So happy I accidentally stumbled upon this chic and adorable little place near the old port, away from the touristy area. It is clean, its interiors are well designed. It has a high ceiling, the frontage has all glass windows which brings in light and an airiness that makes dining here a pleasure. Every part of the restaurant looks like you’re in a nice cosy place in Marrakech with decor that transports you to another land without leaving Montreal. The service is attentive, friendly and welcoming. The guy was very helpful in recommending and explaining the different flavours to help me make my choice. I selected the Marrakech Salad which was surprisingly delicious. It had saffron chicken, green beans, cherry tomatoes, parsley, carrots, chickpeas with cumin, Harissa vinaigrette and more items which made eating a salad pretty exciting. The portions are huge (1 order was good for 2 people) and the prices are more than reasonable. A definite YES when I return for a visit in Montréal.

Everything was so fresh and tasty! I got the salmon salad and it was delicious!! The orange juice was so refreshing it was like my mom made it! The owner was so lovely, he was extremely attentive to us and made the experience that much better!! I’m definitely coming back! 10/10 would recommend!

I visited la med resto today with my girl friend and we had an incredible experience! The limonade was so refreshing and delicious. The service was excellent, and the homemade hummus and pita were absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend

A Fantastic Culinary Journey! I recently had the pleasure of dining at this remarkable restaurant, and I must say it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. The moment I stepped inside, I was captivated by the enchanting ambiance and exquisite decor. The attention to detail in every aspect of the restaurant's design truly created a welcoming and charming atmosphere. Let's talk about the star of the show—the food! Each dish that graced my table was a masterpiece in its own right. From the first bite to the last, I was in culinary heaven. The flavors were expertly balanced, and the presentation was absolutely stunning. It was evident that the chefs poured their heart and soul into crafting these exceptional dishes. The menu boasted a delightful variety of options, catering to various dietary preferences and ensuring there was something for everyone.

I came around 2 PM and there wasn’t a lot of options left but the worker was super sweet and made me a delicious salad.

A little taste of Greece right here in Old Montreal. We had the Mykonos and Niçoise salads, both were great tasting and very generous portions.

The Mediterranean Bowl is quite literally one of the best dishes I have had in my entire life. It's so fresh, light and filling at the same time. The quality of the chicken and taste is indescribable. BRAVO 👏

Tried La Med for lunch The interior is just gorgeous. In love with all the details. We tried many items and everything was delicious. Huge portions, fresh food, high quality ingredients. Their hot plates taste not bad. But they pretty much have everything pre-cooked, they assemble the plate with the pre-cooked ingredients and put it in a broiler looking microwave. You end up paying $20 for a plate that had minimal effort. What I did enjoy is you can choose between or mix rice, bulgur and quinoa. Nicoise salad ain't bad.

Delicious bowls and welcoming staff. This place is a 5/5 stars easily. This is a must try in MTL. We will be back! We had the Cyprus Cesar and a salmon tzatziki bowl.
