Worst
service
EVER!!!!
Barbara,
the
hostess,
let
us
know
that
she
was
letting
the
server
know
she
was
seating
her
prior
to
us
being
sat.
Mariyia,
the
server
apparently
needed
an
additional
12
minutes
to
not
look
at
us
and
walk
by
her
only
2
other
tables
before
my
mother
walked
up
to
her
to
ask
if
she
had
our
table.
It
was
not
busy!!!
She
finally
strolled
up
took
our
entire
order
and
then
took
an
additional
10-15
minutes
to
bring
our
drinks.
Also,
ALL
tables
around
us
were
covered
in
dishes.
When
we
finally
got
our
food
it
was
obvious
it
had
been
sitting
for
a
long
time.
We
were
missing
items,
and
the
server
instructed
us
that
we
were
not.
We
promptly
asked
for
the
manager.
He
was
very
nice,
we
voiced
our
complaints
and
that
our
daughter
worked
for
the
company,
he
took
care
of
our
concerns
and
then
stated
that
all
she
has
to
do
to
get
a
discount
was
give
the
front
her
employee
number.
As
we
went
to
pay,
Cassidy,
was
nice.
However,
Rachelle,
front
manager,
started
yelling
at
our
daughter
to
get
her
ID.
She
stated
that
it
was
in
the
car,
so
Rachelle
started
being
nasty
and
yelling
giving
her
a
lecture
on
keeping
it
with
her.
It
was
the
final
straw.
Horrible
place!!!
Cracker
Barrel
district
manager
needs
to
come
in
and
retrain
EVERYONE!
