I made a quick stop at Publix (Store 1027) on Zelda Rd in Montgomery to pickup a few items. I found everything I needed without any problems except for one item. I asked one of the grocery clerks (Rashadd Hall), who just finished helping another customer, if he knew where I could find the tortilla wraps. I barely finished asking my question before he replied "aisle 3, right side, facing this direction." Rashadd was very courteous, patient, and helpful. He also did a price check and saved me some money. His assistance is very much appreciated and I highly recommend this store.

I needed to pick up a few items. Always greeted with a smile. Store was clean, organized, and fully stocked. I found my items pretty quick. It was pretty busy. Check was easy and painless. Good experience.

Always pleasant, employees are helpful, clean store, carts are clean. Always have wipes n sanitizer for customers. Love this place. Fruits n vegetables are always fresh

Not often, but they didn't have anything thing to make subs with. They were out of bread and buns. Also, no jerk turkey the libe was long for no reason everyone was upset. Publix normally don't drop the ball like this

Its a nice place and clean environment with good looking meat. The reason for ⭐⭐⭐⭐ is because I brought some halos from them the next they it was molded! But overall it's a great shopping place.

Came in the other night and the cashier Faith was amazing . She greeted me with a smile and was extremely patient. Zelda road is lucky to have faith !

Relaxing to walk thru store not in a rush finding the products u need and when u r all done. There is always cashier standing out waving to let u know they r available

Ordered a birthday cake for my daughter, when I went to pick it up it was 5 people back there walking pass me as if I want there. Finally a lady that was decorating a cake asked me what I need, I told her, then she went to find it after asking me 3 questions, then she said Ohhhh it's says Rakeya, I said no, Rickia, she said well it says Rakeya, I said that's my child, I named her, I know how it's pronounced. Smh.....

Shopped with the bakery and I must say, that was one of the freshest,, tastiest cake I've had in a loong time. Will return for all my sweet treats!

Clean and welcoming atmosphere. Products are easy to locate. Very orderly and well organized. Staff very courtesy and helpful. The customer service is excellent. The pharmacy staff were very helpful. The manager of the pharmacy was dressed in a pickle costume. To help promote the need to help the food bank. She was very approachable and informative. The staff at the sushi counter , were very accommodating. Great place to shop.

Publix never disappoints me. What ever I am looking for I can always find it at Publix. The fruits and vegetables are always fresh. They have the best and sweetest 🍉. It's so good. The store is always clean. I love Publix.

When visiting my son and daughter in law, this is my " go to " store to pick up items as needed. Employees are friendly and helpful, store is clean and well stocked. They typically have whatever items I am looking for.

This is my favorite place to shop. Everyone is so nice in here, and I always leave in a better mood than when I arrived. They just recently installed self checkouts! Those should be functional any day now. Highly recommend this location.

Nice clean store, the pharmacy could use some help. Then some of the ladies have bad attitudes, also they need to do better with time management for when your medications will be ready for pick-up. If its called in, dropped off, emailed over or even refilled over the phone it shouldn't take 2-3 days to get your prescription.

Visited the bakery to order a graduation cake. The workers were so kind and detailed. One of the ladies had to stop decorating a cake to help me, but she was so pleasant too.

In the back where they serve the hot meals can improve sometimes the meats don't even be done and some of their workers have nasty attitudes

I love Publix first time in the store and my husband find our favorite ice cream Haagen-Dazs. The people who work there are very nice and accommodating thank you Publix

The selection was good but not great. You're definitely paying more here than at Walmart, so unless you're looking for something you can't get at Walmart or Costco, it's better to skip this place.

Always love this place. It’s always clean and neat and everything is presentable. It’s of course higher priced than other stores like Walmart and Target but I prefer it because of the wonderful service and great quality products.

Very clean and offers a great selection of all items. Prices were higher than expected but I found many BOGO sales.

I tried ordering a fruit tray today, for Monday, more than 24 hours before I needed it, but the lady in the deli very rudely told me they were not accepting anymore tray orders. I’ve never been turned away anywhere else trying to make a catering order. Just uncalled for.

