I’ve gone to this place every now and then for the last few years. I’ve never had a bad experience, and wanted to share. Last month for Halloween, I decided to get my lashes done. I had never gotten them done before and was a little anxious, but I wanted to try some thing new. I asked for a natural look and went with medium individual lashes. The lady who did them made them look amazing and they looked so natural. They just looked like an enhancement. I also let her wax and tint my eyebrows and she did an amazing job on those too. This next part is why I will continue to go. After Halloween, I decided I wanted to have my eyelashes removed. Again, I only got them done for Halloween, and so I felt a little weird wearing them to work and what not. I attempted to loosen them on my own, but those babies were not budging! I saw a lot of the reviews saying their lashes fell off within hours. I left mine on for about a week, but they didn’t budge even after I tried oil, washed my face, etc. I decided to go back to them to have them removed. The lady who removed them got them off within minutes. When I asked her how much I owed her, she said, “Nothing. You don’t have to give me anything.” I was shocked. I asked if she would at least let me tip her and she obliged. As a customer, you always remember how someone treats you, and I just really appreciated my experience this time around and had to write a review. I’m about a month late, but I hope this helps. By the way, everyone is always nice to me when I go and I love the music that’s always playing. I will definitely go back for my eyebrows and tinting. And who knows? I may even try eyelashes again down the road.

Got eyelash extensions done for first time and very disappointed with the process...after 4 hrs of service I washed my face avoiding lashes as much I could but they came off..I will go back to get my money back as they claimed it to stay for 2 weeks but came off in 2hrs.$30 not worth on it. .Im giving zero to the service I went for money back, argued for return she didn't gave back the return saying no compa y policy & didn't had company policy to show very rude owner.😡😡😡🤢🤢

Mama who did my eyebrows was very nice . She has very good skill. I will most definitely be going back. Thank you z for professional staff. No long waiting.

They are nice people but inexperienced. My eyebrows were kind of ragged when I left. She had trouble getting the fine hairs right below them. She didn't get the fine hairs between my brows like most people do. I also got full-leg waxing, and I left the place super sticky and with hair in patches. A few days later, I was not really smooth anymore because the tech did not properly remove the hair. I won't return.

I use to always go here but lately I haven’t had a good experience. This is the 2nd person who left a bruise under my eyebrow from getting my eyebrows waxed. The last person used alcohol once finished and I’ve never had anyone to use alcohol only baby oil. Therefore, I won’t be going back.

I wish I could give 0 stars!!! Went to get my brows tinted and they look horrible! $30 and I am embarrassed to even been seen. They did ask if I want them to try to fix them but I refused out of fear that they would look worse. Never again! Waste of time and MONEY.

Eyebrow (waxed) are good and lashed… the price is reasonable and the girls are very kind and respectful. I recommend this place ☺️

I’m kind of upset because I called earlier in the day to see if I had to schedule an appointment for some lashes and she told me “no I can come when I got off”.. just for me to pull up and they have a sign on the door saying they are closed and someone was sitting in the car looking at me through the glass… ugh! thanks for the inconvenience!
