My
ER
Dr.,
Ahmed,
I
feel,
didn't
even
listen
to
me.
I
was
there
for
5
hours
today
and
I
spoke
with
him
maybe
all
of
5
minutes.
I
complained
of
gallbladder
pain,
and
all
of
my
symptoms
were
very
consistent
with
gallbladder
pain,
and
he
ordered
a
CT
scan.
Why?
Ultrasounds
are
the
most
efficient
way
of
detecting
gallbladder
issues.
Everyone
knows
this.
I'm
not
even
in
any
part
of
the
medical
field
and
even
I
know
that.
Oh,
but
just
put
me
in
a
million
dollar
machine
and
charge
me
thousands
of
dollars
just
to
detect
absolutely
nothing
at
all,
ONLY
to
tell
me
"you
need
to
contact
your
PCP
and
have
them
order
you
an
ultrasound."
I'M
ALREADY
IN
THE
EMERGENCY
ROOM.
YOU
HAVE
AN
ULTRASOUND
MACHINE
HERE.
WHAT'S
ANOTHER
THOUSAND
BUCKS?!
Such.
A.
Joke!
CT
came
back
negative
--
imagine
that!
Time
and
money
wasted.
😭
😡
When
Ahmed
told
me
the
CT
was
negative
and
that
I
needed
to
follow
up
with
my
PCP,
he
didn't
even
come
into
the
room,
by
the
way.
He
poked
his
head
in
the
door,
as
if
I
wasn't
important
enough
for
his
time.
However,
I
will
say
that
the
nurses
made
me
feel
comfortable
and
we're
very
kind
and
compassionate.
They
had
trouble
finding
a
good
vein
(I've
had
this
issue
my
whole
entire
life
so
it
wasn't
their
fault)
but
they
were
very
patient
and
as
gentle
as
they
could
be.
I
wish
I
could
rate
them
separately
because
they'd
all
get
5/5.
