Dr Frederick and his team Patricia and Maeva were incredibly professional and they made me feel so comfortable from the first day, I don’t speak French but it doesn't matter because they speak English and everything was better than I expected. I highly recommend Dr Frederick, first, because he is a great person, and secondly, is one of the best orthodontists I have seen in my life. He is so perfectionist and super dedicated to his work so that everything turns out as best as possible. I have to say that thanks to him I have the beautiful smile of a movie actor, hehehe. Holidaying in the Swiss alps for a month when on week 2 of my Invisalign treatment one of my hooks for the rubber bands broke. Not wanting to wait a month to return to my own dentist in lower Austria, I contacted this practice and was amazed to receive a personal email reply back from the dentist himself at 10:30pm on a Friday night. He is such a wonderful mannered man who is so gentle, attentive and patient as though he has all the time in the world for you. He is clearly exceptionally thorough and meticulous, and also speaks perfect English. I’m so grateful that he accommodated me on such short notice and was able to help in this situation. He also did not charge me and instead wished me a wonderful holiday. Sometimes we encounter angels during our everyday life. He was one. I feel very blessed to have been near his practice. Thank you so very much. (Also the practice is beautiful and the curly haired dental assistant was very lovely and warm and spoke excellent English).