Employees were extremely helpful, especially the woman with the short hair!! (Didn't catch her name unfortunately) but she was amazing! I had searched for a type of marinade/dressing for a customer all over, she went and found where it was and then led me to it! I could have saved 10 minutes had I asked her sooner😊

This area was really clean and kind of posh for Montgomery. This Publix had a few long lines, and I only had one item. Someone from the service area opened up to get me out of there fast. I was appreciative. Prices were comparable.

The most highly rated staff service. Everyone knows the store, and will stop whatever they may be doing to help you find items. Everyone greets you as you pass their work area with a smiling "hiya doing?" The quality of most foods is tops. My only complaint is that the nectarines and peaches are usually FLAT. Probably due to shipping refrigeration. But, at a co$$st of nearly $3.00 per pound, it makes the first bite utterly disappointing. Then, you're spitting money out!!! Otherwise Publix is truly decent.

I love this place..I'm not from here so when I want that friendly hometown feeling I stop by.. Mrs. Myrtle is totally awesome.. Jalen in the Bakery was truly helpful and Pleasant as well.. great job

Publix is always a delight to shop at. Even on valentine's day! Even with more customers than I've ever seen, the lines still weren't long. I got everything I needed, in and put per usual.

Great shopping experience, and the staff was friendly and answer my questions in a very polite manner. A stand out employee (Leroy) helped me with my groceries to my car. It made me feel like a valued customer. My cart was very full, I really needed the assistant.

I have to drive out of my way to Publix, but the drive is more than worth it. I can always count on getting very fresh fruits and vegetables and fresh meats. The associates are always nice and friendly and eager to assist me with whatever my needs are. They are a little pricey, but the saying "you get what you pay for" is true and I thank God for blessing me to be able to afford their items.

It seems I always bag my own groceries. My last 4 visits I have done it with a good attitude. I think they have come to expect it as the bagger left as the cashier rang up my $238. At these prices and with this service I'll just go to Fresh Market for everything. Very busy and every register open on a positive note.

I miss having a Public near where I now live! There is not a cleaner Supermarket and not just this one, all of them are clean. Great Deli's and really good sandwiches. What makes them different are the people who work there!

Went in to get me some fruits. I found the most tastiest mangoes. They were quite large as well. Clean facility. Great customer service.

Disgusting place! While I waited to order a sub, I noticed employees touching and adjusting their face mask and then handle food at the deli. The employee who was preparing my sub, wiped his nose and continue to prepare my food. I walked away! The best place to eat is at your own home!

If I could give no stars I would but I can't!!! My mother in law ordered a specific cake for my 16 year old daughters birthday party and after being called by someone else at the bakery 2 day's prior to her party telling her that they couldn't do the colors she wanted. We went to pick up her cake after 5 p.m. the day before and we were given a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT cake than what we ordered!!! This is absolutely unexceptionable!!! The one on the left is what we ordered, the right is what we got.

Went in to get a sandwich from the deli. No smiles, they ignored me for about five minutes, then right in the middle of my order, the woman turns her back and walks away. Will drive to the one on Atlanta Hwy next time. They are nicer there.

For some reason over the past few months I have taken outdated food back to Publix😳! Not the same Publix but 3 different stores. The last time it happened I got food poison. Had to leave work. I am very disappointed. I always bragged on Publix because of the atmosphere of the store , great food & customer service. One time I took an item back the management appeared as if she could care less. As if I were making it all up and the proof was right in front of her. The cashier even told me I wasn't the only one recent to bring something back. Are they trying to just get rid of old food at the risk of the health of their customers...i have to WONDER🤔.

They had a brand of hummus featured on a 2 for sale, and the brand was, Hope Hummus. However, it had no UPC code (home location listing) and definitely was nowhere to be found. Not one single container of hummus could be located anywhere in the deli's refrigeration section nor on any of the shelves. Just my luck, there appeared two employees walking towards my direction, in which I stopped them, and I asked them for their help and they, along with a Deli worker, took the time to help locate a few containers that had not yet been stocked into their home locations. The two employees were of higher management, they were Josh and Rachel. They asked for help from a female employee, who came from behind the Deli's counter and she went to the refrigeration section behind the counter and came back with two boxes full of the product.
