“COVID-19” *Alert* The first picture is the whole open dining area!! The second photo is where The Waitress decided to sit some one.A bit annoyed with this I looked around and noticed no one else in eyes sight,but this is where you seat people. The time is 820 am on Presidents’ Day. “Oh yeah the temp outside is -26 without windchill, why would you seat everyone close to doors and now our food gets cold super fast, we as customers stay cold. To top it off food already came out under cooked and cold. Bad day at Perkins

I went to perkins today 8/17/23 0ne thing I need to mention is its very odd that a customers needs to ask for Mayo on there Blt it's very dry without. Another thing I noticed today after paying & should of been told ahead of time was a odd charge. There charging a packaging Fee. This was at the Monicello mn perkins. I am done going to perkins. They can take that packaging Fee and stick it were the Sun don't shine for real. Also I need to mention there were Flys in the bakery case with the pies. 🥧 Please keep a eye on your receipt and I did say something to them about the charge and they act like it's no big deal.

I've been there and had Veronica as a waitress more than once. What a rock star!! She was checking in, she would verify if something tasted right (she though the juice looked a little watery so she brought out a new one). The food was late because of a rush of online orders, and she communicated this with us clearly, then decided to take some off our bill as an apology, even though obviously that's no one's fault and we did not ask for it. Veronica is such an amazing waitress! I hope she's who I get next time I go!

Terrible. My husband ordered the prime rib and eggs breakfast which came with 2 eggs, hash browns, and pancakes for $19.99. The prime rib was so tough and rubbery he didn't eat it. Our server said she'd try to get our bill discounted which we appreciated. However our bill was not discounted at all. We spoke to the manager who claimed she discounted us $10, which would have put the original price at $29.99. After further argument the manager claimed he did eat the prime rib. Essentially they wanted to charge us $29.99 for 2 eggs, hash browns, and pancakes and were "generous enough" to discount $10.00. We were so frustrated we paid the bill and left, but we will NOT be coming back.

We waited 10 min to be seated. Then another 10 to even have someone come over and take our order and get drinks. After that we waited for 45min and still didn't get our food or even a refill as we sat there empty. Other tables seated after us were getting there food so we got up and went somewhere else. I won't be back to this Perkins.

I have visited this location to both sitdown and eat as well as take-out baked goods and I can say that the experience has been quite positive overall. The food is great especially their country fried steak and their breakfast options, I love their muffins and peanut butter pies. Service may take some time but that is likely because they are often quite busy during lunch and supper. Very good food and friendly staff.

Had an excellent visit today. My omelette was hot and excellent! The staff is very friendly. My server Brooke was super duper friendly and very accommodating. She made my experience exceptional. Awesome awesome awesome way to start my day and weekend. I bought some muffins and they were very fresh and still warm even! Thanks for doing a great job with veterans. Busy place and it was great

We had a baby reveal at our dinner, and the beautiful lady that took care of us was amazing. We are thankful for the awesome experience learning at dinner. we are grandparents of a baby girl.

This Monticello Corporate Perkins has the best service and top notch food quality and presentation. This location offerred the Veterans Day breakfast, whereas the Elk River location refused as it was not corporate. The eggs in the omelette layers were so thin and perfectly folded, very impressive. They have a Prime Rib Holiday menu, along with many Holiday desserts, so we will be back again and again.

Our server was definitely over worked with all the younger adults and teens just chit chatting behind us rolling silverware at least 4 of them. Took awhile to be seated. Ladies bathroom was gross. Management should be more present in evening because the staff were running themselves and their work ethic is piss poor minus the older servers. Will definitely not be returning to this Perkins.

Patti is our waitress we always request and we are there every week she is very polite and is always checking how our food is and if she can get us anything else. She always asks us how day is and when we leave tells us to have a nice weekend

I always come to this Perkins and I always have the best service Veronica is the best and sweetest. She always checked up on us and made sure that everything was okay and tasted good. The food is always amazing here.

Me and my husband went for dinner date an glad we got our favorite server Veronica. She makes our visit there always enjoyable . She is amazing no matter how busy she is or how short staffed they are she is always helping everyone an always smiling. We will be back like always hoping to get her.

I was seated right away by a personable host. My server, Veronica was amazing. I especially appreciated her high energy and cheerfulness. I ordered steak bites with bacon and without a doubt, it is the best thing I've ever eaten at a Perkins. I have been a Perkins customer for over 30 years. What I particularly enjoyed was that the beef, onion, and peppers were carmelized perfectly, the rice pilaf was tender and not mushy, and the broccoli was steamed, but not too much. I ordered this dish without the cheese sauce and I am glad I did. I think that the cheese sauce would have been too much. But that's a personal preference. Also, I appreciated tha it was not too oily. The service and the food was outstanding

I'm here fairly often and know most of the staff well. That's why I come here in the first place because I get treated so well, and I highly recommend it to others. Veronica makes sure everyone of newer employees also get to know me and my guests

This is my first time coming to Perkins, I couldn’t have asked for better costume service. Veronica has been the best waitress I have had, she always came back on check up on me and my table and made sure everything tasted good and that it came out okay. I really enjoyed the pumpkin spice pancakes.

I have been going to this Perkins for 28 years plus. I always feel like I'm coming home. The hostesses, waitresses always treat me like they appreciate me and my business. Food is always great, and the value is good. Highly recommend this Perkins, not all are alike.

Food was tasty. Service could have been better. Waitress didn’t get to table very much after food came.

Waitress was booked with too many tables. Orders got messed up more than once. They need to fix that bump into the extra seating area. My seven year old tripped and fell right on her face. Thankfully, she didn't get too hurt. Otherwise, lawyers would be involved. I used to love eating here as a kid when I lived here. I don't know what happened, but it isn't what it used to be 15 years ago.

I have breakfast at the Perkins in Roseville about every 6 weeks. Great food, always accommodating if special requests. Service is always great, friendly and professional. Costs are good considering the increase in the price of food. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone.

This was a very clean and well maintained Perkins. We came in with a party of 10 and were in and out in an hour. Our server was quick and helpful. We would return here again!

The lemon meringue pie is amazing!!!!! The BLT and salad pretty basic but both good. I didn't love the carrot cake but it was ok. The cinnamon muffin was good too.

Our waitress was awesome, we were seated in a quiet spot so we could talk, the Lemon pie looked amazing and coffee is always good there. All in all a good experience today at this restaurant.
