    Did not have a wait when we got there. Service started off ok. Once order was taken, everything fell apart. We ordered an appetizer that they are offering. Fried cheese bites and Fried Pickles. They were ok (Cook Outs cheese bites are much better). We both ordered the sampler when consisted of Meatloaf, Fried Chicken Breast, and Chicken and Dumplings with 2 sides. The meatloaf was mushy and had no taste, the dumplings were very bland looked like they had been put in the bowl and been sitting, the chicken breast was actually really goo. Juicy and flavorful. The biscuits they brought were not Cracker Barrels usual fluffy, soft, buttery biscuits. They were hard and very dense. No buttery flavor at all. Server only came back once to "check on us". Ended up having to have another server bring us refills after waiting 10 minutes for our server to get them, and had to have a manager bring us boxes and to-go drinks. I don't know what has happened to the food service industry, but I waited tables for years. I wouldn't have had a job if I treated my customers this way.

    The wait for a table was less than 20 mins. Our order was simple, yet classic. I assume because of COVID, they have made mods to their menu and stopped serving certain items. The food here was great, and I only waited 4 minutes after being served, to receive utensils this time. They are either understaffed or not fully equipped to handle 80% capacity yet due to delays with food or lacking service elsewhere. The price wasn’t terrible, less than $35 for two. I feel like I’d rather cook my own meal next time though.

    Do NOT Stop!!! I would give minus starts if I could. It took almost 2 hours from start to finish. Another couple walked out while we were waiting for our order. We should have followed. After almost an hour, our food finally arrived. (There were not very many people in the restaurant and it was only 7pm.) Only 1 out of 3 orders had everything. The vegetable soup was tomato water. 1 tomato, and 6 croutons. Yes, you read that right. CROUTONS IN THE SOUP!!!! Nothing about this experience was enjoyable. We ate as quickly as we could because we were traveling from a funeral and still had hours to go before our destination. It took another 30 minutes just to get our check! Another waiter tried to help because he saw us just waiting. Then it took another 15-20 just to pay. The restrooms were a disaster as well. Trash running over, and nasty!!!! Again, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

    We got there at 6:30 PM and a sign said they were closing at 7 PM for a employee party. We figured there was enough time to order our food and eat So we went to the hostess counter. We stood at the hostess stand for 6 minutes before anybody came And no one said anything like "someone will be right with you". We stayed because My grandchildren and I had been looking forward to some pancakes all day. We finally receded, and after waiting another 10 minutes someone came and took our Drink and food. It took a while for the drinks to come out. And eventually the food came out. My catfish was on a plate full of grease. My granddaughter thought the grease was syrup because it was the color of maple syrup. Cook just forgot to drain it before putting it on the plate because the catfish tasted delicious. The pancakes were also delicious but I did not get the rest of the build a breakfast. The manager was very kind and comped my build a breakfast meal. My granddaughter enjoyed her hamburger With fries and the other Granddaughter really enjoyed the blueberry pancakes I realize that the store was closing early, but still if you're open until a certain time you shouldn't be out of biscuits, Nor using an employee party as an Excuse for not providing Quality service.

    This particular Cracker Barrel is one of the better ones that I've been too. Decided to stop here during my travels, I was seated right away and Courtney my server promptly took my order and he was extremely courteous. He kept my drink glass full and even got me one for the road. It being Wednesday, I ordered the broccoli/chicken, it had a great cheese sauce and wasn't dry. Mashed potatoes and turnip greens as sides with biscuits that were actually browned instead of coming out looking like they needed 10 more min in the oven. Butter was frozen as usual, par for the Barrel, however, the biscuits were hot enough to melt it. Food tasted really good at this particular store, Cracker Barrel has gotten inconsistent in food flavoring to me from store to store. However, I give this one 2 thumbs up.

    Worst service EVER!!!! Barbara, the hostess, let us know that she was letting the server know she was seating her prior to us being sat. Mariyia, the server apparently needed an additional 12 minutes to not look at us and walk by her only 2 other tables before my mother walked up to her to ask if she had our table. It was not busy!!! She finally strolled up took our entire order and then took an additional 10-15 minutes to bring our drinks. Also, ALL tables around us were covered in dishes. When we finally got our food it was obvious it had been sitting for a long time. We were missing items, and the server instructed us that we were not. We promptly asked for the manager. He was very nice, we voiced our complaints and that our daughter worked for the company, he took care of our concerns and then stated that all she has to do to get a discount was give the front her employee number. As we went to pay, Cassidy, was nice. However, Rachelle, front manager, started yelling at our daughter to get her ID. She stated that it was in the car, so Rachelle started being nasty and yelling giving her a lecture on keeping it with her. It was the final straw. Horrible place!!! Cracker Barrel district manager needs to come in and retrain EVERYONE!

