I love Texas Roadhouse but like most places there is work to be done. The food is good and the employees are usually friendly and attentive. The wait to get in is kind of like waiting at an urgent care, they currently have signs staying due to lack of employees that waits will be even longer. The drinks aren't strong but are tasty. They were sold out of three appetizers this last visit too. The bread is amazing. Almost worth eating here often just to get those yeast rolls with whipped cinnamon butter.

I forgot waitress name but had great birthday dinner. She was friendly to our babies and quickly provided beverages and others. In addition, cost were reasonable in high inflation period.

Came here on Father's Day to celebrate with the family. Our waitress was Tay-Tay. She was great, really attentive, and had great energy! Definitely would request her again and the chef who made the steaks...😙🤌🏾 We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and it was a great Father's Day dinner.

Food was delicious. Hostess young and not so kind she never said welcome or fellow me.Then she began talking about me with the older hostess and I was look dead them because I didn’t like the setting area , making me feel some type way. But….. food was delicious and our waitress so pleasantly,kind and one point with service

My experience here was unforgettable for all great reasons! My primary reason for rating my experience here 5 stars is because of my waiter, Joseph. Joseph is probably one of the most respectful, approachable, brightest, and kindest guys I’ve ever met. I am so glad the universe was able to put this waiter in my path. Although today was a busy day for Texas Roadhouse, Joseph still managed to flip my day around and make my day one of the happiest. Please make sure to give your waiters & waitress’s a great tip because I promise you they are working so hard for you. People like Joseph warm my heart and brighten my days extremely. Although my trip in Alabama is a short trip, Joseph will forever hold a place in my memory.

Destini was FANTASTIC! Our service was prompt and courteous. I called and got onto the waitlist. We really liked how smoothly checking into the waitlist was and we had virtually no wait at all. Destini was on it tonight! She knew the syrup for the Coke was a little funny and even brought my mom a second coke without prompting to check and see if the syrup had been fixed. She was able to answer any question we had about the menu knowledgeably. Our table runner, I didn’t catch her name, was very polite and made sure our food was exactly right! This was our second time out to dinner since my dad has passed, and the staff at the East Chase Texas Roadhouse really went above and beyond and made it feel like they were taking special care of us!

Amazing service, amazing food, amazing experience!!! I got half rack of ribs with a Caesar salad and loaded baked potato… absolutely delicious!! Ribs were fall off the bone tender!! Wasn’t my first time, and definitely won’t be my last!!

My friend said they have the best steaks and I had to see for myself...I ordered the Texas fries with a house salad...I ate mostly bread lol...I love the butter...our waitress was accurate..never misses a step...The main event was the steaks and I was not impressed...it taste like they just threw it on the grill and our steak sauce was the flavor...I was expecting a burst of flavor...NOTHING!!...The mashes potatoes were delicious..best item on the plate with the ribs..I would recommend...just not the steaks..

The lunch crew worked extremely well together. Our service was top notch. Hate that they rarely have ribs available to order right when they open for lunch. Have gone to eat there once a week for the past six weeks and have only been able to get the ribs once 😔. However, everything else was great 👍

Food was good, better than normal actually. Had to wait for rolls, but when we got them waiter brought extra and were fresh. My Caesar salad was fresh and tasty and we always had full glasses.

I tried calling to speak to a manager, seven minutes on hold and no one picked up. Placed an online order with a special request to "please add tarter sauce and ketchup". Instead our food was overcooked, didn't receive any condiments, and they forgot to add our side Ceasar salad. The salmon was super dry. On top of that, we waited an additional 40 minutes after our promised pick up time. Please stop processing online orders if you're not going to provide what we pay for and stop promising a pick up time when we both know the food will not be ready. This was definitely a waste of money tonight. Let's see how management responds to this. The few pieces of broccoli I got was overcooked as well. I can't believe this was $19.00!

An overall decent experience here, in spite of the crazy wait time to be seated. Associates were very courteous and welcoming, and the waitress was very attentive. And now for the entree, my Fried Catfish Filets were served hot and fresh, and while they were good they were also lacking a bit on seasoning. I got a lot more of the breading taste than any seasonings, really could have used a few more spices to liven up the flavor. However though, the macaroni and cheese along with the mashed potatoes and gravy were spot on! All in all I enjoyed my meal here, it was good but not GREAT, especially for the hefty price tag for everything. If you haven't been I would recommend a visit, but it won't be a regular dining spot of mine moving forward.

