There's a young man with glasses on at the drive thru....he totally mumbles, when he speaks you have no idea what he's saying!!!! Lazy is an understatement!!!! The young lady speaking ( correcting him) was superb!!!! No wait at the thru and I see why !!!! Pulling off gladly.

The worse Jack's in Montgomery I waited forever for my food and the lady at the front counter was talking so much she forgot to pass out the food. I won't be back to this one, then she had a attitude because people was trying to ask her coworkers for their food. I love Jack's but not this one because this is the second time they did me like this (the first time was worse but I didn't post but now enough is enough). Please hire fast workers that's at least respectful.

I come in this store at least 3 times a week order lunch I work up the street from this company but lately the last three visit its been awful meaning incorrect order given to me then I look in my bag its not what I ordered I guess its due to new girl at the front counter she works at lunch hours I assume and always on her phone wish I had her name, well today I go in with a survey receipt and order a BIG Jack with the young lady gets assistance from 1st shift manager and I glance in the bag come back to work sit down and its not what I ordered I am so so mad I was given 2 cheeseburgers. I just wish the workers who take your orders take the pride and the time to make sure order is given to the person correct.

Usually, the employees here are very polite and cheerful and the food is good. The last few times I've eaten here have been different. Last week the lady at the window acted like I was an inconvenience and today the fries were absolutely disgusting and smelled horrible. I noticed the smell in my car shortly after leaving the window and they tasted like they'd been cooked is very old grease and were so bad I couldn't even stomach them. Not sure what's changed but this place seems to be going down hill quickly.

Worker was in restroom same time as my husband. Husband days worker didn't wash his hands on the way out of bathroom, and again not at hand wash station in kitchen. Needless to say, we left without ordering food. 😫🤢🤮

I usually have a good experience with Jack's. My only complaint with this particular Jacks is they are not proactive in just acknowledging your existence when you pull up and they are busy. I have sat at the speaker for like 3 minutes (which is a long time in fast food) with NO acknowledgement of my existence and I just have to hope I am not sitting at a closed establishment. I don't think it is asking too much for someone to just say, "Hold one moment, please".

The food is always tasty, just hardly ever what I asked for. This morning it was the 2 missing slices of cheese (extra charge) requested with my eggs. I am really surprised since I heard the manager ask twice if the cheese was added to my meal. It is another one of those small things that have a big impact. I should have checked before leaving.

Just left drive thru and was told they only had one breast and wing… why??? When you see the chicken low nothing says let’s cook more? Do par levels no longer exist?

This location is just okay. But the girl at the window almost made me late for work. I'll never go here anymore! She ask could she take my order, I told her my order took her forever to respond once I drove around to the window she asked me Rudely did I take your order! 😳Yeah do better jacks. The best Jack's is Atlanta hwy location .

I’m honestly very disappointed, my loaded fries were not loaded, the portion of cheese and bacon was very little for its price. The fries also were not seasoned. My burger was not fresh and we waited about 10min parked for our food to come. Customer service was nice tho.

The food was freshly cooked, but there was a very dry atmosphere in the store. The staff had an uninterested attitude, and it gave an unwelcoming feel to me and the other people who were with me.

Went to the drive-through today, Erica is on the window, and she should train every area window cashier! She has a fantastic personality! The food was hot, french fries were fantastic! Thank you Erica for making it a nice visit.

We try to eat here- we love jacks! But the staff aren’t helpful. It takes 20 min just to get some ketchup! The staff won’t make eye contact or stay near the counter so you can’t get any assistance. Then when you finally get their attention they’re rude about it. Very slow if you eat in!

Stopped in for breakfast. Staff was very friendly and the service was great. Eggs and bacon were fantastic and grits nice and creamy. The biscuits were hot and soft and the gravy was flavored just right. Would definitely stop at this Jacks again next time in the area.

Food was very good, service was terrible. No one was in a hurry to wait on customers. Employees slowly took their time doing anything and there wasn't a smile to be found on any of them. I will not be returning.

The food was horrible. The chicken fried chicken was cold and hard. The service was average. The dining room was freezing cold. The floor was sticky. But the staff were friendly and nice. Recently, have been to two different locations and have been disappointed in both.

I just had the best burger of my life.

Food always hot, service usually good but cashier tried to argue with me about my order. I was missing a whole kids meal.

Always fresh chicken fingers and fries is usually all I get. 4 stars because I think the sweet tea is very weak. There is usually a wait for the food, but I don't mind if it's hot!

Received old, lumpy, and cold mashed Potatoes. When bringing it to their attention they had an attitude and were extremely rude. They would only replace it with French fries.

Stop by to grab a half dozen chocolate chip cookies and two shakes. Staff was full of smiles and energy, and a friendly greeting. The order went faster than ordered. Food was out quick and delicious. Great experience!! The staff at this Jack's 100%.

Everybody is always pleasant and works with a sense of urgency to get the lunch crowd taken care of. The food was hot and properly prepared. The drink lids were on right, so when a drink tipped while handing out the window, did not spill all over me... Much appreciated folks!

There is a manager there who mainly works day shift. She is an older lady and she is rude, disrespectful and she doesn't follow company rules. Due to her I no longer order there for breakfast. I have complained more that 4 times about this lady and still nothing has changed.

Drive thru blows every other Drive thru in Montgomery away. In and out of line quickly and efficiently. Food is hot and well made. Try that at Popeyes or Burger King across the N Eastern bypass. You'll be waiting at least an hour in line.

Food was hot and fresh. The chicken gives you another option from the other chains. 3 piece meal is a great value.

This location has had issues getting good help but they seem to be on the mend. Foods wonderful and attitudes are cheery-ish. I can even get em to smile most days ;)

Probably one of the worst Jacks I have been too. Slow as all get out, employees on cell phones as people are waiting. 5 people before and after me left due to no one taking orders. Manager in the background is getting on to employees. Only reason I stayed was because the two guys in front of me left, and I just so happened to luck up and got my order finally taken. Now, the gentleman that took my order was very nice and attentive. That is the reason why they are getting two stars.

Is been good every time I've gone. I especially enjoyed the fried green tomato BLT.

The employees were nice and friendly. The bathroom was clean. I went to have a team meeting with my supervisor, and we had an excellent meeting. We were the only ones eating in the restaurant (our team), but it was a very lovely and welcoming environment.

They are ridiculously slow at taking and handing out orders, the food just wasnt as good as other jacks I've visited.

Drive thru for lunch. Husband ordered 4 piece chicken snack, when got to pick up window he asked for comeback sauce and the woman said it would be $2. All other locations we have visited often throughout central AL gave a dipping sauce for free...always got comeback and never charged...did not ask for extra, just what usually comes with the meal. So he left without any sauce at all or any desire to return to this location.

Consistent great service. Food is great for cheap bite to eat. Shakes are delicious.

It was nothing to write home about. The hamburger was okay but not as good as they used to be. The fries had to be washed down with soda because they were so dry. I'll still patronage Jack's because maybe they were having a bad day. But one more bad meal and I'll go across the street to Burger King or down the street to Arby's.