    Extremely busy when we arrived yet somehow our family of 5 was seated in under 15 minutes. The kitchen was clearly bogged down with this traffic but our server, CiCi, did a fantastic job of keeping her section topped off with drinks, biscuits/cornbread, and keeping us all informed on the timing of each tables orders. When my Momma’s French Toast did come out it was well worth the wait. Keep up the great work!

    My server was Youvon .. excellent service .. I looked up Crackrr Barrel and read an advertisement about "Grandma Sampler".. so like a fish...I bit .. The store and restaurant was very clean and attended. My table was was clean no food or bits of paper on floor or seats ... no dishes left on table.. I seen a supervisor walking around checking at least three times in the couple of hours I was there.. country store was well stocked and very neat and clean .. Lage parking even for rigs.. wheelchair accessible.. severs interaction excellent ..upon leaving i spoke with other customers who stated they would and have came back ...and so will I..

    This place can be very busy in the mornings and weekends. But it definitely worth it to wait. Food was fresh and delicious. Love their backed apples. Also theis breakfast always great! Good atmosphere inside.

    There are some amazing dishes and there are some not so good. Service was great once you asked for something, but they could be a bit more attentive to predict request. Not bad overall.

    I haven't been to Cracker Barrel in yrs until two weeks ago because my husband took me here after work to get breakfast...First problem the hostess that seated us(black girl/blonde hair) didn't even greet us..She grabs two menus and we just stood there confused until the cashier at the front said,"Oh you can follow her"..She put our menus down before we even got to the table and never said a WORD! Finally our waiter came we placed our order as he was taking our order I noticed he had a VERY OVERWHELMING body odor..If it wasn't for my husband I would have not stayed there(younger black guy) he was a great server but everytime he came over to check on us he left his scent and I continued to lose my appetite more and more..(He may be going through something my condolences if he is).The food was GREAT everything but the ham it had the strongest foulest smell you could imagine it smelled like death!... Being a good sport my husband said it's probably what the cooked it in its probably ok...I tasted it and immediately spit it out it tasted as if someone had pissed on it at that moment I knew I would never go back to this place!Pancakes was the best thing out of our entire meal!

    I ordered a veggie plate to go yesterday, the food was delicious, the price was reasonable. The staff was friendly & fast! I was also greeted upon entering. I appreciate the young man with the cowboy hat on he had the best sense ofhumor and , he held the doors open for me while I was leaving. I'll definitely be back!

    Got the Grandma's Sampler with a choice of side. The breakfast sides were not listed on the menu, so the waitress told me what the were orally. I got the plain hashbrowns. We get the food. Pancakes dry. It didn't matter how much syrup I put on (a while bottle on one), it was still dry. Bacon... looked microwaved, and I know what fried and microwaved bacon looks like, so scratch the "looked microwaved". It was DEFINITELY microwaved. Just stiff. Eggs were fine. The hashbrowns made me mad. Dry and chewy! Not a lick of grease on them to make me think they were fried either. Looked and tasted like they had been air-fried with no oil. When I told the waitress, all she said was "I'm sorry," and proceeded to hand me the bill. Don't be sorry.. offer a solution, a substitute. Replace it, take it off of my bill. That's ridiculous. I was highly upset. Then, get the bill and I was charged 99 cents for the hashbrowns. She never said any of the sides were an upcharge. That's why it needs to be clear as day on the menu, instead of y'all trying to get over on people. I'm mad because I work too hard for my money to be served food that is not even up to y'all's standards. It's wrong. Food only gets two stars cuz the pancakes didn't bother my boyfriend as much and the eggs were fine, and smoked sausage patties were good.

    My husband ordered the Chicken Fried Chicken and let’s just say it’s not that on his plate. The greens beens were OVER COOKED, the chicken was UNDER COOKED and not crispy. He told the waiter and asked for the white gravy that he never received. He asked for FRESHLY cooked chicken. The waiter brought back the same chicken (REFRIED) my husband ate off of and pulled apart. We both said that’s the same chicken. I’m confused, if a person bites off their food, do you put it back into the grease both FRESH food? That’s just nasty 🤮 The waiter didn’t offer a discount nor did we speak with a manager. We will not be returning. Not sure what he happened at this location, but it has gone down.

