I love eating from Olive Garden, no matter the location. They offer such a wide variety of entrees and appetizers alike. Their minestrone soup is the best I've ever tasted, and the shrimp and chicken carbonara have become a favorite as well as their raspberry lemonade. However, I was surprised at this location the carbonara had cheese in it. Our server, Nicole, was very attentive to our needs, and she was friendly and professional. I would definitely visit this location again.

I feel bad leaving a bad review but I have to be honest. The service was not good but I don’t blame the waitress, I’m sure she was under a lot of pressure and couldn’t provide us a good service. She tried to give us good service but the atmosphere wasn’t helping. The restaurant smelled horrible as if the have never shampooed the carpet. Dirty walls and tacky tables. Once we received our soups, they were room temperature, one of our soups was below room temperature, almost cold. Anyway you get my idea. I don’t want to keep taking more of y’all’s time to explain how bad it was. We left a good tip for the waitress since we could sense her sadness working there.

The food was good, but the service was a little slow.

Good experience here. Had a good server. Food was decent, although I like my food more seasoned. No complaints really. Store manager did come around to check to see if everything was ok.

My husband and I went to Olive Garden yesterday to celebrate his birthday. We both were absolutely 💯 impressed with our server Chris! It has been a very long time since we have been out and had someone actually had such a pleasant attitude about their job and he was the very best. No matter what your job is you should always take pride it actually just reflects the person you are. Enough about that.. The food was Great to we will be going back and I do hope we have the pleasure of seeing Chris again. Awesome!!

Visiting the city and this location was within 5 miles of the hotel. I ordered carryout and arrived at the time stated. I used the link to check in and after waiting 10 minutes, I called the restaurant. 20 minutes after arriving, my meal was brought to the car. The food was good as usual. I'm actually glad we chose NOT to dine in since carryout was challenging for the staff.

The customer service was really good, everyone was polite, and respectful. Our food was brought to us quickly and our server checked on us frequently, and the food was good. The only thing I could complain about is that our waiter was really quiet, he seemed new so I'm not gonna hold it past them. That was just my experience.

Friendly atmosphere / customer service the food was fresh and hot only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was all the dust and dust bunnies in some area’s and once the air kicked on the dust was in the air heavy 😭

When we walked in, it smelled like sewage coming from the men’s restroom. But we understand, things happen. However we could tell the wait staff was really struggling yet it wasn’t very crowded. Didn’t get breadsticks with our salad and had to ask for them. Husband had to ask 2-3 times for salt and pepper. The waiter was very nice, and gave us a free dessert (we never complained). I hope that it improves soon bc we really enjoy Olive Garden

I had a great experience at this Olive Garden. It may be because I am a New Orleans resident and usually expect less customer service, but the staff was prompt and friendly. We ordered a to-go meal. There was a person dedicated to attending the curb-side pickups and there were many parking places dedicated. She came to the car quickly and had the food out to us quickly and seemed legitimately friendly and prideful in her work. My wife felt a bit skimped on her noodles, but I liked my portion. I would recommend this location.

Soooooo lol I was half way through the meal and remembered to snap a pic..My fam wanted a nice salad for dinner and a meal low in sodium..I suggested Olive Garden because I wanted some pasta..the wait time was about 10 minutes..our waiter was AMAZING..his name is Raphael and he deserved the $10 tip he received..he was patient and professional (handsome lol) our orders were accurate..the wait time for food was short but for $22 the pasta could have had more flavors and more pasta and the veggies should come in the meal not add for $2.99..Im sick of places selling everything separate..I always have broccoli with my alfredo..veggies should not be $2.99..I did the Seafood pasta and my fam ordered a gluten free pasta with chicken..I Love that they grate the cheese...YUM!! The only issue I had was another employee maybe a server or manager whichever I thought it was rude to interrupt me telling Ralph my order to go..I understand they just sat a party but we are just as important..Ralph was able to serve that party as well as make sure his other tables were good..I recommend this location...

The food was fresh and hot but they took a min fixing our food we got there at 3:30 and didn't get food till 5ish. The servers were nice.

I arrived at 2:45 so I was able to order from lunch menu which was nice. They seated every guest in same small area which was very uncomfortable since someone was coughing 😷

Smelled like a locker room with flooded toilets at the front. Felt like I continued to smell it the whole meal. Very slow to be seated and served. Not busy at all. Food was typical olive garden fare with little flavor. Chicken gnocchi was good, as were scallops. Servers were friendly.

It took abut 20 minutes to get us seated but we did have a large group. Once in and seated did an amazing job! All dishes were flawless and the staff were incredible!

I’d just like to say Montana was a great waitress. She was extremely attentive but not too much to where it can be overbearing (and yes, sometimes I feel that waitresses/ waiters can be such) and not too little to where I was searching for her. My husbands food looked extremely good and I can attest that my chicken Alfredo was decent just added a little salt for taste. Thank you Montana!

