been
there

times
in
the
past
month,
they
have
disappointed
me
in
not
only
the
food
service
industry
but
also
customer
service
industry.
As
someone
who
is
a
supervisor
is
technically
both,
i
am
appalled
by
this
type
of
behavior.
My
first
visit
was
okay,
they
made
my
drink
wrong
and
i
dealt
with
it
but
i
was
a
little
disappointed.
I've
worked
in
corporate
food
services
and
usually
stuff
is
shown
how
to
exactly
make
it.
When
i
visited
again,
the
teenager
who
was
making
my
drinks
made
them
wrong,
and
i
politely
asked
her
to
remake
them
the
correct
way.
keep
in
mind
i
ordered
them
a
specific
way
in
order
to
try
to
avoid
being
made
wrong.
she
gave
me
attitude,
and
gossiped
about
me
to
her
coworker
right
in
front
of
my
face.
while
they
were
giggling
and
looking
at
me,
she
proceeded
to
make
my
drink
incorrectly
AGAIN,
and
gave
it
to
me.
after
she
threw
the
straw
at
me
and
didn't
say
a
word.
i
am
APPALLED
by
this
behavior
and
will
NOT
visiting
this
Starbucks
again.
I
suggest
making
the
trip
to
the
Elk
River
Starbucks,
where
they
have
never
disappointed
or
treated
me
like
nothing.
