Timely and attentive with refills and requests. The food was exceptional - everything hot and exactly what we ordered.the Caesar salad very fresh and crisp. It was a fabulous experience start to finish.

    When I say this is the WORST customer service I’ve ever received at a restaurant I mean it is the absolute WORST I’ve ever received at a restaurant. I can’t speak on the other servers but the waiter that servers us was UNORGANIZED, placed WRONG ORDERS , brought food out LATE, ACCUSED us of not making the correct order when he WROTE down everything , didn’t refill our drinks, left us with plates PILED on the table and UNMASKED. The managers did try to rectify situation by discounting our appetizers and replacing one meal but honestly this was the worst experience. Very traumatizing experience.Visit at your on risk.

    The staff really won me over. I was seated quickly with me children and the hostess smiled the whole time. Our server was very patient as my children took their time and ordered their own food and she answered every question we had. She made great suggestions and didn’t disappear after bringing our orders. At a lot of other places, servers will bring your food and you won’t see them again until they bring your check. I was very pleased with how attentive the staff was here at Outback. I highly recommend them.

    Amazing food and amazing service! MARQUISE was a great waiter. He took care of us and was attentive. Dana, the manager, was spot on. She was from the Tuscaloosa store and just so happens to be our regular server in Tuscaloosa! Outback never disappoints and you will be glad you came mate!