My server was great. And the food was fresh. I dont care if it took 30 minutes to get my food. Id rather wait for 30 minutes to get fresh cooked food than eat in 25 minutes from some chicken and meatballs that were re heated to me. Great job

My daughter was having a hard time after a Dr. visit in Birmingham. Olive Garden always makes her feel better. On this visit, specifically, the Green Apple Sangria. 🍏 It was to die for. It also made the drive home manageable.

Very good, Salmon and Broccoli. My sister had meat balls and spaghetti she did not like it. I had donuts they were ok.

They need more help! Service really slow! We were there one hour and a half just to eat and go! Waitress forgot our waters twice! And forgot my lemons for water too a different time! But the Hostess was a fabulous, upbeat, bubbly, nice person to be around! She could set the example for other olive garden restaurants! She should get a raise!

Look at the tomatoes in the smiley face. They are all end pieces. That's what came in our salad. Our water-based professional and very polite. Too bad some food jockey in the back was trying to be funny. No matter we left our waiter a 20% tip.

The service in this place is just incredible. Since you walk in you feel like a VIP and my server Pat was wonderful. So nice and a smile on his face all the time. Food was great as always! I recommend this place! But just a reminder… it’s all about the service!!!

Service was friendly and as expected. The app was easy to use and ordering completed without a glitch. Communication via text and email was right on time to keep me aware of progress. Who does not like Italian food? It’s not my mom’s cooking…

We were seated immediately upon arrival. Our waitress Kiah came to our table the moment we were seated. Food arrived quickly as well. It was hot and delicious. Would high recommended this location.

Amazing food and atmosphere! We came by here during our last night in a trip, and we felt welcomed and served well. Lucy was an amazing server who was patient and personable. She doesn't know that today was not a good day for me, but she unknowingly made me so happy that I forgot about it for a bit.

Take out was awful. I did not notice I was missing the salad dressing with either salads/dinners, $18 plus dollars each. The dinners were dry out on top. I had to ask for garlic bread, was not in the bag when exiting. I notice my family members ate very little, hmm. Verifies dissatisfaction. Will not go to that restaurant again. Maybe never, anywhere.

Dinner was outstanding. The salad and bread sticks we're so fresh. And the shrimp scampi was so good.

We had a slight wait for seating but all things considered the wait was reasonable. We were seated in the bar area. Service moved quickly once we were seated. We actually had Rock Star service from our server Ron. On this night he managed the Bar and 5 tables with out skipping a beat. Actually the entire staff at this location, on this night, was very attentive and the customer communication was great. Their was a slight delay in meal arrival due issues with the O.G. order input system but we were informed promptly and the wait was minimal. The kitchen did a great job with our order. The meals arrived hot and well prepared. I know 5 stars seems high for Olive Garden but the staff at this location really deserve the rating. The service and preparation here lived up to the brand.

The service was great. The take home pasta not so good. I got the Alfredo Pasta. The sauce tasted watery and no season. It was like they open a jar/bag and poured over some over cooked pasta. My grandson ordered the Spaghetti with 3 meatballs. He enjoyed the meatballs not so much the pasta. He said it did not have a bite. He 7 yrs old and loves pasta. But not overcooked pasta. I ordered shrimp scampi and didn't not enjoy it. No flavor and pasta was overcooked. We arrived early for curbside service and didn't have to wait long. The best thing we received beside the service was the gnocchi soup. I wished I ordered two. The other soup with the undone potatoes was a NO GO!!!

So wonderful from the front door on. Everyone was so sweet and attentive! The food and drink suggestions wonderful 🤗will definitely return!

It was my Birthday & Valentine's Day. We only had to wait about 5 minutes for a table. My husband and I had a wonderful dinner, our waiter was very attentive, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was perfect!! Thanks for a wonderful evening!

Food was hot and delicious. Added plus of not having to wait for a table. Salad and breadsticks were amazing as always! Our server Quinton was polite and attentive. We enjoyed our visit and made our 2 hour journey home on full bellies!

We were very pleased tonight with service and all of staff. Greeted warmly when arrived. Server did a great job and honored our specific requests. And the serving sizes were large. Very impressed. Not one bad moment at all. Thank you Olive Garden. We live out of state and was visiting family. Our next visit will include dinner at Olive Garden.

My friend and I went to Olive Garden week before last and had an amazing experience...the server was awesome and the food came out hot. When the manager came around to see how everything was I told him how great our server and food were. He said he had gotten good feedback on him So we decided to go back today at 4:30. I waited at the hostess stand and asked for a table for 2. There were two hostesses and they were talking and looking at the computer screens for about 4 minutes before they said they only had booths available. We could see the empty tables...my friend prefers a table which is why I asked for one. One hostess said they keep tables empty for large parties like 20 people or if a party of 8 comes in they can move tables together. I asked my friend if she wanted to try a booth or go somewhere else. We ended up at another restaurant. Olive Garden lost about $60 on our meal, drinks and dessert. On our last visit I gave the young server 30% tip on my $25 bill. I'm not sure why this restaurant has this policy when it wasn't very busy and we had gotten there before the dinner rush.