    Our waitress kept forgetting everything we asked for. The Food was awesome. Don't think they were prepared for all the people that came to sit down to eat. The Thanksgiving pick up looked well organized but inside we stood in line for 30 minutes after we were first on the wait-list they sat at least 20 people before us and we had asked why they hadn't contacted us and they had no answer and I realize it was Thanksgiving but......

    Disappointed. Hashbrown cassarole was cold. Ordered French toast with cinnamon apple topping and they brought out regular French toast with fried apples on the side. Explained that was wrong but waitress didn't seem to care.

    We are big fans of Cracker Barrel, so when we were traveling and needed a light supper before bed, we headed there. This store was obviously understaffed, but the young lady who seated us and waited on us was friendly and pleasant, she did not let it show that she was probably overworked. If I based this review on just her, I’d give her five stars. The food was disappointing this time. Maybe it was because we got there late, about 8:15, but the veggies we got (turnip greens and green beans) were just awful. The greens were cold and the beans were mushy. But the hamburger steak was perfect and the cornbread was delicious. We remain fans!

    The wait was quite long for a Wednesday morning. Very understaffed. Our server was excellent! Food was excellent! The bathroom was disgusting 🤢. It needs a major cleaning! It’s needs a complete overhaul! The sinks are brown, the walls and doors are extremely dirty. I’m not even going to describe the floors…. I will never eat there again!

    I ordered two meat loaf dinners with two sides. Everything was good and on point. I loved it. I selected cornbread and biscuits with a large tea. I also purchased 3 for 5 Hersey candy bars. Very big I must say. BTW, candy bars were delicious, as well.

    Once a year we give Cracker Barrel another chance, and we were once again disappointed. The place was near empty as we hit between lunch and dinner. The server had 2 stars so she wasn't new. She was friendly, but her level of service left a lot to be desired. The food arrived cold and flavors weren't the best. Sadly, by the time the server checked on us it was end of the meal and we just wanted to leave. She did ask, and we were honest. The response back was to remake our meals, but in the middle of a 6hr road trip - waiting for your meal to be cooked again isn't a great option. They comped our kid's food as we were almost out the door; this was a nice gesture, but the fact the manager never made an appearance said something. Well, see you again in a year... maybe...

    Love the gift shop. I ordered the chicken straps the portions were large. Overall the food quality was very good, not heavily seasoned. Had to get a go box. Waitress was very nice. The reason for a 3 star, company needs to shutdown for a couple of days and do a deep clean. Cob webs everywhere. Floor had food on it, the bathroom smelled like an outhouse, and no paper towels.

    I purchased enough meals to last 2 days. Their catfish is the best. The lady taking my to go order was very sweet. The lady who checked my order out was really nice. She was able to give my server her tip separately from my bill. AND, OF COURSE. I just had to do some shopping while waiting for my food! I highly recommend this restaurant!!!!

    I am not one to leave reviews for a restaurant. I may have left three in my life. This one deserves it, however. My wife used to love to go here. However, Monday January 17, 2022 changed that. Maybe it is because of the nature of things in the US right now, maybe it is not. We have never felt so unwelcome. Our server that evening took our order, no smile and no genuine desire to be there, it seemed. Initially we thought she might be having a bad night. Then, however, she was asked by surrounding tables for items or refills and she was full of glee and happiness with what seemed like a genuine want to help. Then she came back to our table with a frown and a look of disgust, "can I get you anything?" She asked. Before I could ask for a refill on my coffee, the customer at the table behind us asked for ketchup. She immediately left us, got their ketchup, and went back to the kitchen. I tried three times to get a refill, but was ignored. I started watching her a little closer and noticed that she was full of glee and joy when she served those in her same ethnic background. She was less than friendly when she interacted with those different from herself. So much for the thought that she was having a bad night, just had to serve what she obviously probably thought were undesirables. I probably won't be going back here again. The sad part is, we didn't get much better service from the cashier. When she was talking to her coworker, it was all laughs and good humor. With this customer it was eye rolling and sighs.

    I personally don't like this type of food but I pick up orders for doordash and Waitr here. The restaurant has always been clean, organized and the staff was been friendly and helpful even when they're very busy! I love looking at all the neat things they have for sale.

    Breakfast, lunch, or dinner and Cracker Barrel has you covered. I have eaten at this location plenty and it's generally good food without a super long wait. It has it's hiccups. Good service, pretty clean and the gift shop is fun to browse or shop.