Came on the night of the Christmas Parade and they were extremely busy, but worth the wait and we still had great service. The blooming onion + their cajun sauce was a great appetizer. Sirloin steak was decent, didn't have a ton of flavor, but the shrimp was perfect. Maybe skip the baked potato, the skin on mine was covered in salt (pictured) but the inside was tender and buttery. The chili was better than most I've had 😋 Also thought it was nice that they send a text when your table's ready.

My experiences at this location have been mostly good. The food I have been able to get has been good. The staff working has always treated me kindly and nice. The atmosphere is very home/roomy. The restrooms were kept well and very clean. When I went they had some NFL football games on the TVs in the restaurant. In all, I have had a good experience.

Our food was brought out quick even with how busy they were. the people at my table got nasty tea three different times. However, everything else was great !

As someone who works at roadhouse I was disappointed with my visit, more so, the service. We sat down and it took more than 5 minutes for her to come to the table. We get our drinks and order. The food comes out wrong I would think because she didn’t write the order down. We send the food back and then she drops it off and doesn’t come back for at least 15 minutes and that is being nice. When she comes back over, I notice she has headphones in! Ridiculous.

Cannot ever go wrong with a dinner at Texas Roadhouse. Good food, good service.

We was a party of 3. Arrived at 11:30am. Walked in no waiting. Got seated and our beverages right away. The food was superb. The waitress was the best.i would go everyday if I could. Best Grilled Chicken salad ever.

Ordered a medium steak and received a well done one. Ordered the brownie and only received the brownie and not any of the extra stuff that comes with it. Requested silverware and didn’t receive any. Ordered a drink and didn’t receive a straw. Only positive is that the worker at the pick up window was very nice.

Service was excellent. It was slow but they were packed and perfection takes time 😊. Food was prepared to order and delicious we enjoyed our stay. Restrooms were clean and well stocked. We plan to return. Waitress even volunteered to help us announce our pregnancy to our children. Awesome job.

From the time I entered the restaurant at lunch time, every person I spoke to that worked there was so happy and hospitable. I was seated immediately and the waitress was there as soon as the hostess left. The waitress we had was phenomenal. She talked to us like she was talking to a friend but in a professional way. She anticipated our needs (refills, to-go boxes, etc.). She was really lovely. Every single bit of our food was delicious. I had unsweetened tea with lemon. The lemon slices were big, unblemished and didn't have any seeds!! I am sure that is a small thing to notice for many but I count that as an added blessing to our pleasant experience there. We will definitely be going back.

Came in for lunch and ordered off the $10.99 lunch menu. The 6 oz Sirloin did not disappoint! It was perfectly seasoned and cooked medium rare just like I like it! I paired it with a garden salad and a baked sweet potato. Our server kept our drinks full and brought everything out quick. Also had a Cactus Blossom for an appetizer! Everything was delicious!

We had a great experience. Joseph was our server, and he was very attentive, got our food and drinks out on time, and was really nice. The food was delicious, cooked perfectly, and was priced well. Definitely impressed, especially when so many places are short staffed lately. They did a great job.

Texas roadhouse is usually a decent experience. You don't come for for a high quality steak, you come for a good steak. The wait to get in was pretty long, it took 40 minutes to get a table for 2. Once we were finally got our table the waiter was really good. My steak was actually perfectly cooked medium. I ordered medium rare but medium worked. They do have a good selection of beer and the rolls were fresh and delicious. If you don't mind the wait this is a really good place to grab dinner.

Amazing food and service. I love the the new system they have. You sign in at the front desk give them your cellphone number and you have three options. Wait inside on a hardwood bench, wait outside in the heat on a hardwood bench or my favorite wait inside your comfortable air conditioned vehicle until they text you back to let you know your table is ready. I love 💕 this place. 😊✅💯❤️

We happened to visit from out of state and coincidentally seemed to be the day of lots of graduations. The wait actually wasn't too bad. You leave your phone number and get a text once your table is ready. For the most part, the food was well-seasoned. This is one of the locations that has the cinnamon butter, so that was a plus. Our waitress was attentive. We would visit again if back in the area.

Disappointing attention to detail but still good food. We ordered take out but ended up missing the "loaded" portions of the loaded baked potato (x2) and the ice cream to the brownie dessert. I also missed out on the delicious butter for the rolls. Other than that the steak I ordered was cooked perfectly and the rest of the meal was quite delicious. While I certainly take responsibility for not double checking my order before leaving, I would expect better care and attention from the staff.

The food was so good and my 2 year old nephew who is very picky loved the rolls. He ate like 4. I was just really happy he was eating! The staff was so very friendly and was very nicely entertaining my nephew while he waited on his food . A very welcomed distraction. Our hostess was also working the bar but she did a great job taking care of us and all the people at the bar.
