Great visit for kids. Sharrah was helpful. Giving us coloring books and color pencils and some candies and juice while waiting. My kids loved it! I def recommend this place!!

Sharrah was super friendly and very attentive. She made my child feel safe comfortable, and most importantly heard! I think she's doing an excellent job.

Dr. Juanita was so sweet, patient, kind, and thorough. She is heaven sent. At a critical time of illness she reassured me that I would be ok and she gave me thorough instructions on what to do to stay hydrated and get well. The front desk staff and the nurses and the techs they are so cute, sweet and lovable. Overall great experience 10/10 highly recommended.

The entire staff was awesome from the check in process, to vital signs in back and also to the nurse practitioner they are a great team and I appreciate them. All so true. THEY SHOULD ALL BE COMMENDED because I was there Saturday, Dec 16 and the place was packed. It took 4 hours but to be expected with only 1 nurse practitioner on duty and she was working very very hard!! Please, please commend her. Angela

This visit to Primed was one of the best we have ever had! They were very quick and efficient. They seemed to value our time as well. The Nurse Practitioner we saw was wonderful as well. I was dreading having to take our baby to the urgent care a couple of days before Christmas, but we were in and out in no time! Great experience!

Very nice and helping staff. I had the pleasure of being helped by Medical Assistant Sharrah. She was very quick and I had an overall great encounter/experience.

Waited literally 3 hours before “MD” came and still never saw MD. Saw Nurse practitioner only. Good customer service by staff with the resources they had available. Positive attitudes and kindness.

Awesome Experience at American Family Care BerryHill Montgomery, Alabama.From the moment I pulled up I just knew that I would be here 3 or 4hrs.
