Super disappointed by the dog policy. They tell you dogs are allowed and make you pay 50$ for cleaning. But you can not leave the dog in your room (even if he is used to it and we’ll behaved). Dogs are not allowed in the facilities like restaurants or spa (which I understand), therefore you pay for those facilities but can not use them because you can’t leave your dog in the room while you go to the spa or restaurant. It does not make sense. It’s a fake dog friendly hotel. Don’t go there.

Extremely disappointed in our stay. It seemed decent online so we booked here. To our surprise the rooms were dirty and I attached a photo of our dirty bed cover. It looks like it had stained blood or something. That's extremely unhygienic and honestly disgusting. For the price we are paying those covers should have been thrown out in the first place. The rooms are so outdated and rusty. Our walls had disgusting stains that were yellow and red as well as the curtains. You can smell the carpet. Just overall gross. The gym is so dirty with the equipment and mats/balls being black. Not to mention the racist vibe. If you're not "white " good luck fitting in and avoiding stares here. Even most staff were racist and treated us differently. When we mentioned the dirty cover at first she just apologized and said it'll be changed. I had to ask for compensation which in the end was a joke. It was a free breakfast which included half the items that we can't even eat and it really wasn't good. As well as a measly 10% off our first night. What a joke. That's really nothing for the discomfort we received. Just a horrible experience and we will never be back here again. Even when I came back the next morning to confirm the breakfast the same lady I spoke to didn't even remember. I felt that was really off...I mean how many complaints are you getting? Also I'm pretty sure I was the only one there that looked different. Not easy to forget. Save your money and go to another establishment. This place is NOT a 4 star hotel. A 4 star hotel isn't this disgusting and insensitive to other cultures. And does not have such bad food.

Would not recommend unless you’re only focused on proximity to the mountain. The rooms were very dark — no sunlight or outside windows!! — and minimal lighting. The fireplace didn’t work. The shower was dirty. Towels were scratchy. While it advertises amenities to make it a 4 star hotel - like the spa, golf, on site restaurant - the rooms and experience are two stars. Worst of all, the promotional materials unfairly represent the property by using drone pictures to capture an angle that looks nothing like the basic entrance with peeling paint. An outdoor pool is advertised - but the one in pictures costs $45 per person. The actual outdoor pool is very cold and not nearly as nice as the advertised one. Lastly, with the pool in the middle open until 9pm, it’s very loud on the hotel. We were disappointed and will not be back.

Rooms were clean and properly equipped. The restaurant dinner was very good, but pricey, as one might expect. Don't get the way-overpriced kids' meals; instead, just order them pizza or something. The outdoor hot tubs were ok. Users were generally not very conscientious about replacing the cover when they left, so most of them were merely warm. So it would be helpful to have some staff go by the tubs every hour or so to stock towels and cover tubs. Some of the tubs had functional jets. The indoor pool was nice, but 10am is a late time to open, as any family with kids would know. Staff very friendly and helpful. Shuttle to/from the ski slopes was great.

Worse hotel I have been to just an awful hotel requiring a complete overhaul of rooms and accessories in the rooms. Holes in the towels and bathrobes as well as poorest quality mattress, bedding and sheets. Toilet paper and tissue paper were appalling so I had to go purchase toilet paper and tissue paper. If it wasn't for the nice staff I would have given this hotel a complete one star at best. No noise insulation in the rooms parties going on all night Friday night in the rooms across from mine and rain banging on the windows was so noisy didn't sleep all night!! Coffee in restaurant is expensive and undrinkable I would never stay in this hotel ever again. Its located at the ski hill and I have no idea how this hotel got a 4 star plus I guess people have lower standards then I have! Hey management stop allowing parites all night on Friday nights on level 2 and level 3 my customers were alos living a nightmare on level 3!! Not right you should stop allowing disrespectful customers to stay in your hotels!!

Beautiful place to stay for skiing. The king suite was beautiful and has a beautiful view (if you pay a little extra for it. I highly recommend it.) The breakfast buffet has everything you could want: eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage, pancakes, croissants, muffins, fruit, yogurt, ham, fresh juice, and coffee. There is a nice indoor pool and four or five hot tubs outside on the Terrace that you can enjoy with a beautiful view of the slopes and sunset.

The room was smaller than the pictures. The spa outside was awesome and loved it. The breakfast was great, but the supper is nothing special about it.

I recently stayed at this property for a work function. The room was clean and well stocked for towels. Front desk staff were very polite. Flank steak at the restaurant was delicious! My compliments to the chef!

We spent one night there. The atmosphere was nice and the rooms were clean. The picture of our room was deceiving. It was a lot smaller than it appeared, and the bed was hard. For me, it was a little overpriced. We had supper at the 4 Cannards restaurant in the hotel. The Lamb was very tasty, and the entrées were good. The vegetable soup was overpowered by a taist of rutabaga and watered-down. 3/4 of an apple tartan for dessert stayed on the table. A note in closing, don't forget your phone cable. I had to give a $30.00 deposit to borrow a $5.00 phone charging cable.

We absolutely adore this hotel. It's a hidden gem! About twice a year, we do a family trip and stay at this hotel. The pools and spas are extremely. The food and bar is just incredible. Please don't change what you do !!!

Great place. Amazing food at the restaurant, but very noisy. Too noisy. Nice rooms. Caulking in bathroom in desparate need of re-do.

We were just there, the rooms were dark but ok. Not what we expected for the price. Service was good …until we left and my wife realized she forgot her makeup case on the bathroom counter. Was not an easy process to get through to them with a follow up but finally we did.

says that they are a “dog friendly” hotel but doesn’t say on the website that we can’t leave the dog alone in the hotel room. so one person is obligated to stay with the dog at all times. they shouldn’t put dog friendly if the clients can’t enjoy the establishment without depriving someone just to stay with the dog.

Nice clean rooms, staff was great - especially in the restaurant. Went for a golf getaway with the wife and will definitely return/recommend.

Was a lovely stay. Didn’t give a score of 5 due lack of room service and attentive staff at breakfast. These are easy fixes and overall it was a great location and nice hotel.

Impossible to get reservation desk by phone. Rooms more than average. Getting there even with a GPS is difficult as there are no indications in the area except the one at the door. TV services are provided by Videotron, the Quebec operator so very limited choice of channels
