Griffin did my root canal some years back. Guess back what? The root canal has to be redone by an Endodontist. I got an infection and had to take antibiotics. Griffin also did some bridge work as well. Guess what? that work got infected and it had to be removed. Correcting Griffin’s sloppy work is costing me serious money. Griffin’s license needs to be revoked.

If I could rate this Dentist a 0, it would be to generous. He supposedly did a root canal on me. Then I went back because the tooth was hurting and he tried to convince me that I never came back to have the work completed. I told him that have my payments and proof that he said he completed it, then he told me to go have the tooth extracted because it was a difficult tooth and the root canal didn't work. I went to another dentist who explained that the man never did a root canal! He need his license revoked for insurance fraud.

I had a scheduled dental cleaning for 3:30 and arrived 8 minutes late due to a serious gas leak in my apartment. The nurse on the phone stated that I have to reschedule because they were leaving work early (they close at 5pm). I still went to the office to try to get seen before they closed but was turned away. As I was getn in my car, a man in a pickup pulled up and walked into the office. I stopped him to tell him they're about to close; he states they told him to come on. So, I went back in to see if they could see me but still was turned away. I've never been more disappointed in a business before but this is really intolerable. I waited next door to see if the office closed early and it was open until 5pm. I will not be doing business with this organization ever again.

Dr. Jacob Griffin is very professional caring and always does a great job takes out time with these patient I could never go anywhere else for service thanks Dr. Griffin for your wonderful work

Paid to have root canal done and to have a crown done he never put my crown on the office staff gave me the run around my insurance paid for the service but I never got my crown done. He haven’t reached out to me to make things right. I highly do not recommend.

Rude staff. I have no copay ins, yet they insisted that I pay $200.00 before they would do the work. I refused. Got more shots than ever. Work was sub par. Will never return.

Had a root canal done by this “doctor” end up having to go to another doctor because he didn’t do it right at all
